HP Shavings Wizard

Chapter 51 Sleeping together

The three of them chatted until very late, and it was only until Dumbledore reminded them that it was too late that the magic seminar ended reluctantly.

For a moment, the two elders actually had the illusion of returning to the midsummer of 1899.

At that time, Grindelwald and Dumbledore had similar interests. They discussed profound magic and the ambitions of leading wizards together, and they wished they could stay up all night.

Alison casually picked up the textbook she had read at the beginning, "A Guide to Elementary Transfiguration", and flipped through it. She was so engrossed in the discussion that there was almost no teaching, although this was already much faster than the normal class progress.

Dumbledore comforted gently: "Don't worry, take your time."

Alison nodded obediently, then winked at her old father, pretending to be polite, and then suddenly and obviously and cutely coughed heavily, hinting, or indicating?

"Gellert, then I'll have to trouble you to arrange accommodation for my teacher. If the guest room is too late to be cleaned, ahem..."

Grindelwald laughed in silence, but still cooperated and took over the conversation, otherwise this little bastard would never stop.

"Of course, I will take good care of him."

So Alison decisively left, leaving the two old lovers alone in the living room.

Dumbledore looked at Alison's back as she left and sighed helplessly.

Grindelwald glanced at Alison and said, "…You are still a child after all."

Dumbledore shook his head: "She has done very well."

Grindelwald did not refute. He looked at Dumbledore: "...Al, are you going to stay?"

Dumbledore was silent for a moment, and finally nodded: "Okay."

Grindelwald's lips curled up into a smile.

Dumbledore looked normal, but there was a hint of helplessness in his eyes.

The two of them tidied up the living room and went upstairs to rest together.

……

Dumbledore saw the Q version pillow with himself as the prototype at the head of the bed. The Q version of the old headmaster with white beard was very cute, wearing a purple robe and smiling as he was about to cast a spell.

He couldn't help but pick it up and look at it.

The pillow transformed by the transformation was quite soft and my fingers sank into it.

He stared at the pillow with a smile on his face.

Grindelwald's gaze also fell on the pillow, and a hint of tenderness flashed in his eyes.

After taking turns washing up, they lay on the bed, neither of them falling asleep. The room was so quiet that they could only hear each other's breathing.

Late at night always makes people think a lot.

Time passed by minute by minute, and it was unknown how long it had been before Dumbledore suddenly spoke: "Gayle."

Grindelwald responded softly, "Hmm?"

Dumbledore asked, "Do you remember the first time we met?"

Grindelwald seemed to laugh.

Dumbledore also laughed: "I still remember, it was a sunny afternoon, you were reading a book on the grass..."

Grindelwald chuckled: "…We were debating together at that time, and in the end…"

Dumbledore continued, somewhat nostalgically: "…there was a quarrel."

Grindelwald said briskly: "I win."

Dumbledore laughed happily again: "I remember that you laughed very proudly at that time."

Grindelwald snorted and added, "Your face stunk terribly then."

Dumbledore also recalled the scene and couldn't stop laughing.

The two of them chatted back and forth, slowly reminiscing.

Those days of youth seem to come back to my mind.

"..."

Dumbledore was a little dazed: "...time flies by so fast."

Grindelwald was silent for a moment. "...Yes, in the blink of an eye, we have all grown old."

The two fell into silence again.

The room fell silent.

After a long while, Grindelwald spoke again slowly: "...Are you going back to school tomorrow?"

Dumbledore smiled: "…stay with the child for a while longer."

Grindelwald also laughed: "Okay."

The two of them slept in each other's arms without saying a word all night.

……

The early morning sunlight filtered through the gaps in the curtains and fell on the bedside table.

Dumbledore opened his eyes, turned his head to look at Grindelwald beside him, a smile flashed across his eyes.

Grindelwald also woke up. He looked at Dumbledore and smiled.

"Good morning." x2

The two said in unison, then smiled at each other and got up to wash.

Alison got up early to make breakfast as usual, relying on her strong energy to ignore the fact that she slept late last night. After all, besides her, there were three centenarians in the house, and she felt guilty about letting them cook.

With the help of various spells, a hearty breakfast was prepared smoothly and quickly in less than ten minutes, and Alison didn't even have to touch it during the whole process.

Plates of breakfast flew to the table one by one and were lined up tightly.

This was the scene that Dumbledore and Grindelwald saw when they came downstairs after washing up.

The two walked to the dining table and sat down.

Grindelwald ostentatiously changed the name of his daughter, who was half a member of the Dumbledore family, and teased Dumbledore beside him. The bee and the phoenix are the symbols of the Dumbledore family.

"Hard-working little bee."

Albus Old Bee Dumbledore agreed with a smile: "Indeed."

Bathilda also came downstairs, and the four of them ate breakfast and chatted together.

Alison was sneaky and gathering intelligence.

"Albus, how long can you teach me here?"

Dumbledore was stunned for a moment, then smiled and said, "Well, that depends on the school's work arrangements."

Alison blinked and asked persistently, "What about the past few days?"

Dumbledore was a little helpless.

"Alison, I think you should focus more on studying."

Alison's eyes wandered as she defended herself, "…I'm just asking about tutoring time so I can arrange it."

Dumbledore laughed and confessed, "Well, there's nothing to do in school these few days, so I'll stay here."

Grindelwald also echoed: "Don't worry, I will also supervise you to study hard."

Alison's face was expressionless for a moment, then she returned to her smiling appearance: "…How much break time is there? How much class time is there?"

Under her expectant gaze, the two looked at each other and reached a tacit consensus.

"Well..."

Dumbledore said gently, "There will be one to two hours of study time every morning."

Grindelwald went on to explain: "You can do whatever you want in the afternoon, but you have to review what you learned in class in the evening."

When Alison heard that she had the whole afternoon free, her eyes lit up:!

Bathilda rubbed Alison's head.

Dumbledore added: "Of course, if there is anything you don't understand, you can always ask me."

Alison ate her breakfast quickly, preparing to finish her classes quickly, and her anxious eyes glanced at the elders who were enjoying their breakfast leisurely.

Grindelwald was surprised: "So studious?"

Alison sighed sadly, "I'm waiting to go to Diagon Alley... the sooner I finish my classes the more time I'll have."

These words sounded like those of a kid who wanted to go shopping out of play, and did not arouse their questions or suspicion.

Dumbledore gently comforted her: "Don't worry, you will learn it soon."
