Sebastian's words brought silence to the scene, and the little wizards all looked at him seriously.

"The Patronus Charm is an extremely powerful defensive magic that can summon a concrete Patronus, an entity made up of positive emotions and good memories."

If the positive emotions are not strong enough when using the Patronus Charm, the Patronus cannot be summoned.
