Guangming Factory received a purchase intention for large agricultural machinery from an African country.

Wang Dashan led a team to the country for business negotiations and market research.

In the country's capital, they met with local agricultural business and government representatives.

Wang Dashan introduced at the negotiation meeting: "The agricultural machinery of our Guangming factory has a good application and reputation in Asia and some European countries. Our products are efficient, durable and multifunctional, and can be customized according to the agricultural needs of your country."

A local agricultural enterprise owner raised a question: "Director Wang, can your machinery operate normally under our climate and soil conditions in Africa? It is dry and rainy here, and the land is relatively poor."

Wang Dashan replied: "We have taken different climate and soil conditions into consideration during the research and development process. For example, our irrigation machinery can automatically adjust the amount of water according to the soil moisture to ensure effective irrigation even in arid areas. Moreover, we can specially design the plowshares of tillage machinery based on the soil characteristics of your country so as to better plow the land."

During the market research process, Wang Dashan and his team found that although the local agricultural production methods were relatively traditional, farmers were full of expectations for new agricultural machinery.

At the same time, they also have their own unique agricultural culture and customs.

During an inspection in a rural area, the local tribal elders said to Wang Dashan: "Friends from outside, our land was left to us by our ancestors. We hope that the new machinery can respect our land and traditions. Here, there is a sacrificial ceremony before sowing to pray for a good harvest. The new machinery cannot destroy this tradition."

Wang Dashan said respectfully, "Elder, we fully understand. Our mechanical operations can be adjusted according to your schedule and will not interfere with your traditional rituals. Moreover, we also hope to learn from your agricultural culture and incorporate some beneficial elements into our product design and services."

In order to better integrate into the local market, Guangming Factory recruited a group of employees locally and provided them with training.

During the training process, we also focus on cultural exchange.

Xiao Wang, a trainer at Guangming Plant, told local employees: "In our Chinese agricultural culture, there are 24 solar terms, which are an important basis for guiding agricultural production. Our machinery operations can also be combined with the characteristics of these solar terms. For example, sowing and harvesting operations at appropriate solar terms can increase production."

A local employee asked curiously: "We don't have the 24 solar terms here. We have our own rainy season and dry season division. How can we combine them?"

After thinking about it, Xiao Wang said, "We need to discuss this together. We can adjust the maintenance and use plan of the machinery according to your rainy and dry seasons. For example, before the rainy season comes, we can conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the irrigation machinery to ensure normal drainage during the rainy season; in the dry season, we can focus on ensuring the efficient operation of the farming and irrigation machinery."

As Guangming Factory gradually advances in the African market, they have established good cooperative relationships with local enterprises and farmers.
