After Princess Halloween transformed into a giant one-horned dragon with a white colorful tail, flew high into the clouds and disappeared in the wind and snow, Zhu Bajie couldn't help laughing.

However, Zhu Bajie didn't seem to intend to let Tianming go. He patted Tianming's back hard and said.

"Don't act so pretentiously in front of your uncle. If you don't give her a proper status in the future, you will really ruin her reputation."

Tianming looked at Princess Halloween flying away, a barely perceptible reluctance flashed in his eyes, but he answered.

“I don’t really have that thought.”

He knew that if he continued to stay here, Zhu Bajie's teasing would only become more unscrupulous.

In order to prevent Zhu Bajie from continuing to tease him, Tianming transformed into a Chongming bird and flew towards the direction of Paradise Valley.

Zhu Bajie looked at Tianming's receding figure, and the mocking look on his face gradually disappeared, replaced by a serious and sad expression.

He sighed quietly.

"All the people who have been chosen by the Heavenly Fate in the past are extraordinary, but you are the only one that I am reluctant to let go of... Hey, I hope you won't be like the others before... who never come back..."

On the other side,

Tianming was flying in the sky. His eyes were as sharp as an eagle. Even in the misty sky, he could see the subtle scenes below.

His eyes penetrated the clouds and caught a glimpse of a land temple on the wall of the snow-capped mountain. On the stone wall next to the temple were three large characters "Yi Nian Bi" engraved.

This is a temple under construction, with stone steps winding up the mountain. On the open-air platform, believers devoutly pray to the gods and burn incense.

Despite such bad weather, the supporting monks were still busy. They lined up in a row, carrying heavy stones on their shoulders, and moved up the mountain step by step with difficulty.

These monks were naked from the waist up and wore trousers from the waist down. They were taller than normal people, their skin had already cracked from the cold, and their eyes were covered with a cloth.

Tianming had been to this place before, and he felt both hatred and pity for the monk Zhiying. He decided to take note of this place, and after he had walked around it, he would come back to find out what was going on.

The Main Hall is located at the top of the mountain and is not difficult to find for Tianming.

He quickly flew to the vicinity of the treasure hall, but here, just as he was about to transform into Jin Chan and go in to check, he felt a familiar breath.

He flew along the breath and finally landed next to a familiar figure—it was the unicorn that he met at Black Peak Mountain.

The horse demon hid under a pillar in the aisle next to the Main Hall. The red pillar was so huge that it required three people to hug it together. There were exquisite patterns carved on the top of the pillar, showing the magnificence and solemnity of this fake Main Hall.

Tianming landed next to the horse spirit and looked around cautiously. After confirming that there was no danger, he greeted him: "What a coincidence, Ox Horse Spirit, you are here too."

The horse spirit raised his head, smiled slightly, and corrected.

"Friend, I am not a bull spirit, my name is Ma Tianba."

His voice was low and contained a subtle hint of vigilance. It was obvious that he did not dare to be careless in this monster's territory.

"Okay, Ma Tianba, what are you doing here?"

Ma Tianba answered honestly.

"I got nothing in Huangfeng Ridge before, so I had no choice but to ask for help from the Yellow Eyebrow Buddha."

"Yellow Eyebrow Buddha? So you knew he was Yellow Eyebrow, not Maitreya, so why are you still begging him?"

Ma Tianba paused when he heard this.

Ma Tianba shook his head.

"No one has bewitched me. I... am not leaving."

"Although the king of my family is in trouble, isn't it true that all the misfortunes and blessings in the world are self-inflicted?"

"Live for yourself, and you will be free."

"Grandpa Buddha is right. Indulge yourself in pleasure and be free from worries."

"I've never been happier than I am right now."

Tianming and Ma Tianba only knew each other once, and didn't care much about him, let alone the life and death of his king, so he asked.

"I don't know anything about you and your king. I just came down to say hello to you."

But Ma Tianba seemed to have opened up a chatterbox and he just kept talking to himself.

"Back then, my king also practiced Buddhism, and even his children were disciples of the Bodhisattva!"

"Now that I have converted to Buddhism, I can be considered as following the king."

"I advise you to stay here, my friend. How about we become fellow disciples?"

Tianming saw that the Ox-Horse Demon was too gullible and had been brainwashed, so he decided to help this honest horse.

He patted Ma Tianba's arm and said.

"Brother Niu Ma, do you know where the blessings you enjoy come from? When will you be able to enjoy them all?"

Ma Tianba had obviously never thought about this question before, so he couldn't answer it and just stood there in a daze.

Tianming transformed into a Chongming bird and flew towards the direction of the One Thought Wall.

"Ma Tianba, come with me. I'll take you to see some great things you've never seen before."

Tianming and Ma Tianba passed through the long and narrow snowy mountain road and finally arrived at the One Thought Wall.

Here, Ma Tianba witnessed the arduous scene of the supporting monks moving large stones in the snow.

They were naked from the waist up and wore pants from the waist down. They had bulging muscles all over their bodies. They were taller than normal people and had dark skin. Except for a cloth covering their eyes that made them blind, they were surprisingly similar to Ma Tianba himself.

Ma Tianba was somewhat emotional, but still said stubbornly: "These people are practicing. When they have practiced well, they can also enjoy the blessing like me."

Tianming did not refute him, but just said lightly: "Let's just leave it at that."

Then he asked another question: "One day, you said that these people are here to serve Huang Mei, and this Little Western Paradise is his paradise alone, so why would he share these blessings with an outsider like you?"

Ma Tianba was unable to answer for a moment, so he said, "It must be that Grandpa Buddha is generous."

Tianming snorted coldly and said to Ma Tianba: "Let me borrow your whip."

Ma Tianba didn't know what he was going to do, so he lent him the whip.

Tianming picked up the whip, swung it in the air making a crackling sound, and then hit a monk hard.

After being beaten, the monk did not resist, but moved the stones even faster.

Tianming asked Ma Tianba: "Will such a person know how to enjoy happiness in the future?"

Then he whipped the monk Zhiying with a whip and said to him, "Yellow Eyebrow also has a whip in his hand, but it is invisible. You can't feel the pain when it hits you now, but you will pay it back a hundredfold in the future."

This scene made Ma Tianba feel a little chilly, but as soon as he finished speaking, Tianming whipped him again and yelled at Zhiying Monk: "Go work."
