Myriad Realms Store Owner of Harry Potter

Chapter 24 Halloween Boss: Troll

After persuading Hermione, Ryan suggested going to the library to study together. But Hermione thought that her eyes were red and swollen, and the image that she had just cried was really not suitable for making a fool of herself in front of her classmates. She felt that it was good to study in this empty classroom.

No way, Ryan went upstairs to the dormitory to get his schoolbag, and then returned to the empty classroom. Hermione had already washed her face and cleaned her two desks.

Hermione took out the notes that Ryan had copied from the class she missed in the morning, and started to make up for the class she missed in the morning. While copying, he muttered to himself: Oh my God, I can't believe I missed a lesson because of this matter. The floating spell is a very important spell. It is said that there will be an exam at the end of the exam.

Time passed slowly in the study. After finishing all the homework assigned today, Ryan looked up and glanced out the window and found that it was already dark.

Come on, I think it's time for dinner now. Today is a Halloween dinner. I heard that the Halloween party at Hogwarts will be very rich, and the decorations in the auditorium will be very beautiful, plus this is where we are at Hogwarts. Woz's first holiday party, I don't think I should miss it. Let's run fast, maybe we can make it to the party.

The two packed up their books and were about to push the door to go out, when they suddenly heard crackling footsteps from the other end of the corridor. Ryan seemed to have thought of something, grabbed Hermione, who was about to open the door, and opened a crack to peek out.

When he saw Harry and Ron running over, Ryan pushed open the door and walked out.

...

After the morning class, Harry and Ron found that Hermione didn't show up all afternoon, and Ryan just went upstairs to get a schoolbag and disappeared in a hurry.

At dinner time, they went downstairs to the dining room for a Halloween party, and overheard Patil telling her friend Lavender that Hermione was doing homework with Ryan in an empty classroom on the first floor, though her eyes were still a little dark. Red and swollen, but not crying in the toilet like noon, I envy Hermione for having such a friend.

Ron looked a little uncomfortable when he heard this. He said to Harry, Because Ryan is also a bit of a nerd, so be friends with Hermione.

Harry said, I know it made you a little uncomfortable because Ryan asked you to apologize to Hermione at noon, but if it wasn't for him in the common room to organize everyone's homework, I might not have been able to finish my homework recently, you know, Quidditch training takes time.

Moments later, when they walked into the dining room and saw the colorful Halloween decorations, they immediately forgot about Hermione and the others.

A thousand bats fluttered on the walls and ceiling, and another thousand hovered like a low dark cloud over the dining table, making the candle flames in the pumpkin belly flicker. Delicious food suddenly appeared on the golden plate, just like at the banquet at the beginning of school.

Just as Harry and the others were enjoying their meal, Professor Quirrell suddenly rushed into the dining room, his large scarf on his head, and a look of horror on his face. Everyone stared at him, and he walked over to Professor Dumbledore's chair, leaned over the table, and gasped, The troll—in the basement—thought you should know.

After he finished speaking, he fell to the floor and passed out.

There was chaos in the restaurant. Professor Dumbledore had to make a few screeching firework explosions from the head of his wand before everyone was quiet.

Prefect, he said in a low voice, lead your college students to the dormitory immediately.

Naturally, Percy took the students from the school to Gryffindor Tower with ease.

On the way, they encountered some people hurrying to different directions, many with nervousness written on their faces, and even some timid girls sobbing in a low voice.

As they walked for a while, squeezing through a bunch of bewildered Hufflepuff students,

Harry seemed to have thought of something, grabbed Ron's arm and said, I remembered that Hermione and Ryan don't know about the troll yet, and I think we're going to inform them.

Ron bit his lip.

Oh, all right, he said decisively, but better not let Percy see us.

They buried themselves, mingled with the Hufflepuff crowd, and walked in the other direction. They walked through the empty side corridor and just turned the corner when they heard hurried footsteps behind them.

Percy! said Ron in a low voice, pulling Harry behind a large griffin stone sculpture.

They looked from behind the stonework and found it was not Percy but Snape. He crossed the corridor and disappeared from their sight.

What is he doing? Harry whispered. Why isn't he in the basement downstairs with the other teachers?

how could I know!

Following Snape's receding footsteps, they walked quietly down another corridor, trying not to make a sound.

The rest of the road didn't encounter any problems. Harry and the others just turned a corner and came to the road in front of Lane's classroom where they studied. I saw Ryan come out from the back door of the classroom: It's dinner time, what are you two doing here?

Harry opened his mouth, just about to say something. Suddenly the smell of stinky socks mixed with public toilets that never was cleaned hits the face, and then the four hear a low grunt and the sound of huge feet dragging on the ground.

Ryan's face changed greatly, and he immediately called Harry and Ron to hide in the classroom, and then they held their breath and hid in the dark part of the classroom.

Through the glass on the classroom door, they saw a behemoth walking past the classroom, through the moonlight shining in from the corridor window. They found it was a troll.

It was twelve feet tall, with dull skin as gray as granite, and a huge, dumb body like a huge pile of mud, with a small head like a cocoa bean on it. Its short legs are as thick as tree stumps, with large flat, thick, calloused feet underneath. The odor it gave off was disgusting. It was holding a thick wooden stick in its hand, which dragged on the ground because of its long arms.

Behind her, Hermione covered her mouth and let out a suppressed exclamation. After listening to the troll's footsteps slowly walking away, the four came to the door and looked towards the corridor.

They saw the troll parked by a door, peering in. It wiggled its long ears, made a decision with its little head, then lowered its head and slowly crept into the room.

The key is in the keyhole, Harry murmured. We can lock it in there so it won't come out and hurt anyone.

Good idea, said Ron nervously.

They walked sideways to the open door, feeling dry in their mouths, just hoping that the troll wouldn't suddenly come out. With a big leap, Harry grabbed the key in his hand and slammed against the door, locking it firmly.

It's done!
