These functions have basically never appeared on contemporary lenses, mainly because of patents, costs, profits, manufacturing difficulties, and considerations that increase weight and volume. Moreover, it is not a function that subverts performance and increases image quality.But for Xia Xun's lens, it has become even more valuable.

Because this is F0.9.

If the aperture is fully open, its blurring will be extremely scary, and a little out-of-focus change can bring considerable results.

For normal portrait photography, even with an F1.4 lens, the focus will be on the face of the subject, at least the tip of the nose or the forehead are in focus.But if you change to F0.9, its focus may be the slightly protruding eyelashes, or it may be a strand of raised hair, but other places must be out of focus, and it must be blurry...

Therefore, when the aperture is fully open, its difficulty in focusing is explosive.
