HP Shavings Wizard

Chapter 113 Christmas Chapter

"Where will the Philosopher's Stone end up?"

Alison looked at Grindelwald, a little surprised that he would ask such an obvious question.

"Of course Daddy is taking care of him personally. How could he really leave him in a checkpoint where someone could break in? As long as there are no other interests involved, there is no place safer than with Dumbledore."

Grindelwald laughed.

Dumbledore shook his head helplessly and sighed again.

"Alison, sometimes I wish you could be a little less scheming."

"…Forget it. I already knew that neither of you two are the kind of people who are content with what you have."

Alison kissed her father on the cheek and continued to hang on to him, saying confidently: "But I'm so cute~"

Grindelwald replied coolly: "It's also troublesome."

Dumbledore laughed, not denying it.

Grindelwald stroked the hair of his daughter, with whom he had only been together for three months.

"…But it's quite interesting."

After the quarrel, they went to have lunch again. During the lunch, the two old wizards disappeared for a while and went to the Room of Requirement to deal with a bet that was used as a shield.

"..."

Alison was busy preparing Christmas gifts for her father last night. Now she dozed off sleepily, listening to the crackling of the flames in the fireplace, and slowly fell asleep on the sofa.

During the Christmas holiday, Dumbledore also strictly abided by the holiday time and did not arrange for his daughter to go to school. He helped Alison cover the blanket, picked out books of interest with Gale, and sat on the sofa to read.

……

To be honest, Alison thought that this family was really weird to a certain extent:

A rational, calm, humorous, and cute self-sacrificing saint + a controlling PUA, antisocial, a man with a suspected dual personality, a scumbag with a lot of charm + a chaotic, evil, and clingy kid.

Emmmm......

Ancient magic can extract emotional power from people to strengthen itself, but people whose emotions are extracted too much will eventually become empty shells without any emotions.

After passing through a certain game world, Alison can sense and manipulate ancient magic that has almost disappeared from the wizarding world, and is keenly aware of the obvious fluctuations of emotional power in others.

She could clearly feel that her father's feelings for her father were not as strong as her father's feelings for her father - it couldn't be said that he didn't love her, just that he didn't love her as much.

Grindelwald spent the rest of his life imprisoned in Nurmengard Prison. The completely failed great cause was torn away from his life. In the end, he could only cling to the few memories of his time with Dumbledore and the terrifying figures illuminated by the green light in his dreams at midnight.

For Grindelwald, after he came out of Nurmengard Prison, the most important person was Dumbledore, and perhaps Alison as well.

The second half of Dumbledore's life was filled with too many different responsibilities: he had to organize the Order of the Phoenix to fight against Voldemort, communicate with his friends, deal with some consultations from the Wizengamot Wizarding Court and the Ministry of Magic, take care of Hogwarts school affairs, and prepare to train the Boy Who Lived...

When he recalled Grindelwald, who was buried in a corner of his heart, it was only in a fleeting moment of trance during his spare time—he had not forgotten him, but he did not think of him often.

The person who was owed has learned to let go and reconcile with his past self over the long years. In the Mirror of Erised, he no longer saw only Grindelwald, but the family he longed for most in his lonely life.

Even though he had accepted Grindelwald's belated love and proposal, he still remained rational and was secretly on guard against the other party's threats and incitement to the students.

When Dumbledore and Grindelwald loved each other the most, neither of them loved them that deeply. Standing between their love were too many realities, ideals, beliefs, and responsibilities... Without Alison's interference, they would have stayed in the tower and never seen each other again.

Because of too many past events, Alison is now extremely cold and capricious, focusing on pleasure, yet longing for her parents. She instinctively relies on that little bit of emotion to try to maintain her last bit of humanity.

And the most strange thing is that even though they sometimes have their own thoughts about each other and scheme against each other, this family of three consisting of a white wizard and two black wizards actually get along well with each other. They can probably be considered a happy family in the eyes of the world.

……

In the evening, Hogwarts held a Christmas dinner, attended by teachers and students who stayed at school during the holidays. There were only a few dozen people sitting around a table, no longer like before when there were many people sitting at several tables.

The table was filled with a huge amount of plump roast turkey, a mountain of roast meat and boiled potatoes, huge plates of delicious sausages, buttered peas, thick gravy and cranberry sauce, and a large number of wizarding gift bags and firecrackers - Alison felt that all these food and entertainments would drown the people who were detained at school.

Dumbledore sat in the front with Grindelwald and Alison, and happily raised his wand and replaced his pointed wizard's hat with a woman's hat decorated with flowers.

Alison sat next to her father, looking curiously at Professor Quirrell, who had been beaten by her before and was now cowering, and gave him a sweet smile.

The Garlic Professor shuddered and lowered his head, pretending not to see her.

The faculty and staff greeted Headmaster Dumbledore, who smiled and nodded in response.

Alison turned and looked curiously at the Weasley children who were sitting nearby, all wearing hand-knitted sweaters and had red hair.

The Weasley brothers noticed Alison's gaze and winked at her, looking as if they were eager to talk to her.

A vicious look flashed across Alison's eyes. She pulled out her wand and used a silent dancing spell to quickly hit one of them.

One of the twins immediately stood up and danced the tarantella next to the table in a funny way, squeezing his eyes in a funny way to try to glare at her. The other one was stunned for a moment, and then immediately laughed out loud.

This prank spell made the other students laugh, and the atmosphere suddenly became lively.

Professor McGonagall frowned seriously and stared at the illegal behavior of abusing magic against classmates happening right under her nose.

"Ms. Grindelwald, don't tease your classmates!"

Alison twirled her wand and pointed it at Professor McGonagall.

"Then tease the professor!"

Her voice rose in a lively tone as she announced arrogantly.

Transfiguration transformed the Transfiguration Professor's wizard robes into a set of fluffy lion pajamas, and the tall black top hat also grew moving cat ears.

The unsuspecting Queen of Lion Academy was stunned for a moment, then came to her senses as the students burst into laughter again. She shook her head helplessly, but was not angry.

"Well, it seems that today is not the day for preaching."

The old professor lowered his head to admire, his face flushed with excitement because of the lively atmosphere. He touched the soft and comfortable golden lion pajamas and couldn't help laughing.
