Red Dead Redemption Dawn

Chapter 284: Rescue and new camp

Dewberry Creek is located on the border of New Hanover and Moren.

Charles and Arthur followed the address given by Dutch to find it.

"Where are we going?" Charles asked.

"We're going to find a new hiding spot, we've got to pack up and move somewhere else," Arthur said.

"Change again?" Charles asked in disbelief.

"Yes, and hurry up, we have some trouble in Valentine, it is serious, we are not suitable to stay here." Arthur explained.

"Sounds terrible." Charles sighed.

"We killed a lot of people, a lot of police officers and bounty hunters, maybe the guards who know." Arthur sighed, "They must have known our location, maybe they knew it long ago."

"So~ we're going south?"

"Yes~ That place is called Lumeixi. Dutch let us go there and make sure there are no messy people there after they come. We need to hide there for a while." Arthur rode Ma explained to Charles.

"I've known him for months, but I never thought he would want to go south."

"Yeah, we might not be able to hide at all, you understand?" Arthur said.

"We have too many people on the move."

"Yes, and Dutch obviously doesn't want to take us to hide in the cave, which is different from his position and goal. If Dutch does that, it proves that he admits that we are just a bunch of despicable criminals." Arthur said.

"Well~ we~ were originally." Charles said slowly.

"Yes, I know that too."

"When will this end?" Charles asked.

"what did you say?"

"Fleeing, exile, no permanent home," Charles said.

"Ah~ I don't know, but Dutch doesn't think we're on the run."

"Hehe, you can think whatever you want." Charles said helplessly.

"In the past, as long as time passed and people moved away, problems would disappear with time. But now, with time, problems will eventually follow," Arthur said.

"So, who would you choose?" Charles asked suddenly.

"Who?" Arthur asked in confusion.

"Dutch and Hosea," Charles replied.

Arthur was taken aback by this question, he was silent for a long time, and then said, "No~ there will be no such choice, I do not make this assumption."

"Understood." Charles nodded.

It was almost early morning when we arrived at our destination.

Then the lights Arthur and Charles patrolled here. The neighborhood is okay, and the camp is really hidden here. But this is a low-lying area, and it may be soaked in stream water when it rains heavily. It doesn't matter if it rains.

It is indeed suitable for hiding, but it is not suitable for a gang to hide together.

"It should be here, an old dry creek, my God~ this place is much worse than I imagined." Arthur looked at it for a while and complained.

"I heard that it was the place that Micah introduced? This place is really open." Charles said more.

"Yes, this place must be bad when it rains." Arthur sneered unconsciously.

"This place is indeed suitable for Tibetans, hiding a villain like him." Arthur pointed.

"Hehe~ Let's look around, I seem to see something ahead?" Charles immediately drove forward.

Arthur followed.

"Oh~ Shet~ This is a corpse." Charles approached first.

The corpse was wearing a blue suit, white tuxedo trousers, and moccasin boots.

"He was shot, and it looks like he was in danger before he met us," Arthur said, looking at the muzzle on the body.

"Did you see it?" Charles said to Arthur, pointing to a place not far away. "It looks like a camp."

"Looks like we have something to do, Charles, the gun is loaded, what's the problem, we're discussing after the gun is fired." Arthur took the guns in his hands.

"I never shoot for no reason," Charles said.

"This is to protect ourselves, Charles. Stop talking." After Arthur finished, the two walked towards the camp.

The two were cautious, and the corpse in front made their expressions tense.

But strangely they didn't find anyone in the camp.

"Where did they go?" Arthur asked curiously.

"I'll check it out, maybe I can find some traces." Charles began to look around among the tents in the camp.

The two immediately checked a few tents and then Charles said solemnly, "Someone has already come."

"Of course someone has been here, so isn't the corpse one of them?" Arthur said with a smile.

"There are still people here." Charles lowered his body and reached out to touch the footprints on the ground.

"Neither this one, Charles." Arthur looked around and saw nothing.

