HP Shavings Wizard

Chapter 5 Grindelwald Manor

After transferring several times and using some unknown spells, the young wizard was led by his old father to the outside of a manor, accompanied by the dizziness and weightlessness brought about by the Apparition.

Grindelwald pushed open the door of the manor and led Alison in.

When no one is around, the entire manor is still kept very clean by the house-elves, but it still inevitably reveals some of the old and vicissitudes of time.

The pointed-roof house in the middle, or the small castle? It is quite large, perhaps to accommodate the many core followers in the past...

German-style decoration focuses more on practicality. The garden appears spacious and grand, with many wide roads large enough for carriages to pass through.

There was a wave of magical power in front of him, and a neatly groomed house-elf, so old that white hair grew on his ears, appeared instantly.

The pair of cloudy eyes as big as light bulbs looked at the father and daughter in surprise, pausing for a moment on Alison's transparent right eye, which was a characteristic of the Grindelwald family, and then a shrill voice sounded: "Daisy greets the master, the little master."

Grindelwald did not refute the identity of "young master". He nodded and said in a gentle tone: "Daisy, this is Alison, Alison Grindelwald."

Alison smiled brightly, showing the innocence and cuteness that suits her age, and she was lively and cheerful: "Hi, Daisy."

Daisy was flattered and trembling with excitement. Her eyes were red and she covered her mouth with her wrinkled hands, as if she wanted to cry.

But it quickly suppressed its impolite instinct to make its master wait, trembling and bowing deeply, its long and pointed nose almost kissing the ground: "Daisy greets the young master."

When Grindelwald saw this scene, a complex emotion flashed in his eyes, and he understood why Daisy was so excited - this loyal house-elf had served their family since he was born, witnessed his growth and rise, and also witnessed his failure and imprisonment.

But soon, the old devil calmed down and returned to his past elegant, calm and unfathomable appearance of a wizard leader. Even his ragged prison uniform could not conceal his demeanor.

He praised and instructed Daisy calmly, "Good job. Go prepare dinner."

Daisy apparated away with a "pop" to prepare dinner.

Then Grindelwald turned to Alison and said, "Come on, I'll show you around here."

The red-haired little wizard smiled and responded crisply, then followed him obediently, looking around curiously.

The two walked into the castle. The decoration and layout inside the castle also revealed the simplicity, grandeur and pragmatic style of German architecture. There were not too many decorations and furnishings, but every detail was carefully designed.

Although he had been away for a long time, Grindelwald was not unfamiliar with this place. He walked around with ease and introduced the layout and functional areas of the castle to Alison.

"This is the dining room, that is the living room... There is also a study, a greenhouse, a training ground, a cellar..."

Alison looked carefully at every place, and when she saw the very large open space in the training ground, her eyes lit up: "Can we practice Fiendfire?"

Grindelwald raised his eyebrows. Although he had already seen from the elderberry wand that this girl preferred the dark arts, he was still a little surprised at her proficiency and enthusiasm for those advanced dark arts.

He didn't answer immediately, but asked, "Where did you learn that?"

In the game world, reading books and drawing cards in the library is also self-taught. Alison said confidently: "I learned it by myself! I also know your fire shield! Can the training ground withstand such a large-scale damage?"

Of course, Fiery Flame and Fire Shield have been practiced to the master level and can be released silently and without a wand. She asked this mainly to see if this place could be used as a place to study new magic.

Grindelwald laughed and stopped the young wizard from thinking of suicide in advance: "That's definitely not possible. The training ground is just for you to get familiar with various offensive spells. It can only accommodate the magic power of normal adult wizards."

Alison looked visibly disappointed and uninterested.

Grindelwald touched his daughter's head helplessly: "Don't be like this, if something really happens to you, I won't be able to explain to Albus."

Alison was still not convinced and asked, "Where did you practice magic before? To create a fire shield to protect yourself, there must be a wide open space to practice, right?"

Grindelwald was silent for a moment, then sighed quietly: "In the open space behind Albus's house."

Alison's expression froze.

Grindelwald looked at her, the corners of his lips slightly raised, as if he was helpless to deal with the question, and continued to add: "With Albus."

Alison's expression was ugly and aggrieved. This guy was just showing off the benefits of the version. Now she could practice dark magic under the nose of Albus, her father who opposed dark magic? Obviously impossible.

Grindelwald ignored her expression and continued walking forward, saying in a relaxed tone: "Come on, I'll show you your room."

Alison stamped her feet angrily, but followed him obediently.

The two of them came to the third floor. At the end of the corridor was a spacious and bright bedroom that looked very comfortable. The room was fully furnished, with a separate bathroom and cloakroom, and also equipped with a spacious and bright balcony, from which one could enjoy the beautiful scenery around the castle.

However, the room has no personal characteristics. It is just a standard simple style that matches the castle style. It should be a guest room in the castle.

Alison asked curiously, "Where do you live?"

Grindelwald walked to the balcony and said casually, "Second floor."

Alison was suspicious for a moment, always feeling that he was deliberately separating her, thinking about spending the future alone on the second floor with Albus's father.

Grindelwald saw Alison's suspicion and smiled faintly: "Why? Are you afraid that I will kidnap Albus?"

Similar personalities and thinking patterns make it easier for them to guess each other's thoughts. Alison's thoughts were exposed, but she was not willing to be outdone and declared her sovereignty: "Dad Albus is mine!"

Grindelwald raised his eyebrows. He didn't expect that Alison, at such a young age, was so possessive. He smiled and said, "What a coincidence. I think so too."

The two dark wizards named Grindelwald were about to fight even before they showed up in front of Dumbledore. For them, it seemed that winning the love of Dumbledore, the greatest wizard of the time, was a piece of cake.

The young Grindelwald, who inherited the blood alliance, was eager to possess Dumbledore. Alison sneered and mocked him, knowing how to stab him: "A daughter is for life. An unreliable boyfriend can be replaced. The next one will be better."

Grindelwald couldn't help laughing, but he didn't refute her childish view of love. He knew that Alison didn't really object to him and Albus being together, but it was just a declaration of the child's possessiveness towards his father.

The old man lowered his eyes and looked at Alison, his tone gentle and smiling: "When you grow up, you will understand that love is something that cannot be replaced just because you want it."
