Veteran Brent Barry and second-round pick Dragic were not selected for the Suns' 13-man playoff roster. They were just soy sauce in the team during the regular season and were obviously not as strong as their teammates.

At the start of the first round, the Suns swept the Nuggets 4-0 to advance, beating their opponents by an average of 23 points per game.

Guo Xu played an average of 34 minutes per game in the series, scoring 30.3 points, 3 rebounds, 7.5 assists and 2 steals. He shot 50% from the field, 45.4% from the three-point range, and 90% from the free throw range. He averaged 5 three-pointers per game.

Both Bibby and Anthony Carter are not fast and cannot guard Guo Xu one-on-one. He can attract double-teams when he catches the ball. Even so, he still scored high points. During the counterattack, the Nuggets had trouble double-teaming. The Suns had at least three people on the fast break, and they were able to get open as soon as they attacked.

The coaching staff arranged for Guo Xu's playing time to be changed, allowing him to rest in the second and third quarters. Once the score is far ahead, he will rest to give the substitutes a chance to exercise. D'Antoni did not regard the Nuggets as an opponent at all, but as a sparring partner.

What kind of motivation is winning four consecutive championships for a basketball coach? D'Antoni now dares to try any tactic he comes up with. No matter how he plays, he firmly believes that the team can win, even if there is no one on the field taller than two meters.

The only advantage the Nuggets have is star small forward Carmelo Anthony, who averages 27+6+4 points per game. All other positions have been blown away.

Bibby's strength is obviously not as good as Billups. The Nuggets traded Iverson for him and he was unable to pass the first round. After this game, Anthony was fed up and considered leaving the Nuggets for a strong team that could compete for the championship.

Although the Nuggets have introduced many high-paid players, their lineup has always been unreasonable, and almost all of them are high-paid and incompetent. There is a problem with the management's team building thinking, and Anthony has no future if he stays here. Kenyon Martin's high-paying long-term contract alone is a trap for the Nuggets, otherwise they wouldn't have given away Marcus Camby for only a second-round pick.

Al Jefferson performed well in the regular season. In the playoffs, he faced defensive center Bogut. His data suddenly dropped to 15 points, 8.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game, while shooting 44.7% from the field.

The Timberwolves' two major swingmen, Rudy Gay and Josh Howard, were also restricted by the Lakers' swingman formation, and their shooting percentages dropped a lot. Artest, Battier, and Joe Johnson can implement wheel battles on the defensive end.

On the offensive end, the Lakers play a triangle offense that combines inside and outside. Monta Ellis' breakthrough is a huge threat to the Timberwolves.

Ellis has become a dark horse among players this season. He averaged 33 minutes per game, scored 18.4 points, 3.1 rebounds and 4 assists, and shot 47.5% from the field.

Since he still mainly plays off the bench, he may win this year's Sixth Man of the Year award and compete with Jason Terry, who averages 19.6 points and 3.4 assists per game for the Mavericks.

Ellis is a person whose destiny has been changed. In the triangle offensive system, no one calls him a cancer, and his one-on-one efficiency is very high. Because the contract he signed is not large, he has become one of the league's representatives of low salary and high energy.

In the summer of 2008, Ellis, who settled in Los Angeles, tore the deltoid ligament in his left ankle while riding an electric bicycle. Fortunately, he escaped a serious injury and a farce.

He is a combo guard, his playing time is guaranteed, and his partnership with Fisher and Joe Johnson has worked well. Both of those two are strong players, and the team will let Ellis guard speedy guards to exploit their strengths and avoid their weaknesses.

Yao Ming averaged 35.8 minutes per game, scoring 21.7 points, 9.3 rebounds, 1 assist and 1.3 blocks, beating Dampier with 5 points and 6 rebounds. There was only one game when Dampier defended Yao Ming, and Yao Ming's shooting percentage dropped to 40%. In fact, it was because of his poor touch.

