October is here, and Hogwarts' first Hogsmeade field day is approaching, and the time is October 10st, which is Halloween.

Harry has been busy with Quidditch training lately, spending almost every day on the field, and I noticed this special date from the notice on the notice board. Every Halloween since I started school seems to be a bit uneasy, but at least this time, Sirius will not "attack the Fat Lady's portrait" like in the original book, which makes me feel a little relieved.

Closer to home.

In the Gryffindor common room, the notice on the bulletin board made the third-year students who had just been granted permission to go out of Hogsmeade excited, and everyone was enthusiastically discussing the shops and plans at the destination. At the same time, Harry and I were reminded of a fact that we had to face - that is, the problem of the three fugitives that the wizarding world has not yet solved.

Harry didn't get permission for safety reasons, and I... frankly, was afraid to leave the protection of Hogwarts, so I gave up the opportunity. The two of us had to give up this long-awaited Hogsmeade outing.

When Hermione found out, she insisted that she wouldn't go either and would rather stay with us.

"Hermione, don't say that. Haven't you always wanted to go to Hogsmeade?" Harry and I advised her almost in unison.

"This is the only village in Britain inhabited by pure wizards. Didn't you mention before that you were very interested in it? We would like you to go and see it and tell us what it is like," Harry added.

"Besides, don't you want to buy a new quill?" I continued, "There is a special stationery store in Hogsmeade Village. Weren't you upset last time because the nib was broken?"

Hermione's attitude began to waver. Seeing her hesitation, Harry and I struck while the iron was hot and began to list interesting places and goods in the village, such as the candy store Honeydukes, the magic supply store Darvish and Bangis, and Miss Marda's Tea House, which was said to be particularly popular among witches.

Hermione finally couldn't resist the temptation and agreed to go to Hogsmeade. She also promised to bring us gifts. Harry and I exchanged a victorious look and were secretly happy.

Early in the morning on Halloween, the atmosphere in Hogwarts Castle was more cheerful than usual.

My roommates were getting up and getting ready before dawn, which kept me awake. So I simply put on the clothes I had prepared in advance. Although I would not go out, I had an appointment with Draco and Theodore for tea today, so I couldn't dress casually.

I chose a hand-sewn white shirt with black plaid, paired with a black pleated dress with suspenders on the shoulders, which showed off my figure. As the weather was getting cooler, I also wore black tights and a pair of amber leather boots.

As for the hairstyle, I spent a little time to tie my hair into a high ponytail, and then gently flipped it with my hands so that the ponytail "curled inward" into an elegant shape - in my previous life it was often called a "flipped ponytail", but I really don't know what it is called in the wizarding world.

Finally, I applied a layer of light pink lip balm, which didn’t look too flashy but made me look more energetic.

"…Wouldn't it be better to apply lipstick after breakfast?" I muttered to myself, a little hesitant.

The new lipsticks are very pigmented and moisturizing, but I can't help but wonder if getting all dolled up so early in the morning might be a bit too much.

To be honest, my appearance in this life is too outstanding, even simple light makeup always looks particularly eye-catching. In addition, I have always paid attention to skin care, my skin is fair and delicate, without a trace of freckles or blemishes, and I can look impeccable without foundation.

Just as I was hesitating whether to wipe off the lipstick first, an excited voice came from the side, and then Lavender and Parvati came over.

"Ronnie, this lipstick is so pretty!"

"It's really beautiful! Where did you buy it? I don't think I've seen it in Diagon Alley."

"Thank you, this is something I mixed myself, and it seems to work pretty well."

"You did that yourself?!"

"so amazing!"

The two of them seemed to have dressed up carefully today, exuding a faint floral scent. Lavender wore a dark blue apron dress with delicate lace on the cuffs and hem, which looked like a Lolita style. Parvati wore a burgundy long skirt with a deep slit, paired with a loose trouser skirt with white lace, which was gorgeous and elegant. Later, she explained that this combination is called "Punjabi clothing" and is very popular in South Asia.

The two of them had their own unique outfits, but they both suited them very well. When they asked me to try my lipstick with sparkling eyes, I readily agreed. While we were busy trying the colors in front of the mirror, Hermione pushed the door and walked in.

"You three can be heard all the way down the hallway. Angelina just said she was going to come in to warn you, since it's not time to get up yet. But having said that, you guys are dressed really well. You look great."

Hermione frowned, but when she saw how well dressed the three of us were, her tone visibly relaxed.

"Thank you! Hermione, your dress is very beautiful too." I praised with a smile.

"Yes! Where did you buy this skirt?" Lavender asked curiously.

Hermione wore a plaid skirt that reached her knees and was decorated with decorative buttons at the waist. She paired it with an ivory knitted sweater, white tights and black boots. The overall look was simple and elegant. She also carefully braided her hair and decorated it with a thin red ribbon, which made her look very girlish.

"This dress was given to me by Ronnie." Hermione answered in a good mood.

Hearing this, Lavender and Parvati immediately cast envious glances at me, their eyes full of "I really want it". I had no choice but to nod and promise: "...I will make some gifts for you guys at Christmas."

The two were so happy that they immediately clapped their hands and agreed: "That's great! I'm really looking forward to the Christmas present!"

"Me too, waiting for your surprise!"

Looking at their reactions, I felt helpless and amused, but when I thought of their friendship and joy, I felt that the promise was worth it.

Compared to when she first arrived, Hermione has obviously integrated more into our dormitory life.

In the past, she would never allow anyone to make noise before getting up, but now she not only understands, but also joins our chat, and has indeed become much more mellow.

I was feeling quite emotional as I watched them chatting and laughing. Not wanting to disturb them, I quietly got up and prepared to take out the tea set from my suitcase, so that I could enjoy a leisurely morning tea party before breakfast.
