Chapter 2 The Destined Encounter

"Clean it up!" Seeing where he was, Louis almost subconsciously cast countless cleaning spells on himself.

"Don't tell me you don't know that the "Reasonable Restraint of Underage Wizards Act" mentions that wizards under the age of 17 are not allowed to perform magic outside of school." Mr. Meyer reminded.

"Well, so what." Louis didn't care. "Durmstrang doesn't care so much. They always allow students to learn some house magic before going to school."

Mr. Meyer looked at Louis with a smile (this expression is not common), "Don't forget that you are now on the way to buy Hogwarts school uniforms."

"Clean it up!" Louis responded with practical actions.

In fact, he seldom disobeyed his father's words, but on this point, it was absolutely impossible for him to give in.

[It's too dark and dirty here.Several old women were sitting in a corner drinking sherry from small glasses, and one of them was still smoking a long pipe. 】

Two unshaven men sat shoulder to shoulder at the bar, with a series of large glasses next to them.

There was also a chubby woman sitting on a small chair not far from them, looking here from time to time.

A pale young man hurriedly opened the door—the warm stench came in, almost choking Louis to death.

"Let's go," he urged.

Fortunately, Mr. Meyer couldn't take it anymore, so he didn't say anything more.

The moment he breathed the fresh air, Louis felt alive again.

The door of the Leaky Cauldron was just behind him, and Louis swore, "Never come in from the Muggle world ever again - I will never, never, ever come to this place again."

"Anyway, welcome to Diagon Alley." Mr. Meyer comforted.

The boy asked suspiciously, "Are you familiar with this place?"

Mr. Meyer said indifferently, "No, but we can find someone we know—he's there, if I'm not mistaken."

Louis followed his father's gaze, "Mrs. Malkin's Robe Store" Louis read, "Coincidentally."

"Well, it's really a coincidence, but I'm not talking about it, it's the one next door."

"Morses Bookstore."

Mr. Meyer nodded.

"It seems that our old friend has something to do. I can measure a robe for you next door first."

Louis and his father walked over just in time to see a giant holding an ice cream cone and smirking at the window.

Louis stopped abruptly, bypassed the giant under Mr. Meyer's playful gaze, and pushed the door almost against the wall.

During this period, a dirty boy with black hair passed him by.

Louis felt goosebumps all over his body.

Actually, it's pretty misleading to say that, and the boy wasn't that dirty, just, oh, thanks to his faults—he couldn't stand this, it was just too much torture.

The bell on the door made a "ding dong" sound.

Mrs. Malkin was making revisions on a young man when she heard the voice and raised her head to look this way.

The boy also heard the voice and looked over.

"Are you going to buy Hogwarts school uniforms? My dear, what a coincidence you came."

Looks like they won't have to wait, Louis thought.

Mr. Meyer took out the letter and handed it to Mrs. Malkin, "The above request requires two copies."

Louis watched his father talking to Mrs. Malkin, and a slow voice sounded behind him, "Is he your father?"

Louis turned his head and saw the boy from before. His robe had already been taken off, and it was neatly folded beside him.

He had platinum blonde hair, a pale complexion, very light pupils - and most importantly, he was half a head shorter than he was.

This made Louis, who had always been much shorter than Durmstrang's seniors, very happy, but he didn't show it.

"Yes." he replied.

At this time, Mrs. Malkin was calling him, and he nodded politely at the other party, walked over and raised his arms obediently for the other party to measure.

Out of the corner of his eye, he caught sight of the platinum-blond boy still standing there, looking this way thoughtfully.

Madam Malkin is quick, definitely thanks to her measuring tape.

"Ding dong!" The doorbell rang here, Madam Malkin raised her head from a pile of fabrics, and saw a tall, thin man with platinum-blond hair walking in.

"Father!" The boy seemed very happy.

He turned his head and glanced at Louis showing off, only to find that the other party came over under the leadership of his father.

"If my guess is correct, you are Mr. Malfoy."

Louis expressed his contempt for his father in his heart. He was obviously not familiar with him, so he called him an old friend.

Lucius looked at the other's outstretched hand, froze for a moment, and shook it, "Are you——Mr. Meyer?"

The Ministry of Magic has said that a student from Germany will come to study in the UK this year, asking him to fulfill the friendship of the landlord.

The iconic blond hair and blue eyes should belong to the Meyer family.

Of course it is a good thing to be recognized. Mr. Meyer looked at the boy who was much shorter than his son, "This is your son? Is he going to school this year?"

"Yes." Lucius replied, pushing Draco back.

Draco dragged his voice somewhat reluctantly under Lucius' comment, "Uncle—uncle—, my name is Draco."

Mr. Meyer didn't mind either, in fact, who bothers with a kid?Malfoy's affirmation of the Meyer family by asking his own children to call him uncle, did not expect that the other party was familiar with the German wizarding world - at least he didn't know anything about the British wizarding world before.

He fumbled in his robe, and a small crystal ball appeared in his hand—in it was a deep purple sky, and it seemed that he could still see bright stars.

When Louis saw the crystal ball, he rolled his eyes in his heart. Their family is a fortune-telling family, and there are many crystal balls that can be used to see constellations—although this one is a little special, it’s not too big. precious.

"Here, I hope you can see your Draco."

Draco glanced at his father, and after obtaining permission, he took the crystal ball excitedly.

At this time, Madam Malkin's robe was almost done.

The four of them waited for a while, Madam Malkin packed the clothes of the two little wizards, and the four of them walked out of Madam Malkin's robe store together.

The two adults walked in front, and the two little wizards followed.

When Draco held the crystal ball up to his eyes and tried hard to identify the constellations inside, Louis was a little speechless. His dad acted like a string was missing—do you think anyone can use that spell? How could it be so small to easily see the constellations inside?

He pursed his lips. After all, it was his father's problem. He felt that he had to remind the boy beside him.

But that's not the most important-

"Hey, my name is Louis."

Draco turned his eyes away from the crystal ball, and was a little surprised by Louis's sudden conversation. The previous relationship made him vaguely feel that this boy did not like to talk.

So he raised his chin and looked at the other person-but obviously, no matter how high he raised his chin, it would not be higher than Louis.

"This crystal ball is for divination." Louis explained, "You need a spell to see it clearly."

Draco nodded, eagerness evident in his gray eyes.

"Can you spell?"

Draco looked at Louis and said arrogantly, "Although I won't now, I believe that after entering Hogwarts, I will learn all the spells."

Louis looked at Draco blankly.

It was the first time he had seen such an aristocrat since he was a child, the kind of arrogance that only the spoiled can have.

The aristocrats in the Cornish villages are either introverted or aggressive, which is more extreme.

"Would you?" Draco asked.

Unexpectedly, the other party nodded.

Draco stared at each other closely, "It's impossible, little wizards before the age of 11 are not allowed to learn magic spells—" He smiled a little badly, "It is said that it will cause physical damage."

Louis nodded again, "Yes, but this is the rule of your British wizards. We in Germany can start learning at the age of ten—the first spell I learned was—"

"Clean up!"

Louis was relieved that he had finally cast the spell, and Tim knew how hard it was for him to be next to Draco - sure enough, the boy with the Cleansing Charm was much more pleasing to the eye.

Draco was taken aback by Louis' sudden behavior, relieved to find out that it was just a simple house magic, and felt that his actions were a little too stupid.

Louis also knew that his actions just now were a bit impolite. After deeply criticizing himself, Louis decided that he would be alone in the future, and his demands on his friends were too high——

He thought again of the black-haired little boy who passed him by. If all his classmates were like him, he would definitely suffer from a nervous breakdown.
