"I want to go to the place I first met Lin Ya and see if she's there."

"Where did you and Dr. Lin meet for the first time?"

Qiao Fei knew very little about Lin Ya since Lu Yan almost never mentioned her.

"Bali in Indonesia." Professor Lu smiled mildly; he looked resigned.

If Dr. Lin Ya was still alive but refused to see him, what did it mean?

It meant Professor Lu had no position in Dr. Lin Ya's heart; it would be the heaviest blow to Professor Lu.
