Pokémon: Ash's Rebirth World Line Concludes

Chapter 19 Charmander in the Wind and Rain

"It's all your fault. Entei has run away. How are you going to compensate me?" The little girl who was rescued by Xiaozhi and the others had a mysterious sense of self-confidence.

"Two mistakes." Xiaozhi raised two fingers: "First, you can challenge legendary Pokémon, but it is obvious that you and I are novices of the same level, and there is no way we can defeat Entei.

So, there is no such thing as I owe you a Yan Emperor.

Second, if it weren't for me and that guy, you would be seriously injured and hospitalized now, so saying thank you is basic etiquette."

"What... It's not fun at all." The girl pouted, but still lowered her head unwillingly: "Thank you for saving me."

"Well, you're welcome." Xiaozhi smiled and nodded.

"But thank you, but the unfinished fight with Entei will be counted on you." The girl looked at Xiaozhi with a sly smile, then looked at the boy with short brown-green hair beside her: "You are the second one."

"Haha, that's no problem for me." Xiaozhi didn't know whether to laugh or cry. He didn't expect that this little girl's addiction to fighting was even stronger than his.

This is a one-on-one fight.

"Hey, I'm Seiko from Futaba Town! Let's fight!" The little girl pointed at Xiaozhi with a stern look.

"I'm Xiaozhi from Pallet Town. I accept your challenge." Xiaozhi nodded in response.

The boy with short brown-green hair rolled his eyes and turned to leave.

"Hey! Don't run, you're the next one!" Chengzi shouted anxiously.

"I'll give you some advice." The boy turned around and said, "It's going to rain soon, so you'd better find a place to take shelter.

Also, my name is not Hey, my name is Souji!"

After saying this, the boy left without looking back.

Xiaozhi and Makoto looked at each other.

"Still fighting?" Xiaozhi shrugged.

"Of course, let's talk after the fight!" The girl's energy made Xiaozhi couldn't help but smile, as if he had seen her before.

"Okay, come on." Xiaozhi nodded.

"I want to use Pogamon!" The girl waved her hand, and the little penguin behind her walked forward with his chest held high.

"Hey~ Why is this little thing so arrogant?" Xiaozhi shook his head happily: "Then I won't bully you, Squirtle, it's you!"

Xiaozhi threw the Poké Ball, and the little bald turtle walked onto the battlefield with great momentum.

"Poga~" Pogaman puffed out his chest and walked straight in front of Squirtle.

"Jenny?! (?`~′?)" Will Squirtle spoil you? He took out his sunglasses from his shell and put them on, then he puffed out his chest and started to argue with Pogaman.

Xiaozhi was stunned. Aren’t you two little hooligans just playing house?

Let’s see who has the tallest chest!

Pulling out a coin, Xiaozhi looked at Makoto, "Street rules?"

"No problem!" Chengzi nodded.

Xiaozhi pops out the coin directly, the coin falls to the ground, and the game begins!

"Pogaman, peck attack!" The little girl has no martial ethics and even uses flying skills!

Pogamon's sharp little mouth stabbed Squirtle's forehead.

"Shell back!" Xiaozhi's reaction speed was maximized, and Squirtle also burst out instinctively.

Whoosh! The head and tail are completely retracted into the hard shell.

With a bang, Pogo stick pecked at Squirtle's shell, causing him to burst into tears in pain.

"Hey, Squirtle, hit!" Xiaozhi happily finished off the enemy.

"Jenny!" Squirtle suddenly stuck his head out, leaped forward, and knocked Pokémon off his feet.

"Poga..." After shaking his short legs for a long time, Pogaman quickly stood up.

"Pogaman, regroup and use bubble beam!" Chengzi continued to attack carelessly.

Xiaozhi couldn't help but touch his head: "Hiss... Is this style so similar to my old style? Squirtle, shrink your shell!"

Whoosh! Squirtle hides in his shell again.

Bang! The foam beam hit the turtle shell, but it was useless...

"Ah! I can't stand it anymore, you coward, if you have the guts then confront me head on!" Chengzi shouted madly.

"Oh, okay." Xiaozhi said maliciously: "Squirtle, water gun!"

"Johnny...乀(ˉeˉ乀)pu!"

The powerful water gun came in an instant, splashing directly onto Pogaman's face.

"Poga! (?o?o)!" This move doesn't do much damage, but it's a bit insulting!

Pogo stick shook its head in embarrassment, kicked its short legs in anger, and burst into white light from its mouth, pecking at Squirtle again.

"Oh, it's not good to get carried away." Xiaozhi shook his head: "Squirtle, high-speed spin!"

"Jenny!" Squirtle retracted its shell skillfully and spun violently.

Bang! Pogaman was unable to dodge and was directly knocked away by the rotating turtle shell.

"Now, the final blow!" Xiaozhi stretched out his right hand.

Tick... a drop of rain fell on Xiaozhi's hand, and then... splash... heavy rain followed, pouring down.

