I'm being targeted by wolf cubs

Chapter 40 The Buddha said: Kindness

"I have an obsession in my heart that I can't let go, so I devoted myself to Buddhism, hoping to get the guidance of Buddha."

"What is your obsession?"

"I..." He twiddled the beads, and for a moment he didn't know how to answer, he couldn't speak.

The Immortal Tan Hua is his obsession. On the day when the Immortal Tan Hua left, he sat in the epiphyllum bushes all day. At night, he returned to the temple and spent the whole night in insomnia.

He didn't have too much extravagant hope, he just hoped to meet Immortal Tanhua again, but Immortal Tanhua is a god in the sky, he is just a mortal, immortals have different paths, perhaps this kind of expectation itself is a kind of extravagant wish.

So he became a monk after suffering from insomnia for many days.

With a deep obsession, he cut off three thousand black silks, put on cassocks, twirled Buddhist beads, recited scriptures, and served the ancient Buddha's green lamp, hoping to be guided by the Buddha. Practice, in exchange for the peace and joy of the people he thinks and misses, and a life without worries.

"I also have an obsession." Tan Huaxian paused, "It is precisely because of this obsession that I came down to find you."

Immortal Tan Hua grabbed the string of Buddhist beads in his hand. When Immortal Tan Hua touched the beads, the beads emitted a stronger light. Without the protection of this string of beads, Immortal Tan Hua would have died in the hands of the Dream Demon. inside.

Immortal Tan Hua has always vaguely remembered that before Immortal Tan Hua could not bloom and had not yet cultivated into essence, a monk often came to the garden where Immortal Tan Hua grew up to give lectures to Immortal Tan Hua. Only then did Immortal Tan Hua become spiritual. This string of Buddha beads was hung on Immortal Tan Hua's body by the monk himself, but when Immortal Tan Hua became conscious, the monk never appeared again.

At that time, Immortal Tan Hua's consciousness was not very clear, and he didn't know what the monk looked like. There was only a vague shadow, but when Immortal Tan Hua saw him twisting the Buddhist beads and raising his head, his appearance Then it overlaps with the shadow in the memory of Immortal Tan Hua, as if that monk looked like this back then.

"This string of Buddha beads has been hanging on my body before I became a spirit. I have the opportunity to become a fairy because I absorbed its aura. I have never let others touch it for so many years. I gave it to You, not only to repay your kindness, but also because I care about you, more than anyone else..."

His hands twisting the Buddha beads trembled, "I care about you too, I have never cared about anyone as much as I care about you... But you and I are different, we..." Immortal Tan Hua held his face, his face Before finishing a sentence, Tan Huaxian couldn't help but leaned forward and kissed his lips.

Immortal Tan Hua was very close to him, almost clinging to him, her beating heartbeat sounded like a drum beating, deeply resonating with his fiery heart, her breath was filled with the fragrance of Immortal Tan Hua, full of the fragrance of Immortal Tan Hua. Hua Xian's tenderness, he couldn't bear it any longer, he put his arms around Tan Hua Xian, gropingly kissed Tan Hua Xian together.

All the encounters in the world are predestined, and all the things in this life are the causes buried in the previous life, and the unsettled debts in the previous life are put in this life to continue.

But in this life, one of them is an immortal, and the other is a Buddhist disciple. As long as the immortal family does not cross the boundary, they can still have love, but the Buddha cannot touch personal feelings.

They lay on the hillside where they met and quietly depended on each other. The three thousand epiphyllums on the hill were infinitely brilliant. Just after dawn, a strong light descended from the sky, waking them up from their dreams. They never thought that the sky would come so soon. .

Immortal Tanhua acted recklessly, meeting mortals privately, and violated the rules of heaven. The Emperor of Heaven took away Immortal Tanhua's position as the God of Flowers. And erased the memory of the blind young man, sent the young man to Lingshan to practice, and named him Wei Tuo.

Immortal Tan Hua was seriously injured and lost all her celestial power, but she still desperately ran to Lingshan to look for the blind young man, hoping to see the blind young man again. Facing the begging of Immortal Tan Hua, the divine beast that guarded the mountain never stopped. Unmoved, Immortal Tan Hua was dying, and his soul was about to fly away. The Buddha couldn't bear it, so he swung down the Buddha's light to save Immortal Tan Hua's life.

The Buddha put Immortal Tanhua on Miyue Mountain, and let Immortal Tanhua absorb Miyue Mountain's aura to sustain life. Because Immortal Tanhua was too weak, Epiphyllum became a flower that could only bloom once in a lifetime, and only for a moment at a time.

