[TSN social network] He's missing

Chapter 6 "I need you."

27

Eduardo went through his vampire life step by step. Cullen's family lives in Forks, a small town near Seattle in Washington State, where it is rainy all year round and rarely sunny.

"I still prefer bright sunshine." Eduardo said softly, looking at the drizzle outside the window.

"This hobby is really not a vampire." Emmett teased.

"I was born in São Paulo and grew up in Miami. Where I lived there wasn't that much rain," Eduardo said, pausing for a moment before adding, "I don't like rainy days very much."

He raised his head, looked at the others, and smiled, "I was transformed on a rainy day." He looked out the window again, "It was really cold."

28

"My God," Rosalie watched Eduardo being called out by Edward, stepped over the coffee table and sat next to Emmett, and whispered to the rest of the family, "Who can put him back together? He's about to fall apart."

29

Eduardo's self-control is beyond all vampires' expectations. In just half a year, he was able to avoid being tempted by human blood. In fact, his self-control was enough to wow the other vampires from the start.

"Except for you, at least I haven't seen any newborn who can force himself to leave after smelling human blood. Look at Jasper, he still can't control himself." Emmett said.

Jasper gave him a hard smack.

Rosalie looked coldly at Emmett who was hugging her stomach and crying, "It deserves it."

"I suppose it's mild 'anorexia'?" Eduardo joked. "I don't have that much thirst for animal blood either. My cycles are longer than yours."

"If vampires really have this disease, I really hope I can suffer from it." Edward said with a gloomy face, "I almost lost control of myself at school today."

"Wow." Eduardo is surprised. "You're the most in control of us."

"You're talking about that girl." Jasper thought thoughtfully, "The new transfer student. I'm also very impressed with her, her blood is very fragrant."

Eduardo shrugged, "It doesn't seem to be your problem."

"It's a miracle that she survived without being bitten to death by any vampire." Rosalie said viciously, "I don't like that girl." It was as if she kept reminding them that you are not human, you are beasts, and you need Blood monster.

Emmett reassures her.

"Is there anything like that in history? The one where blood is so attractive to vampires…" Eduardo asked.

"She may be your singer," Carlisle said to Edward. "Her blood is the most attractive to you. You have just eaten, and with your control, it shouldn't be so easy to lose control. I have seen that girl, the blood is very attractive, but not so big."

Edward walked out the door with a sullen face.

"I'll eat again. Maybe it'll be better that way."

"What's a singer?" Eduardo asked.

"Every vampire may meet his own singer. The singer's blood is their deadliest temptation, which can bring great power to the vampire. Some vampires will drink the singer's blood, and some will fight with them singers form partners."

Eduardo smiles, "Oh, that's so romantic."

"It won't be romantic until you meet her." Rosalie struck.

Edward came home two weeks later and said, "I'm going to bring Bella home."

"You're crazy! She's a human!" Rosalie's reaction was the most intense.

Eduardo looked around, and Emmett stood beside Rosalie, neither objecting nor supporting.Jasper frowned slightly, not seeming to agree.Alice was in high spirits.

"Who's Bella?" he asked blankly. "You talked about a girlfriend?"

"It's the one Edward mentioned before, you remember."

"Is she... a human?"

"Yeah."

"Can vampires stay with humans?" Eduardo asked softly.

Esme looked at him with tender eyes.

"If they rape, even if they are not allowed, they will not compromise."

"Love is so unreasonable." Esme looked at Edward with a firm face, "impulsive, irrational, and will always be questioned by others. But the beauty of it is that even if two people who love each other know that there is a lot of love in front of them I am willing to jump off the cliff and meet the doom together.”

"It's horrible," Eduardo murmurs to himself.

31

Eduardo looks at the two figures sitting side by side at the top of the tree. The sun passed by them, and the light and shadow interlaced to create an unreal picture.

He stared at the scene, then drew the curtains.

But it is also too beautiful.

32

In May 2005, Facebook raised $5 million in Series A financing.

The lawsuit with the Winklevoss brothers did not cause too much public opinion on Facebook. Chris and the PR team were fantastic and they created a great environment for Mark.

Sadly Sean had to leave them half a year ago because of a drug scandal. Before leaving, he reserved a board seat for Mark, which gave Mark three seats in his hands and complete control of Facebook.

Eduardo is still missing.

Mark knows that everyone but him thinks Eduardo is dead.

But he didn't believe it.

I don't want to believe it.

33

In the early days, the media was very keen to find out about Eduardo, Eduardo's contributions to Facebook, Eduardo's past stories, Mark's feelings for Eduardo, and other-everything about Eduardo.A young man who was brutally murdered by a serial killer and co-founder of Facebook. There's simply too much to write about, isn't there? However, under the tough attitude of the Saverin family, after successively suing several tabloids that used this kind of story as a selling point, many media finally learned to behave and stopped asking about it.

But sometimes, once in a while, Mark wishes someone would ask him.

Because he hadn't heard that familiar name for a long time.

The syllable "Wardo" rolled out of his mouth, but eventually dissipated in the air, no one heard, no one responded.

Finally, one time, a fledgling journalist who didn't know the unspoken rules of the industry asked a forbidden question under the live camera.

"Mr. Zuckerberg, if you can find Mr. Saverin, what would you like to say?"

All the reporters looked at this idiot in disbelief, and the young reporter who had just left school was terrified.

But Mark wasn't angry.

He even blocked the PR's statement that he wanted to refuse to answer the question, and he looked at the young reporter.

The child has brown eyes, big and round, bright and clear. He doesn't have a Brazilian accent, he has a standard New York accent, but his articulation is a little unclear and glued together.

Mark remembered the man.

Then it seems to be submerged by the tide.

34

Mark picked up the microphone.

"Wardo...I'm sorry." He remembered the quarrel in the corridor again, the eyes that were hurt by his words kept appearing in his dreams. He recalled the conversation at that time, and couldn't help saying, "But Ineed you. I really want you out there."

At first he blurted out, but was quickly corrected because of embarrassment.

But just as I deliberately ignored it, I missed it after all.

35

- "Ineed you."

But that answer was missing.

-"I'm here for you."

36

Eduardo closes his eyes.He seemed about to cry—

But as a vampire, he could no longer cry.