"Ah! It's really raining heavily." Chengzi immediately put his hands on his head.

"Well, let's pause the game for now. We can talk later when we have time." Xiaozhi stuffed Pikachu into his coat, took back Squirtle and said.

"Agreed!" Chengzi took back the Pogamon, and the two of them ran in the mountains, preparing to find a cave to shelter from the rain.

Seeing that the rain was getting heavier, Xiaozhi, in a gentlemanly manner, raised his backpack and handed it to Chengzi: "Block it for a while."

Chengzi looked at Xiaozhi in surprise and curled his lips: I didn't realize that you have a bit of grace. I have changed my opinion of you...

"What?" Xiaozhi turned his head curiously.

"Nothing, let's go." Chengzi shook his head.

The two ran across the mountain road, and on a rock, a shivering figure holding a leaf suddenly appeared in front of Xiaozhi.

Snap! Xiaozhi braked suddenly and stopped where he was, turning his head to look.

In the wind and rain, the little figure hugged his tail tightly, and Xiaozhi couldn't tell for a moment whether it was rain or tears in his eyes.

"That's, Charmander!" Makoto followed Satoshi's gaze and exclaimed in surprise.

The rain was getting heavier, and the flame on the little fire dragon's tail was shaking, but it still held the leaf in its hand firmly, looking towards the other side of the mountain road.

The two came to Charmander, Xiaozhi squatted down and called softly: "Charmander, are you okay..."

"This child is not in a good condition." Chengzi frowned as he watched from the side: "The tail flame that symbolizes Charmander's vitality is so small."

"Yi!" Suddenly, Charmander's eyes lit up and he stumbled forward.

Xiaozhi looked back and saw a trainer with Lycanroc walking away quickly.

The little dragon hugged the other's legs and called intimately.

Chengzi was relieved immediately: "What? So there is a trainer."

Xiaozhi frowned, "I'm afraid that's not the case."

Is this person the one who abandoned Charmander in this world line?

Sure enough, the next second...

"You're so annoying, why are you still here!"

The opponent suddenly raised his foot and kicked the already weak Charmander directly into the puddle.

"What are you doing!" Xiaozhi immediately got angry, and Chengzi also rushed up angrily with Xiaozhi!

"Aren't you Charmander's trainer? How could you do that?" Makoto asked in disbelief.

"This guy's trainer?" The young man grinned, "I should say he used to be."

"What do you mean?" Xiaozhi narrowed his eyes slightly, his intuition told him that this man might be worse than he thought.

"This guy was originally my Charmander, but I threw it away because it was too weak." The young man spread his hands nonchalantly: "I didn't expect that this guy was like a sticky candy, I couldn't get rid of it. I had to tell him to wait for me where he was and not to move."

"What did you say!" Chengzi glared at him, "Do you know that if a Pokémon hears that kind of thing, it will really wait until it dies!"

"Huh? So what?" The young man said nonchalantly, "This weak little fire dragon should just die. No one needs it anyway."

"Hey..." Xiaozhi suddenly stepped forward.

"What else...乀(ˉeˉ乀Puff!" The young man turned around, and was greeted by a serious punch from Xiaozhi!

Xiaozhi: o(# ̄▽ ̄)==O)) ̄0 ̄“)o!

"Wow!" The night form of Lycanroc suddenly jumped up and grabbed Xiaozhi with one claw.

Snap! Under the horrified gazes of Chengzi and the young man, Xiaozhi grabbed the claw of the Wolf Mane with one hand.

"You kid~!" The young man looked at Xiaozhi in shock and anger.

"Tsk... What? I thought your Lycanroc was so powerful." Xiaozhi shook off the opponent's claws.

The Werewolf was confronted by a human. He bared his teeth in anger and wanted to charge forward again.

Xiaozhi suddenly turned around and shouted, "You disgrace! Get out of here!"

Xiaozhi stared at the Wolfman with a captivating look. The wolfman whimpered and backed away with its tail between its legs.

"What exactly do you want?" The young man had his right hand on his belt, ready to take out a Poké Ball and fight at any time.

Xiaozhi chuckled and gently picked up the little Charmander in the puddle. The little guy was now discouraged and didn't even resist.

"Don't be nervous. Let me ask you, have you really given up on this Charmander?" Xiaozhi smiled confidently, "I think he will be very strong in the future. I bet you will regret it."

“It? Haha…” Seeing that Xiaozhi did not continue to attack, the young man resumed his arrogant attitude and said, “I think you have never seen a truly powerful Fire Pokémon.

Even if he can evolve into a Charizard in the future, he will never be able to achieve anything significant.

I'm putting this on hold. Even if I die here or jump off Silver Mountain, I will never regret it!"

Xiaozhi made a gesture of invitation with satisfaction: "Then, take care~"

"Psycho!" the young man cursed angrily, turned around and left with the Werewolf.

Ash held Charmander in his arms and sighed, "It's okay, just get some rest, you're home."