"I don't think so." Charles squinted at a carriage.

It was a carriage full of debris in front of it, and several wooden boards blocked the debris in front of it.

Arthur looked at Charles' appearance, and then cautiously moved towards the carriage to check.

He removed a plank. Then I saw a few people hiding under the carriage.

A woman with a beautiful face, a boy of about eight years old, and a girl with seven-point resemblance to a woman.

They all have one thing in common, they all look at Arthur and Charles in horror.

The woman was holding a shotgun in both hands and looked at the two of them in horror. I was so nervous that my hand holding the gun wasn't even on the trigger.

Arthur and Charles looked at each other, put away their weapons, and raised their hands to the woman to show that they had no ill will.

Then Charles said gently, "Come out~ we have no malicious intentions, are you okay?"

The woman looked at the two big men with no maliciousness on their faces, and gradually let go of her trust. She climbed out from the bottom of the car first, and then protected the two children behind her, but she still held the shotgun at them.

"You ask her, are you okay~" Arthur said to Charles.

"Do you speak German?" The woman on the opposite side saw that the two were well-equipped, but did not do anything bad to them, so the little girl behind the woman asked in English, "German?"

"No." Arthur shook his head, and then Arthur said to them, "Okay, let's go, we need this place."

But the three women were unmoved.

Seeing this, Arthur had no choice but to raise the volume, "Get out of here! Quick!" His hands were still in a state of expulsion.

"They took our father." The little blond girl behind her said hurriedly.

Hearing this news, the movements in Arthur's hands slowed down a bit. There was a hint of reluctance in his eyes, but when he wanted to say something.

Charles beside him asked, "Who is it?"

The little girl whispered behind the woman, "A group of men, just today."

"Where? Where did they take him?"

Arthur turned his head and asked, "It's none of our business, Charles. I don't even speak their language."

"Arthur~" Charles turned his head and called out, looking at Arthur quietly.

Arthur looked at Charles with a serious face, and then looked at the three women who were still terrified.

Arthur reluctantly made the action of complaining "My God~"

Charles turned and walked in the direction the little girl was pointing. Arthur reluctantly followed, then turned back to the woman with the gun and said, "Keep hiding."

"There are footprints here, Arthur comes with me," Charles said over there.

"Okay~ Nosy guy." Arthur complained helplessly.

The two then followed the horseshoe prints all the way to a camp near the water.

But the two did not see anyone, just like the place just now.

"This place is more suitable for camping than the previous location." Charles looked around and said.

"I think so too." Arthur nodded in agreement.

Then they saw a man who had been wriggling around a campfire. UU reading www.uukanshu.com

A very strong guy tied up.

"Untie him, let's get out of here quickly." Charles seemed to sense something was wrong with this place.

Arthur stepped forward and took off the guy's mask.

As soon as he untied the man, he shouted in German "This is a trap~"

Charles, who had been observing the surroundings, turned around and drew the bow in an instant.

chirp~

One arrow directly kills an attacker.

Then gunshots rang out.

"Fake~ I just said don't care about this shit." When Arthur yelled, he shot another member with a backhand.

Immediately after that, he hid behind the obstacle.

Charles then continued to draw the bow in the dark night.

For every three arrows he pulls, he knocks down two enemies.

Arthur kept firing at the enemy with a spear, changing his position from time to time to avoid the enemy's fire coverage.

After more than ten minutes of gunfight, Arthur shot the last enemy who wanted to escape.

"Have you seen any more people?" Arthur asked Charles.

"It should be that much." Charles looked around.

"You go and bring Dutch and the others, remember to let them clean up the corpses here." Arthur instructed Charles.

"No problem." Charles nodded, then got on his horse.

And Arthur gestured to the German-speaking guy to get on the horse. "Come up quickly, I'll take you to find your family and children."

The man clearly understood German.

So I quickly said thank you and got on Arthur's horse.

Charles ran in the direction of the Horseshoe Lookout.
