Hogwarts: I am the White Lord

Chapter 258 Students Full of Confidence

On Friday afternoon, as soon as the students finished their last class, they rushed into the auditorium, squeezed into the long table and began to wolf down their dinner.

They can't wait to join the duel club tonight because Professor Swann will bring a Dementor for everyone to practice with.

Ron stuffed food into his mouth, mumbling, "Eat quickly, Harry, I can't wait to beat up the Dementors!"

"When the Dementors frightened you unconscious, they certainly could not have imagined that in just two months, we would have the ability to take revenge on them."

"This wave is called 30 years in the east, 30 years in the west!"

He spoke with great excitement, as if he could already see himself heroically fighting off the Dementors.

Hermione was much more cautious. She took a sip of the pumpkin juice and frowned as she reminded him, "Ron, don't be too careless."

"I read in a book that even if you can release a Patronus normally, you may still fail due to fear when you really face a Dementor. You must be careful."

As soon as he finished speaking, Fred and George appeared from behind Ron like ghosts.

Fred slapped Ron on the left shoulder: "Hey, little Ronnie, don't brag."

George put his hand on Ron's right shoulder and said, "Don't get scared and cry. That would be embarrassing!"

Ron was startled by the double attack.

Will I cry?

What a joke!

He was so angry that his eyes widened, and he shook off the hands of the two men with his shoulders, shouting in dissatisfaction.

"How many times have I told you not to call me that name?"

"I didn't practice the Patronus Charm casually. Just wait and see my hound unleash its power."

At this point, Ron glanced at Fred and George, a smug smile on his face.

"You two better be careful. You should know that your Patronuses are just two little magpies. Don't let them be slapped apart by the Dementors."

Harry's eyes narrowed into slits with laughter. He was already accustomed to the bickering between the three brothers and always found it particularly funny.

After a quick dinner, the students flocked to the duel hall in groups.

The students who had already released their physical guardian angels walked into the gate of the duel hall with their heads held high and their noses facing the sky.

The time gradually came to eight o'clock in the evening, and the professors appeared in the duel hall on time.

Sebastian didn't waste any time and directly cleared a corner of the duel hall.

Then he cast a sound-boosting spell on himself, and the loud sound instantly filled the entire dueling hall.

"Students who have been able to release physical guardian spirits, gather here."

Soon, all the little wizards who could do this quickly gathered in front of Sebastian.

"You are able to release a physical Patronus in just two months. This is excellent."

Sebastian glanced at these motivated students, with a hint of approval in his tone.

"The purpose of today is to train your real combat abilities and ensure that you can still successfully cast the Patronus Charm when facing real Dementors."

As he said this, he took the special alchemical sack, walked to the corner, and released the Dementors.

After Sebastian's training, this Dementor already knows how to cooperate with his teaching work.

So, after coming out of the sack, it did not wander around or exude a terrifying sense of oppression, but floated quietly in the corner, without any fluctuations under the black cloak.

It dared not emit any unnecessary breath, and looked just like a professional teaching aid.

Before seeing the Dementors, the young wizards were a little nervous. After all, the terrifying image of the Dementors had already been deeply rooted in their minds.

However, the Dementor in front of them looked malnourished, which gave the young wizards greater confidence and caused them to burst into laughter.

"That's it? This Dementor looks so skinny, totally different from the ones outside the school gates."

"I am so powerful now. I can beat ten Dementors like this!"

"Professor, can you change to a stronger one so we can practice?"

Sebastian took out the translation headphones and put them on his ears, then smiled at the students.

"Very good, very energetic!"

"Who wants to be the first to challenge the Dementors?"

Hearing this, the little wizards raised their hands.

"Choose me!"

"Let me do it, let me do it!"

"Professor, look here, look here!"

Sebastian glanced around and waved at Percy, "Percy, you go first and demonstrate to everyone."

"Ah, letting Percy do it is too much to bully the Dementors."

"He won't beat the Dementors to death, will he?!"

"I suddenly feel a little pity for this Dementor. What's going on?"

Amid the students' booing, Ron said to his friends, "It's a waste of talent to let Percy deal with such a weak Dementor. It's better to let me do it!"

Malfoy glanced at Ron and said, "Compared to you, your brother is indeed much better."

"However, what you said does make some sense. The professor really underestimated us. He should have captured a few stronger Dementors for us to practice with."

Percy walked out from the crowd, stood one meter away from the Dementors, then took out his wand and got ready.

Sebastian waved the students to silence.

“3-2-1, the challenge begins!”

Instantly, Percy raised his wand and shouted at the Dementors: "Expecto Patronus!"

Before he could finish his words, Percy felt a chill.

It’s so cold!

He felt his happiness rapidly draining away, and the feeling was so strong that he couldn't concentrate at all.

Damn!

The Patronus Charm failed. Why are Dementors so scary? My mind is full of negative emotions.

Percy waved his wand again, casting the Patronus Charm with all his strength.

In the end, there was still no reaction at the tip of the wand, it just flashed a silver light, and there was no sign of releasing a patronus at all.

Depression and despair crept into Percy's heart, making him feel like he had lost hope in life.

His face became paler and paler, and the hand holding the wand began to tremble.

Seeing this, Sebastian stepped forward to stop the Dementors and announced that the challenge had failed.

He took out a piece of chocolate and gave it to Percy: "Eat some chocolate and then take a rest. It will be helpful for your condition."

The Dementor floated obediently in the corner, thinking happily in his heart.

My companions outside were so stupid that they gave such a good job to me.

I thought I would be tortured by the guardian angel, but I didn't expect it to be so happy.

You don’t have to do anything and you can enjoy delicious food openly.

So fresh and delicious!

But I didn’t eat enough.

hungry!