Wei Tuo forgot about the Immortal Tanhua, and devoted himself to practicing with the Buddha in Lingshan. Every year in late spring, when the morning dew first condensed, Wei Tuo would go to Miyue Mountain to collect dew for the Buddha to make tea, and Immortal Tanhua chose to let the Epiphyllum bloom at this time. Hope Wei Tuo can see.

The Emperor of Heaven gave Wei Tuo a pair of insightful eyes, but he could only see the immortal Tan Hua, but he could not perceive the existence of the Tan Hua immortal, so every year in late spring, Wei Tuo could only see the blooming flowers on Miyue Mountain. Epiphyllum, but did not know that there is a person who has been silently waiting for him.

A flash in the pan, only for Wei Tuo.

The flash in the pan is only for Wei Tuo.

Immortal Tanhua has been waiting obsessively on Miyue Mountain for 4000 years. He has been struggling until now with the aura of Miyue Mountain. The 4000-year wait has exhausted all his luck. Where will I be when it blooms.

The sound of the morning bell woke up the thousand-year-old dream, and the immortal Tan Hua turned into a cloud of smoke and flew into the epiphyllum to continue sleeping. Maybe tonight was the last time he saw Wei Tuo, but Wei Tuo still couldn't remember him and couldn't see him.

Jin Wu took the last sip of wine and let out a long sigh.

Ask what love is in the world, and teach that life is better than death.

The epiphyllum can only bloom once a year, but Wei Tuo will come to Miyue Mountain to collect dew for three consecutive days every year. The next day, Wei Tuo comes to collect dew again. Jin Wu waited on the mountain early and told Wei Tuo the story.

After Wei Tuo finished listening, he stood blankly in front of the withered epiphyllum for a long time, thanked Jin Wu and left.

On the third day, Wei Tuo came to Miyue Mountain again, this time not to collect dew, but to look for Jin Wu.

After Wei Tuo went back yesterday, he told the Buddha the story that Jin Wu had told, and begged the Buddha to give him some advice, so the Buddha also told Wei Tuo a story.

About 3 years ago, there was no Epiphyllum in the world at that time, but there was a Venerable Tanhua.

Venerable Tanhua accidentally lost his mind while listening to the Buddha's lecture, and was discovered by the Buddha. The Buddha thought that his mind was uncertain, so he sealed half of his mana and let him go down to the world to practice.

When Venerable Tanhua was traveling in the mortal world, he met a fairy who was obsessed with madness. Venerable Tanhua wanted to enlighten the fairy and help the fairy to get rid of the demons, but he didn't want the fairy to be too obsessed. He failed to enlighten the immortal, but angered the immortal.

The immortal was so demonic that he fought against Venerable Tanhua, and Venerable Tanhua was not the opponent of the immortal because half of his mana was sealed by the Buddha. Venerable Tanhua was injured by the immortal and accidentally ran into a In the temple, the immortal chased after him all the way, and he insisted on killing Venerable Tanhua before giving up, but he was blocked outside the temple by the light of a Buddha statue in the temple. The strong Buddha's light was burned, so I had to leave.

Venerable Tanhua hurriedly ran to the Buddha statue to thank him.

I saw the tall Buddha statue wearing a phoenix-winged helmet, black cloud soap shoes on its feet, and a golden chain mail armor. It turned out to be Wei Tuo Bodhisattva.

"Bodhisattva, thank you Bodhisattva for your help."

Venerable Tanhua was recuperating in the temple, and early in the morning of the second day, many people came to the temple to offer incense. They knelt in front of the Buddha and prayed to the Buddha, hoping to be blessed by the Buddha, and to receive blessings from the Buddha. guidance.

Venerable Tanhua didn't seem to have any wish for the blessing of the Buddha. When he first came to the mortal world, his greatest wish was to return to the Western Paradise as soon as possible. But after staying in the mortal world for a long time, he felt that staying in the mortal world is good. So he knelt in front of the statue of Weituo Bodhisattva and said silently in his heart: Bodhisattva, Bodhisattva, may you be safe and happy, and have no worries in your life.

People in the world always think that the Buddha is omnipotent, they only know how to pray for themselves, and no one has ever prayed for the Buddha.

Venerable Tanhua had been practicing with Guanyin Bodhisattva before. He had no interest in listening to the Buddha's lectures, but later he suddenly became interested in listening to the Buddha's lectures. The first and only time he saw Wei Tuo Bodhisattva was at When I went to listen to the Buddha's lecture.

