These team building and expansion training programs were still very new in Singapore in 1995. Many team members played for the first time and found it very interesting.

After completing the team building and expansion training program, everyone went back to their rooms to take a shower and put on the uniform T-shirts prepared by the college, and then returned to the large conference room, where the teacher began to give real classroom lectures.

Through the previous team building and expansion training programs, these more than 40 trainees from various units across Singapore became familiar with each other at once.

Now that everyone is in class, they no longer feel strange, and the interaction with the lecturer is very enthusiastic.

These senior lecturers are not full-time teachers, but part-time lecturers from senior executives of large institutions and multinational companies, with rich management and practical experience.

Their classes are very lively, not bound by textbooks, and they like to discuss management issues with everyone in an heuristic way, like to interact with everyone, like to let everyone raise the confusion and problems encountered in daily work, and then discuss together how to deal with and solve them...

Li Xiaofan felt that the National Productivity Board Productivity Training Institute NPB-IPT of Singapore had really put a lot of effort into improving factory management training, and the training was quite effective.
