Marvel crosses Star Wars, and everyone attacks the galaxy

"Great," Anakin said in a mocking, annoyed tone. "Did you find out everything you wanted to know?"

"Wait a minute, I want to see how it does all this." Kenobi waved him down.

"I don't think Luminara wants to see how it works." Anakin said now a little annoyed.

Luminara gave Kenobi a pleading look as Poggle stepped closer.

"I'm curious, and the more we know the better," Kenobi admitted.

"Don't we already know that worms work through the nose?"

"No, we saw it just moving in the nose. We're not sure how it works.

"I disagree," Luminara said more forcefully now that Bogle had placed the Mindworm in front of her.

"Me too," Anakin said.

"Come on, nose or ear? Which one do you think it'll go in?" Kenobi asked.

Anakin sighed loudly and gave his Master a disapproving look. "The nose, I think."

"I hope this is part of the plan. Luminara said with a hint of frustration as the mindworm began to slither over her head.

"Isn't it always like this?" Kenobi asked knowingly. Suddenly, "Cody, Rhodes, now!"

Commander Cody and Gerry rushed out with the other clones, and the War Machine flew into the center of the Queen's room, all flashing lights, directly in the Queen's direction. The Queen staggered around, covering her eyes. Her screams of pain made the other mind-controlled Geonosians twitch as they could not get proper control.

"Perfect timing, Obi-Wan," War Machine said, flying through the air with his arms outstretched and his missile pods opened. "Stay away from her, you ugly bitch!"

War Machine opened up his full firepower and joined the other clone troopers in firing at the undead bugs. They all groaned and hissed, and soon, large numbers of Geonosians fell, and War Machine aimed his fire at the Geonos Queen.

In response to this blatant provocation, the alien queen screamed and green goo gushed from her wounds, but she was quickly slaughtered by the fully-powered Avengers.

During the attack on the enemy forces, Anakin used the Force to retrieve their lightsabers, then quickly knocked Poggle to the ground and secured him with a pair of handcuffs. However, Obi-Wan stared at the fallen egg as another bug tried to crawl out. He used the Force, and suddenly-

*thump*

"Ouch! Rhodes, why did you do that?!" Kenobi asked, rubbing his head and being flicked by War Machine's metal covered fingers.

"Because I'm curious." War Machine ignored the Jedi's protests, snatched the Mindworm from Obi-Wan, threw it to the ground, and crushed it.

“Rhodes! I was going to study it!

“Well, study the ash! I won’t risk you bringing it back alive and causing potential danger.

"For once, I agree with the Terrans," Anakin said. "Besides, you can study the soles of our boots. There's a lot of Geonosian brains there.

“And all the zombie movies.”

"...How many—"

"Anakin!"

"Oh, right. Let's keep going!

The entire group began to run out of the underground lair at full speed as the cave began to collapse around them.

The surviving Geonosians either fled or attempted to attack Republic forces in retaliation.

In response, War Machine fell slightly behind as he dropped explosives and fended off the pursuing Geonosians.

"Keep moving," War Machine ordered.

Ahead, they saw a beam of light shining through a hole in the ceiling.

"This is our way out." Luminara pointed ahead.

"Go, go, I'll hold them off." War Machine ejected multiple compartments from his armor as he began firing at all the remaining Geonosians still pursuing them.

Arriving at the hole in the ceiling, the group looked up and saw the sunlight of Geonos shining down from high above.

They began to flee towards the exit, the War Machines falling back as the Geonosians began to swarm them.

He looked up for a moment, seeing that the rest of the clones were now out.

"Okay, time to go," War Machine muttered.

On the surface, Cap, Shifter, and Rotor hear the sounds of a firefight coming from the underground lair. As they are about to go through the main entrance, Cap notices some noises, not coming from where they came in, but from a nearby cover. Cap rushes over, lifts the metal plate, and pulls it open. Two clone troopers see this and rush over to offer the Avengers assistance.

Just then they spotted the search party, Bogle, beginning to climb up from the hole below. Lowering the metal sheet, the three leaned over and began pulling the men out one by one. They had to hurry because of the constant hissing and groaning coming from below. Until the last of them came out, they suddenly heard thrusters taking off from below. They retreated, and soon the war machine flew out quickly.

"We have to evacuate!" the colonel said. "This place is collapsing!"

War Machine flew ahead and everyone else ran behind as the temple began to collapse. With the last of them out of the vicinity, they were protected from the creatures lurking below them.

"Well, all things considered." Anakin coughed. "That's better than I expected.

"I just wish we could get one of these... Ouch!" Kenobi rubbed the back of his head, staring in disbelief at War Machine, who had taken off his helmet and was looking at the Jedi Master expressionlessly.

"Kenobi, just... don't finish that sentence. Don't even think about it. You're thinking a dangerous thing," War Machine said in a dry tone. "There's precedent for this situation. And I'm not going to risk you putting all of us in danger for the sake of your curiosity."

Luminara suddenly began laughing at the monitor, and Anakin was unable to suppress his laughter at the rare moment when his Master was scolded so thoroughly.

Captain America smiled and said, "I have a feeling I missed something good."

"Yes, once we're out of here, I'll tell you about what Obi-Wan just did and why his curiosity could be a dangerous choice."

"I will definitely do this in a safe environment..."

"Shut up! Stop talking..."
