As the foundation continued to develop in the public welfare field, Lin Qian and her team gradually attracted wider attention in the industry. One day, Lin Qian received an invitation from the International Public Welfare Organization Forum to participate in a seminar on public welfare concepts and practices and share the foundation's experience and insights at the meeting.

Lin Qian felt very honored and realized that this was an excellent opportunity to exchange and learn with domestic and foreign colleagues. She carefully prepared her speech and led the core members of the team to attend the seminar.

The seminar was held in a spacious and bright conference center, with public welfare professionals from all over the world gathered together. After the meeting started, the guests took turns to speak on stage and share the public welfare concepts and practical achievements of their organizations.

Lin Qian listened carefully to the speeches of each guest. She found that different organizations have great differences in public welfare concepts and practices. Some organizations focus on emergency rescue and humanitarian assistance, playing an important role in natural disasters and conflict areas; others focus on long-term sustainable development projects, such as environmental protection, educational equity and community building.

During the exchange, Lin Qian also actively participated in the discussion and shared with other philanthropists the foundation's efforts and achievements in helping children in remote mountainous areas with education. She mentioned how to create a better learning and growth environment for children by improving school facilities, recruiting volunteer teachers, improving education quality, and exploring a commercial operation model for philanthropy.

However, during the discussion, Lin Qian also encountered some different opinions and doubts. A foreign charity expert questioned the foundation's commercial operation model: "Will the introduction of commercial elements in the charity field dilute the essence of charity? How to ensure that commercial interests do not override charity goals?"

Lin Qian responded with a smile: "We attach great importance to the nature and goals of public welfare. Commercial operation is just a means for us to achieve sustainable development. In our practice, we always put public welfare goals first, and all commercial projects are centered around how to better support public welfare activities. We have formulated strict rules and regulations and supervision mechanisms to ensure the transparency and fairness of commercial activities and to ensure that every profit can be truly used for public welfare."

She then gave a detailed introduction to the public welfare commercialization projects carried out by the Foundation and how these projects not only achieved economic benefits but also brought positive social impacts to local communities, such as creating jobs, promoting economic development and enhancing community cohesion.

Another domestic philanthropist expressed a different view on the specific methods of the foundation in education assistance: "I think that in education assistance, it is not enough to focus only on the improvement of hardware facilities and the supplementation of teaching staff. We also need to pay more attention to the renewal of educational concepts and the innovation of educational models. We should encourage children to develop independent learning ability and innovative thinking, rather than just imparting knowledge."

Lin Qian agreed with this: "Your point of view is very reasonable, and we are also constantly exploring and improving. In our education assistance projects, in addition to improving hardware conditions and strengthening teacher training, we have also introduced some advanced educational concepts and methods, such as carrying out quality education activities and encouraging students to explore and learn independently. At the same time, we have also compiled school-based teaching materials suitable for local children, focusing on cultivating their practical ability and comprehensive quality. However, we also realize that there is still a lot of room for improvement in the innovation of educational concepts and models, and hope to discuss and learn with all colleagues."

In the following free exchange session, Lin Qian and her team members had a more in-depth exchange and discussion with other public figures. They shared the difficulties and challenges they encountered in the implementation of the project, as well as their experiences in dealing with and solving these problems.

"In a community construction project we carried out, we encountered a situation where local residents did not understand and support the project. They believed that our project would change their lifestyle and bring some uncertainty. Finally, we won their trust and support." A philanthropist shared.

Lin Qian said with deep feeling: "Communication and cooperation with local communities and residents is very important. We often encounter similar problems when carrying out projects. We must learn to listen to their voices, respect their wishes, and let them truly participate in the project, so as to ensure the smooth implementation and sustainable development of the project."

Xiaomei, a team member, also shared her experience: "In terms of volunteer management, we found that volunteer training and incentive mechanisms are very critical. Volunteers should be fully informed of the significance and goals of the project, and at the same time, they should be given sufficient support and encouragement so that they can feel their own value and sense of accomplishment in volunteer service."

Other philanthropists expressed their agreement and shared some of their good practices and experiences in volunteer management.

During the break of the seminar, Lin Qian also met some heads of public welfare organizations from different countries and regions. They exchanged contact information and expressed the hope to strengthen cooperation and exchanges in the future and jointly promote the development of public welfare.

"I think we can cooperate on some transnational public welfare projects, such as global environmental protection and children's rights protection. By integrating our respective resources and advantages, we can play a greater role and provide help to more people," suggested a head of an international public welfare organization.

Lin Qian responded positively: "This is a very good idea. We are very willing to participate in cross-border public welfare cooperation. We can jointly discuss specific areas and projects for cooperation, formulate detailed cooperation plans, and contribute our strength to achieving global public welfare goals."

As the seminar progressed, Lin Qian and her team members gained a lot. Lin Qian listened carefully to everyone's suggestions and made arrangements and deployments for the next step of work.

In the following days, the foundation took active actions to put the experience and ideas learned at the seminar into practice. They carried out cooperation projects with some international public welfare organizations to jointly promote global environmental protection and children's rights protection. In China, the foundation further optimized the education assistance projects and introduced more innovative education models and methods, which were welcomed by local schools and children.
