The journey of Uchiha Yingyue and his two companions in the Water Kingdom was full of adventure and novelty.

The Water Kingdom is an island country to the east of the Fire Kingdom. Although its area is the smallest among the five major countries, its unique ocean environment and terrain make Yingyue feel very fresh.

The three of them took a boat to the Water Kingdom. On the sea, they met fishermen from the Water Kingdom who were fishing, as well as pirates they met unexpectedly.

The wind and waves on the sea were surging, and a pirate ship was rapidly approaching their ship.

The pirates had ferocious looks on their faces, preparing to start a robbery.

However, Uchiha Yingyue was not in a hurry. He stood at the bow, quickly formed seals with both hands, and then shouted in a low voice: "Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique!"

I saw the water surging on the sea, and soon a huge water dragon formed, hovering in the air, making a deafening roar.

The water dragon was majestic. Uchiha Yingyue jumped lightly and stood on the top of the water dragon, looking down at the pirate ship.

After hearing this, Uchiha Yingyue frowned slightly.

He learned from fishermen and pirates that the civilians of the Water Kingdom were living in dire straits, and many of them were forced to become pirates because they could not bear the heavy taxes and oppression of the lords.

They are not born evil, but they chose this path out of helplessness.
