Marvel crosses Star Wars, and everyone attacks the galaxy

"Peter."

The two turned around and saw Captain America walking towards them with War Machine, Obi-Wan, Aayla, Bly, and Cody.

"Captain, Rhodes," Parker said with a smile. "You're all back. Aayla, Obi-Wan, Cody, Bly, I'm glad to see you're all right.

"I'm glad to see you're all right," Kenobi said. "From what we saw outside, you're all caught up in this sudden war."

"Yes, the old enemy Ultron." Peter said.

"Yeah." Steve's expression was serious.

"What a bastard, it's a pity we weren't here at the time." The colonel shook his head and said.

T'Challa said kindly. "This is beyond your control."

The newly arrived group temporarily stared at the Prince of Wakanda until...

"Wait, you're that prince Peter and Matt have been looking for, right?" War Machine said, the metal snapping from his armor-covered fingers.

"T'Challa of Wakanda," the prince said, nodding. "It's an honor to meet the Avengers in person."

"It's good to see you, Your Highness." Steve said, extending his hand to shake. T'Challa shook Cap's hand, and then Rhodes's a moment later. "Glad to see you're okay. Peter and Matt have been trying to find you.

"I see. I heard that," T'Challa said.

“Well, I don’t know if you’d like to join us.” Steve said. “But right now, we’re having a meeting with the Speaker and some of the Senators after the session.

"You mean the Chancellor?" T'Challa asked curiously, and then muttered to himself after a moment.

"What's going on?" Obi-Wan asked.

"Nothing," T'Challa said. "I'm sure if my father were here he would find it very amusing.

The Senate meeting eventually came to an end as the Prince got to know Steve, Rhodes, and the other members better.

The senators dispersed for the moment, many still engaged in intense discussion of the topic that had dominated the meeting from beginning to end.

The subject will be the focus of another meeting in the Speaker’s office in the next few minutes.

A group led by Captain America and Obi-Wan arrived at the Chancellor's office and found a large group of people already there.

In fact, the entire Jedi Council was there, both in person and via holographic transmission, and several senators were also present.

The rest of the Avengers are now here as well, along with several of the Republic's top clone officers and admirals.

Sam was the first to see them arrive. "Steve. Rhodes. Kenobi. Ayla. Good to see you back."

"If only under better circumstances," Kenobi said glumly.

Sam said nodding to Cody and Bree before turning his head towards Peter, Matt, and especially….

"Cat-man," Sam greeted the Prince of Wakanda, and T'Challa hummed.

"Birdman," the prince said with a grin, and Sam smiled.

Steve and Rhodes watched the interaction in confusion, while Peter and Matt gave knowing looks.

When T'Challa finally met the current Avengers on the planet Coruscant the other day, Sam was the first to break the ice between them.

His opening statement was a simple question.

"So you like cats?

So now, in that short time, it had become a little running joke between the two of them.

But anyway, now, most of the superheroes on Earth are together.

Only two remain to be found.

Steve Rogers took a moment to look at everyone in the room.

Representing the Jedi Order were Master Yoda himself along with Windu, Depa Billaba, Kit Fisto, Plo Koon, Mundi, and the Fallen Master's successor and newest Council member, Luminara Unduli.

Of course there are also Shaak Ti and Ceci Ting, they all come from different fleets or Jedi Temples.

The other Jedi present were of course Anakin, Obi-Wan, Aayla, Ahsoka, and Barriss.

The clone officers were Rex, Cody, Bly, Wolfe, Teal, Thorne, Ponzi, Fordo, Gray, Fox, Bakara, Gerry, Jet, and Locke.

Among the current senators, most are people that the Avengers are very familiar with.

Padmé, Organa, and Chucky are the obvious three, along with Syndulla, Jar Jar Binks, and several other senators and politicians that the Avengers aren't entirely familiar with, and judging by the senior admirals present, it looks like there's more to come.

"Wait..." Obi-Wan Kenobi looked around. "Where is Admiral Yularen? Wasn't he in the fight?

Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano dropped their eyes, and Captain Rex stared at the ground in regret and respect.

After a moment, Jedi Council member Ceci Ting spoke.

“He…he sacrificed.

Obi-Wan's eyes widened in disbelief.

"Is Yularen...dead? Honestly, Obi-Wan found himself more shocked than he realized.

"Yes," said one man at the side, in a rather condescending tone. "The man went down with his ship, as all good captains have done in the past.

The new group of people looked at a middle-aged man wearing a Republic uniform and a rather unusual hairstyle to say the least. The most obvious features of this man were his sharp cheekbones and equally sharp and cold eyes.

"Excuse me, who are you?" Steve said respectfully.

The man stared at Captain Rogers for a moment, as if sizing him up, until he nodded.

"Captain Wilhuff Tarkin," the man introduced himself. His tone was... rather diplomatic, but it seemed respectful. "You're the Avengers I've heard so much about."

"That's us," War Machine said, narrowing his eyes at the man who was staring back at the Colonel.

"What is it?" Tarkin asked.

"Nothing," Rhodes said calmly. "You just reminded me of something from home."

"Really? I hope it's not negative.

"It can't be that bad," Sam began.

"Yes," Tarkin said evenly. "But I want to thank you anyway."

"For what?" Steve asked confusedly.

"For your services to the Republic," Tarkin said bluntly. "I have heard tall tales of your various efforts and exploits across the galaxy during the war. Many have spoken of your abilities, but it seems to overshadow the tactical advantages you brought to your own side. Your assistance has resulted in more decisive military victories, with far fewer casualties than in previous campaigns. I suppose Captain Rogers' nickname is more than a simple title?"

"No," Steve said firmly. "It's not."

"Then I hope we can work together one day." Tarkin said in a tone that sounded honest. "It might be a refreshing change of pace from the usual senior personnel that we officers are forced to work with.

The subtle movement of the Captains' eyes turning towards the Jedi Knight was not lost on Steve or some of the other Avengers, for the man took a step back just as Chancellor Palpatine entered his office with his usual entourage.

Although no one saw him do it, Matt Murdock touched his hand to his head and caught Peter's rapid breathing.

"Are you okay, Peter?" Matt asked softly.

The Queens native shook his head, rubbed his eyes for a moment, and frowned again.

"I... I don't know. Peter said, now visibly cringing. "I just have a weird feeling."

Hearing this, Obi-Wan looked at his student.

"Feeling?" Kenobi demanded clarification. "Is this your extra feeling, Peter?"

"Something like that." Peter frowned.

"Extra sense?" T'Challa asked confusedly.

"It has to do with his ability; a sixth sense," Obi-Wan replied.

Before the prince could ask for further explanation, Chancellor Palpatine cleared his throat, calling for everyone's attention.

"Ladies and gentlemen, I thank you all for joining us for this meeting. This is an unfortunate moment for what is happening on Coruscant." Palpatine said, sitting down at his desk.

On either side of the Speaker were two men who were often with him at nearly every moment.

One of these was a male Chagrian known as Mas Amedda, who served as Palpatine's right-hand man.
