imaginary lover

Chapter 10 Conflict

The sky is slightly bright, and the soft light casts flickering shadows on the bed with the fluttering curtains.

The person on the bed had already woken up from a deep sleep, Li Yunwei frowned tightly, with a distorted expression of pain or enjoyment.

Finally let out a sigh of relief, someone lifted the quilt and sat up from him.

Through swallowed what was in his mouth, and reached out to wipe off the remaining white liquid on his face.

"Ah, I'm sorry, I couldn't help it." Li Yunwei said guiltily, his voice was tired and hoarse from the indulgence just now, "You can just spit it out."

Through shook his head: "It's okay. It's not good to wet the sheets after all. Yours is clean, nothing to mind."

Li Yunwei pulled Through to his side and lay down, staring into his eyes. The five years of companionship day and night did not make Li Yunwei feel tired, but instead produced a deeper relationship. He often wished in a trance that it would be great if this life could be seen at a glance. The time is as ordinary as water, and there is the person he cares about the most by his side.

The so-called conditioned reflex that Through was afraid of has been gradually "healed" by Li Yunwei, but the side effect is that he has become more sensitive to Li Yunwei's teasing.Li Yunwei is often very proud of this, but he has nowhere to show off. Through looked at his face full of internal injuries, and found it funny.

"Don't you have to go out today?" Seeing that Li Yunwei didn't intend to get up, Through asked.

Li Yunwei rubbed his eyes in boredom: "It's rare to have a free day, why don't you spend more time with you? You even want to drive me away." He pointed his finger aggrievedly.

"Nothing," Through said hastily, "How could he drive the young master away."

"Then come back to the cage with me to sleep again." Li Yunwei said, "Today, the collection of protection fees is entirely up to Siyuan. Anyway, it's not troublesome, she can handle it."

Through was gently hugged by Li Yunwei and fell into a warm embrace.

"Brother Haichao, there is a group of people coming from the opposite side. They seem to be from Zhisheng." Sun Haichao was walking out of a shop counting banknotes when he heard his younger brother hurriedly report.

He looked up and saw a tall woman leading a team from a distance, and came a dozen burly men.

"Oh, it really is Zhi Sheng," Sun Haichao raised his eyebrows, "Such a big show, it's really amazing, Shang Siyuan."

He led his younger brothers to greet him, and when Shang Siyuan saw it was him, she raised her hand to stop the others.

"You're late." Sun Haichao raised his head triumphantly, "Oh, the early bird catches the worm. Ms. Shang must have slept too long during her beauty sleep."

Shang Siyuan smiled indifferently: "Since you have accepted it, let's take our leave." After saying that, she turned around and wanted to leave.

As the overlapping jurisdiction of the two organizations, Qiying and Zhisheng have an unwritten agreement.During the time period for collecting protection fees, whoever arrives early will receive the money, but the responsibility is divided into two, each responsible for one end.

Since it was agreed upon, there was nothing to discuss, Shang Siyuan thought to herself that there were still several lands under Zhisheng's jurisdiction, so she didn't stay any longer.

"Hey, let's go." Sun Haichao rolled up the money and stuffed it in his trouser pocket.

"Otherwise," Shang Siyuan stopped and asked, "Do you have anything else to do?"

Sun Haichao shrugged his shoulders and made a hand gesture: "I just want to tell you that I won't use it in the future. Anyway, we are early, and the money will not reach your hands anyway, so why bother."

Shang Siyuan chuckled lightly: "One day of overlapping jurisdictions, I will be obliged to patrol for one day, unless Qiying decides to merge with Zhisheng."

"Yo, that's really a coincidence." Sun Haichao said, "Young master advocates not to communicate with you, it's not just kidding."

Shang Siyuan looked at her watch and felt that it was getting late, so she wanted to lead the crowd to leave: "Since there is no plan to merge, then there is nothing to discuss. Zhisheng doesn't care. If you need this fee, just take it away. We'll be in charge of patrolling."

"What do you mean by that?!" Sun Haichao felt insulted, "Would you like to send a beggar?" The brothers who had abandoned their shadows also expressed their dissatisfaction, and the atmosphere was not harmonious for a while.

Seeing this, the big guys behind Shang Siyuan also immediately showed their guys to build momentum.

The two sides are at war with each other, and neither is willing to make concessions.

"Heh, since you care about this, why not," Shang Siyuan shrugged, not bothering to argue, "Just assign it to Zhisheng and forget it, so you can save your worries."

"Why?! Look down on us?! What's so good about you Zhisheng?!" Sun Haichao immediately became angry and took a step forward.

This step is like the clarion call of the battle, kicking off the prelude to the fight.

"Are you back?" May was walking in the courtyard, and when she saw Uncle Rong and Sun Haichao coming in, she walked over.

Uncle Rong personally went to the police station to say hello, led the guys out, and criticized the education all the way. He was still reading to Sun Haichao when he entered the door: "You have been abandoned for more than two years anyway. The rules you should have are still If so, how can you just do it right away?"

"But Uncle Rong, it was Zhisheng and the others who provoked us first, telling us to give up the land!" Sun Haichao explained, with a look of shame in the corners of his eyes.

"Whatever you like to say, why bother to act impulsively." Uncle Rong said, "Zhisheng's current development is indeed better than Abandoned Shadow, and there is nothing wrong with that."

"The one with the surname Shang can't..." Sun Haichao refused to accept it, and was stared at by Uncle Rong, so he had to stop talking.

"Why, is it Shang Siyuan again? Li Yunwei didn't come?" May asked, Sun Haichao nodded, "Damn it, the master didn't come to see what the hell the dog is barking at, it's getting more and more arrogant!" She patted Sun Haichao shoulders, "Good fight! You have to teach them a lesson..."

Uncle Rong punched May on the head: "Okay! How old is he and still looks like this!"

May pursed her mouth and rubbed her head, looked at Sun Haichao and grimaced bitterly.

Shang Siyuan walked around and led the team to collect the remaining protection fee, and returned to Zhisheng headquarters in a leisurely manner.

"What happened to your hand?" Li Yunwei put down his coffee cup and asked.

Shang Siyuan looked at her bandaged hands, and said lightly, "I met Sun Haichao and the others who had abandoned their shadows, and they had a fight over a disagreement, so I made a small cut."

"What did you talk too much?" Li Yunwei asked, "I know you can't understand him, but he is a person who abandons his shadow anyway, so don't be so arrogant and rude."

Shang Siyuan rolled her eyes: "If you're too arrogant, you'll have to teach him a lesson. If it wasn't for alarming the police later, I guarantee that he won't even recognize his mother."

Li Yunwei rubbed his temples, feeling a little headache.Shang Siyuan and Sun Haichao have always had bad tempers. Since Sun Haichao took over the matter of collecting protection fees, the two have clashed countless times in the past year.

"What did you say when you arrived at the police station?" Li Yunwei asked.

Shang Siyuan said: "I came out after negotiating with the film police. They were still inside at that time, and they were probably waiting for Uncle Rong to catch people. Master Wei, what I don't understand is that when the leader of the abandoned film was alive, he clearly devoted himself to it. Why are you so tense with us now about advancing the merger?"

Li Yunwei frowned: "I was alienated for no reason, and I don't know what went wrong."
