Hogwarts: I am the White Lord
Chapter 16: Shocking
September st.
When Sebastian arrived at Hogwarts, it was already getting dark.
Looking at the Hogwarts gate which had become exceptionally clean, Sebastian exclaimed.
It’s cleaned so well!
Hogwarts' welcome to young wizards is fully reflected in these small details.
I didn't realize it when I was in school.
The professors' hard work is really in vain.
but.
If it weren't for the fact that many small evil curses fell on the gate during the previous battle with Snape, I would have specially observed the gate of Hogwarts.
Even now I haven't necessarily noticed the professors' little thoughts.
Sebastian smiled knowingly, then took a step forward and strode towards the castle.
When we arrived at the Hogwarts Great Hall, most of the professors were already there.
Dumbledore, who was sitting in the headmaster's seat, saw Sebastian come in and nodded to him gently.
Sebastian quickly returned the greeting and walked towards the professor's chair, considering where to sit as he walked.
"Come here, Sebastian, I saved a seat for you."
Sebastian looked up and found Professor Flitwick waving at him. It was he who had just called him.
His voice was high-pitched, but full of passion.
Professor Flitwick is responsible for teaching Charms at Hogwarts, and he has extensive knowledge of Charms.
With his interesting teaching style and friendly personality, Professor Flitwick has always been one of the favorite professors of young wizards.
Although Professor Flitwick was very short, he had to stand on a pile of books to get to the desk even when he was giving a lecture.
But if anyone looks down on him for this, they would be very wrong!
Professor Flitwick's magic power is very deep. In Sebastian's magical perception, Professor Flitwick's magic power is not as dazzling as Professor Dumbledore's.
But apart from Dumbledore, he can definitely be ranked in the top three among other professors.
What's more, Professor Flitwick is also an outstanding duelling master. His duelling skills are very superb and he won the duelling competition when he was young.
When Sebastian was in school, he often pestered Professor Flitwick for advice.
Professor Flitwick was not shy about his skills and taught Sebastian everything he knew. Sometimes, when he felt like itching to duel, he would even personally duel with Sebastian.
Sebastian looked carefully at where the professors were sitting.
Professor Flitwick sat on the right side of the professorial chair, with Snape sitting on his left, and there was an empty seat between the two of them.
Just after I sat down and had no time to greet Snape, Professor Flitwick greeted me again:
"Congratulations on winning the Quidditch World Cup, Sebastian."
“You played great!”
Sebastian quickly replied modestly, "No, no, it's mainly because the opponents lost their composure. I just got an easy advantage."
Hearing Sebastian's words, Snape couldn't help but curl his lips.
hypocritical!
This stinky swan.
As soon as he appeared in front of the professor, he put on a hypocritical face.
It's really cheap to sit with him!
Snape said nothing, and continued to listen to Flitwick.
"Sebastian, I heard everything from Professor McGonagall and Professor Dumbledore."
"You are determined to break down the barriers between the four houses this year."
“What a remarkable ambition.”
"You must tell me what your mental journey is."
"Or, what is the reason that made you come up with such an idea?"
What is the reason...
That's a lot.
I don’t know if what I saw in my previous life and the complaints from those stupid netizens count.
After driving away the fleeting thought in his mind, Sebastian said methodically:
"I spent two years in the Muggle world before, so I met a lot of Muggle children."
"Most of them possess many excellent qualities at the same time: brave! Hardworking! Loyal! Ambitious! And so on and so forth."
"What about the little wizards? Let me take my own school days as an example."
"I have seen a new Slytherin wizard who was regarded as an oddball by his classmates because he was loyal to friendship and made friends with Gryffindor students regardless of the looks of the people around him."
"I have also seen a new Gryffindor wizard who was called a nerd by his classmates because he loved studying and didn't like sports."
"I have also seen a young Ravenclaw wizard who had just entered school. Because he was brave and loved to explore everywhere, he was mocked by his classmates for being mediocre and not interested in studying."
"I've even seen Hufflepuff wizards who had just entered school gradually isolated by their classmates because of their lofty ambitions and determination to make a career."
"I've seen so much..."
"These newly enrolled young wizards gradually discovered that anyone who did not conform to the characteristics of the academy would not be accepted."
"Slowly, slowly..."
"After a month or two."
"Loyalty is all that's left of Hufflepuff!"
"Ravenclaw is left with only wisdom!"
"Gryffindor is left with nothing but courage!"
"All Slytherin has left is ambition!"
Sebastian looked around and found that the professors' attention was drawn to him. He continued:
"I kept asking myself that question after meeting the Muggle kids."
"Isn't it possible for every child to be like this? Isn't it possible for every child to be brave, love learning, be loyal to friendship, and have great ambitions?"
"Why can our little wizard only display one personality?"
"Are we killing other characteristics ourselves?"
"The Hogwarts house system originated from four great wizards thousands of years ago."
“This system is actually a microcosm of the master-apprentice system.”
"What about now, a thousand years later?"
“Is this system outdated?”
Sebastian paused, looked at the professors who were lost in thought, and continued:
"I can't comment on whether this system is good or bad."
"I just don't want to see the characteristics of the academy become a heavy yoke on them."
"Each of them can be brave, loyal, knowledge-hungry, ambitious..."
"Whether he's in Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw or Slytherin."
“I hope to see in them all the good qualities that belong to human beings.”
"I hope all little wizards can express themselves freely."
“Be your most authentic self!”
As soon as he finished speaking, Dumbledore applauded. He looked at Sebastian with approval in his eyes. He raised his glass and saluted Sebastian from a distance.
"Sebastian, I look forward to you bringing different changes to Hogwarts."
Professor Flitwick's performance was even more exaggerated. He jumped up on his stool excitedly and almost fell down.
He stood on the stool and patted Sebastian on the shoulder and said:
"That's amazing, Sebastian, I'll help you along!"
Snape was still immersed in what Sebastian said, slightly dazed.
Be loyal to friendship and make friends with Gryffindor students.
......
Gradually, the laughter of students could be heard outside the auditorium, and their footsteps were getting closer and closer.
The students are here!