That day he went to Lingshan with Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. When the Buddha was about to start preaching, a Bodhisattva rushed over and was almost late. He looked at the Bodhisattva from a distance, but the distance was just enough for him to see the The face of the Bodhisattva, that Bodhisattva has a handsome face, gentle brows and eyes, very beautiful.

Sitting beside the Buddha, he is dressed in white clothes and is spotless.

He was immediately attracted by this Bodhisattva, and asked Guanyin Bodhisattva who the Bodhisattva who was almost late was. Guanyin Bodhisattva said that it was Weituo Bodhisattva.Guanyin Bodhisattva reminded him to concentrate on listening to the lecture. At the beginning, he was still listening to the Buddha's lecture carefully. He listened and wanted to look up at the Buddha, but by chance, he met the eyes of Wei Tuo Bodhisattva. Wei Tuo Bodhisattva is gentle The deep and charming eyes made him startled, but Bodhisattva Wei Tuo should not be looking at him but at a distance.

He hurriedly lowered his head and continued to listen to the Buddha's lecture, but suddenly, inexplicably, he wanted to raise his head to see if Bodhisattva Wei Tuo was looking at him just now. It was really just his illusion.

He lowered his head, and felt that Bodhisattva Wei Tuo seemed to be looking at him, but he didn't seem to be looking at him, but why did he care whether the Bodhisattva was looking at him? Those gentle eyes have been lingering in his mind all the time, his thoughts have flown to nowhere, and he can't even hear the voice of the Buddha.

"The one next to Master Guanyin is Venerable Tanhua?" The Buddha asked intentionally when he noticed that he was in a daze.

"Tanhua, Tanhua."

"Ok?"

He looked at Guanyin Bodhisattva blankly, and then at the Buddha. The Buddha asked him what he was thinking and why he lost his mind. He didn't dare to tell the Buddha the truth, so he said that he didn't think about anything, but just listened and then naturally lost his mind. .

The Buddha asked him again if he had enlightened, but he didn't listen to what the Buddha said. He only heard the two voices of Guanyin Bodhisattva calling him just now. He shook his head and said: "My disciple is stupid, I have failed the Buddha, and I have not realized anything."

"Since you don't have any enlightenment, let you go to the mortal world to experience it, let you experience a lot, maybe you will have some insights." So the Buddha sealed half of Venerable Tanhua's mana, and let Venerable Tanhua leave Lingshan Went to the mortal world.

Although Venerable Tan Hua was injured by the immortal, he was still worried about the immortal, so he went back to the previous place to find the immortal.

"Smelly monk, are you here to die again?" The immortal became irritable and irritable when he saw Venerable Tanhua approaching, he drew his long sword and wanted to drive Venerable Tanhua away.

Venerable Tan Hua stood on the spot with his hands clasped together, and bowed slightly to the fairy: "Amitabha, the poor monk came to apologize to the fairy. Although the fairy has fallen into a demon, he never killed innocent people. Last night, the poor monk had a preconceived idea and misunderstood it. Fairy, I hope Fairy will forgive me."

The immortal laughed when he heard the words, and laughed ironically, "Oh, aren't you monks like this? You are aloof, looking down on all living beings, thinking that everyone needs you and loves you, and you think you are humble. Equality, Buddha loves all beings, but you are the most indifferent and arrogant group of people."

"Amitabha, I am ashamed of this poor monk." Venerable Tanhua paused and said, "The Buddha will not favor anyone who has more pious beliefs and do more things for whom, nor will he be angry with anyone who does not believe in Buddha. To whom. If the Buddha is angry at someone because of his disbelief, it is the Buddha's own problem. The Buddha also has times when he can't see through it. That's why the Buddha needs to practice and understand. The donor thinks that the Buddha is indifferent and thinks that Buddha's arrogance is not unreasonable, but it cannot be generalized.

The Buddha is not omnipotent. If the Buddha is omnipotent, then everything in this world can develop according to the Buddha's wish, and there will not be so many grievances and sorrows. What the Buddha can do is to seek the Buddha when the world encounters difficulties. When you help, do your best to help the world.

Buddha cannot represent everything. Whether you believe in Buddha or not, you are always you. Many things can only be resolved by yourself, such as grievances, hatred, and self-cultivation. If a person can’t let go, he is unwilling to work hard , the Buddha is helpless. "
