Genshin Impact: Pool Character, Nirvana of the Demon God

Chapter 138 ends, the birth of Chi Xiao

Three days later, Qingce Zhuang.

A tombstone appeared in the cemetery, and the Chengxiao sword in its scabbard was placed in front of the tombstone.

This is Jun Moli's tomb.

After receiving two consecutive fatal wounds from the Demon God, Jun Moli still couldn't survive even with Jun Bai's power.

After using up his last bit of strength and attacking Chi from the front and back together with Jun Bai, Jun Moli fell down again and was unable to stand up again.

He fell down with a smile and closed his eyes peacefully.

Jun Bai sat cross-legged in front of his second brother's grave, holding the wooden sword used by his second brother in his hand.

What level of power could allow this wooden sword, not even as powerful as a toy in a child's hand, to pierce through the body of a demon?

Jun Bai didn’t know.

He didn't even know that Jun Moli had a smile on his face when he fell.

"My second brother wouldn't want to see you like this."

Li Tonghui, wrapped in bandages all over his body, came over and put his hand on Jun Bai's shoulder.

At the moment when the full armed forces broke out, Jun Bai's power blessed the world and allowed Li Tonghui, who was half a step away from death, to be reborn.

Unfortunately, Jun Moli couldn't hold on to the end.

"Brother, do you think that if I had not come to Qingce Manor, none of this would have happened?" Jun Bai asked with his face hidden in the shadows.

"Who can explain something that has not happened?"

Li Tonghui sighed, then smiled and said, "If you hadn't been to Qingce Manor, perhaps my second brother would be just an ordinary swordsman. Even though his ancestors were once famous, he would eventually become just like everyone else."

"So there is no way to explain this kind of thing. Because if it is not true in itself."

"Is that so?" Jun Bai murmured to himself.

Li Tonghui smiled as usual and said, "Okay, cheer up. This is really unlike the third brother I know."

"Myself, Aunt Bai, and my second brother don't want to see Jun Bai like this at all."

"I see." Jun Bai smiled helplessly, "Brother, do you have any other plans next?"

"Other plans? Maybe I'll travel around Teyvat with Xiaoyan."

"Aren't you going to continue escorting?" Jun Bai asked doubtfully.

"Originally, I was escorting people because I wanted to improve my martial arts. Traveling around Teyvat can also help me do that."

"My second brother and I have been thinking about honing our strength since we were young. We want to see the world when we have enough strength and take you with us."

"But this battle made me realize that there is no end to the improvement of strength. It will be too late to set off after I am ready."

"So, I'm not going to wait any longer."

"I want to take my second brother with me and take a good look at Teyvat."

Jun Bai asked, "But it's still a war between demons and gods. Why don't we wait for the war to end?"

"When the war is over, I might have gone to see my second brother. Like I said, by the time everything is ready, it will be too late."

Li Tonghui looked at Jun Bai and said, "Just do it when you want to do it, so you won't regret it."

"Third brother, do you want to come with us?"

Jun Bai shook his head and said, "I'm going to Guiliji to find Morax. The peaceful and prosperous world He promised me a hundred years ago has not been achieved yet. I have to go and help."

"Really? It seems like we brothers will go our separate ways in the future." Li Tonghui stood up and said, "Before you leave, remember to say goodbye to Aunt Bai."

"When you leave, you don't have to see me anymore. We'll see each other again sometime."

"However, considering your race, it may be difficult for us to meet again in the future."

Li Tonghui walked out of the cemetery. Xiao Yan had been waiting outside for a long time.

"Wait a minute, brother."

Jun Bai called Li Tonghui and handed a book to his elder brother.

"This is?"

"Gui Zhong taught me the magic. If you have time, learn it and use it for self-defense."

"Can I become an immortal after learning it?"

"I don't know. I have never seen a mortal become an immortal."

Li Tonghui took his brother's parting gift and said with a smile, "Then let me be the first one."

After saying that, Li Tonghui and Xiao Yan walked out together.