In addition to Nowitzki, the Mavericks' biggest bright spot is Ariza. He averaged 13 points, 6 rebounds and 2.3 assists in the series, shooting 49.2% from the field and 47.6% from the three-point range. Ariza's hand was cramped but he didn't take many shots. Terry, who took a lot of shots, performed very poorly in this series, with an overall shooting rate of less than 40%.

There was also a big upset in the first round of the Western Conference. The Spurs were eliminated by the Grizzlies 1-4 despite having home court advantage.

The Grizzlies played in the best lineup, while the Spurs were missing an important star in Ginobili.

Ginobili has had a lot of trouble this season, with stops and starts. He first missed 12 games due to left ankle surgery; then missed 1 game due to a left hip contusion; then missed 19 games due to pain in his right ankle; and finally, a stress fracture in his right ankle ended the season.

Ginobili's injury was due to fatigue. His old ankle injury never healed and he didn't get enough rest. In the 2008 Beijing Olympics, he represented Argentina in a challenge to the US team despite an ankle injury. He was injured and left the field on the spot. He came back too hastily after the start of the new season.

If not for injuries, Ginobili should have had a better career. He just hit his peak data last season and then declined.

After Danny Granger joined the Spurs, his reinforcements were on the wings. His breakthrough ability is average and he is not suitable for attacking with the ball. George Hill is just a rookie, so embarrassing. In order to enhance breakthrough and organization, the Spurs traded Alston in the mid-term. However, Alston and Parker played two backs together, and the outside defense would suffer.

Alston's performance in this series disappointed Popovich very much. He shot too hard, only shooting 38% from the field and 31.6% from the three-point range.

His defensive ability is also average, and he is at a disadvantage against Grizzlies backup point guard Nate Robinson.

Not only can Nate dunk, he is very fast and has skillful dribbling skills. However, organization is his weakness as a point guard, and his height is even more tragic. In Game 5, he scored 27 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists, and was an important contributor to the Grizzlies' victory.

In the inside competition, Duncan alone could not match the Two Bears Gasol and Randolph. The Grizzlies' substitute inside player JaVale McGee also performed well, and he could grab rebounds and block shots after coming on the court.

In the series, McGee averaged 15 minutes per game, scoring 6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.3 blocks, and shooting 50.8% from the field.

In the first round of the Eastern Conference, the Cavaliers cleanly swept the Nets 4-0.

James and Mo Williams outperformed Vince Carter and Devin Harris.

Harris' statistics in the regular season were booming, but in the playoffs he became a role player when encountering a zone defense team. He was unable to shoot mid- and long-range shots and could not break into the penalty area. He averaged only 13+5 per game and shot less than 40% from the field.

In the inside competition, Boozer played 33.8 minutes per game and scored 20.5 points, 11 rebounds and 2 assists, shooting 56.2% from the field; David Lee played 30 minutes, scoring 15.3 points, 10 rebounds and 1 assist, shooting 50.7% from the field.

On the surface, David Lee seems to be performing well. In fact, he is an important reason why the Nets lose. He is terrible at guarding pick-and-rolls. He is easily passed by defenders and misses time and time again. He couldn't guard Boozer one-on-one and could only fight close to him. He lacked the ability to block shots and interfere with shots, and was only good at grabbing rebounds.

The Suns management does not regret trading David Lee. He is just a regular season player, and his unimportant game statistics can be very good. Once a tough battle requires strengthening defense, it is better for him to sit off the court.

With averages of 16 points, 11.4 rebounds and 2 assists per game in the regular season, David Lee should be able to get a big contract in the summer. Some teams are willing to offer him a high-paying long-term contract. I wonder if the Nets will match. Let David Lee go, and the Nets can rebuild next season.

The Hawks eliminated the Raptors 4-2. The fight was very fierce. The Raptors had the advantage inside and the Hawks had the advantage on the outside.

The biggest upset in the Eastern Conference was the battle between No. 2 and No. 7. The Pacers eliminated the Celtics in the first round 4-3...