Watching his elder brother leave, Jun Bai always felt that this would not be the last time they saw each other. Perhaps, his elder brother could really ascend to heaven as a mortal?

"Before we say goodbye, there is one last thing."

Jun Bai said as he inserted the wooden sword in front of Jun Moli's tomb. Then he took out the red shadow and walked towards the forging room.

——Consciousness returns

Jun Bai was lying on the bed in the room on the third floor of Fengdeng Building and slowly opened his eyes.

He moved his stiff body and asked, "I have been sleeping for nearly ten days?"

[You guessed it right. This time the background is complete. Seven days have passed in the Teyvat world. How do you feel? ]

"My body is a little stiff, I need to move around."

【I mean the psychological feeling.】

"..." Jun Bai was silent, and then he said, "Life in Qingce Village is actually quite peaceful, not as legendary as the background supplement in the last chapter."

"But, that is our entire past as brothers."

“I don’t have any special feeling, but I feel a little empty inside.”

[Host, are you into the role? ]

"I have always treated this as reality. There is no such thing as being in a role." Jun Bai shook his head.

Memory determines cognition. Jun Bai has truly gone through this journey, so in Jun Bai's eyes, this world has long been not just a game, but a real world.

When he was completing the work, he truly regarded those two as brothers. Now that he has returned to the present, Jun Bai still thinks so.

"According to the setting, Chi Xiao was born in my hands at that time."

Jun Bai recalled the last scene that completed this background.

He took the Red Shadow and walked towards the forging room.

With the Red Shadow as the main body, and the light sword and Duanyue used by Jun Moli as auxiliary, the final product was the Red Sky.

The Chengxiao Sword and the Wooden Sword were placed by Jun Bai in front of Jun Moli's tomb. They represented the starting point and end point of the sword path of the Qingce Sword Immortal, and were therefore left in front of the tomb as a memorial.

Cheng Xiao, perhaps he can no longer be called Cheng Xiao.

Because after Jun Moli's death, the world's number one sword lost its sharpness, as if it had left with its sword master.

Anyone can pull it out, and it is like a useless sword in anyone's hands.

Cheng Xiao had already left with Jun Moli, leaving behind only a broken body.

Therefore, after being recast, Chiying will be renamed Chixiao.

Chi represents Chiying; Xiao represents the sword that was once the best in the world.

Jun Bai took a wine glass, filled it up, and raised it in the direction of Qingce Manor.

Respect, the pinnacle of mortals, the sword immortal who walked out of Qingce Village and whose desire is not to rely on swords.

——Digression

Finally I finished writing the background. 20 chapters, the author himself felt it was too long and watered down.

This chapter will be posted separately, and the other three chapters will be posted tonight.

Let me tell you about my feelings and add some words to it. (When I wrote this paragraph, it was less than 2000 words.)

Completing this second paragraph of background also made me realize my shortcomings in writing. I couldn't stop when writing about daily life, which caused the whole story to drag on for a long time.

I will improve this later.

Some people say that the character creation of the swordsman Qing Ce that I laid out earlier was a bit lacking.

I did it on purpose~

After all, the background supplement is about Jun Bai's past. It would be putting the cart before the horse to focus too much on other characters.

This can be the omniscient perspective, or the perspective of Jun Bai, but not the perspective of Jun Moli. Naturally, his characterization will be a little worse, and it can be said that it is all superficial.

The background completion is a simple narration of Jun Moli's life. As for his character creation, I plan to put it in the event plot of Fengdeng Tower, Jun Bai's legendary mission 1, and the plot animation outside the game.

Try not to disappoint everyone.

By the way, does anyone want to see this version of Keqing's legendary quest? The story of Keqing following in Jun Moli's footsteps.

If you want to read it, I will write it as a sequel and post it all when I finish it.

Regarding the legends of my own characters, I actually plan to write them as a spin-off, and once I finish writing one, I’ll release it together with the update of the day.

After all, it would be a waste of time to insert it into the main storyline.

That's it. See you tonight, bye~
