Ultraman Blaze

Chapter 188: The Conspiracy of the Special Stars

Somewhere in the south, a private villa stands alone in the mountains.

The mountains here are steep, foggy and serene, and it is quiet all around, as if isolated from the world.

The Batman hurried through the dark and narrow passage in the villa and finally came to a wide balcony. The view in front of him suddenly became clear, and a faint light shone down, illuminating the entire space.

Standing on the edge of the balcony was a middle-aged man in a black suit. He was concentrating on admiring the beautiful scenery in the early morning and seemed unaware of the arrival of the Batman.

The Baite walked behind the man and reported softly, "Sir, Valaron... is dead."

The man called "the Lord" was none other than the Ganan star Gerhodes. He was disguised as a human, making it difficult to identify his true identity. Upon hearing the news, Gerhodes' eyes froze slightly, but he soon regained his composure.

"Oh?" The Ganan star's eyes flashed with surprise, and the red wine glass in his hand began to shake slightly, as if he did not really understand the seriousness of the problem. He asked doubtfully: "Were we defeated by those Earthlings?"

The Batman shook his head, his expression became extremely ugly, and he replied with a slightly trembling voice: "No... I was defeated by Blaze."

As soon as he finished speaking, there was a crisp sound of "pop", and the red wine glass in Gerhodes's hand instantly shattered, and the glass fragments and red wine splashed everywhere and scattered on the ground of the balcony. This sudden change made the people of Bat Star terrified, and they didn't dare to raise their heads.

Gerhodes' tone was full of majesty and questioning. He asked in a low voice: "You swore to me before that Valaron had already dealt with Blaze on the moon, but what's going on now?"

The Batman knelt on the ground and explained in fear: "My lord, please believe me! I can swear on my life that I saw Valaron successfully get rid of Blaze, and then I gave the order for him to go to Tokyo!"

Gerhodes raised the corner of his mouth slightly, revealing a contemptuous smile, and responded coldly: "Then according to what you said, is it that Blaze himself came back to life... or did I wrongly accuse you?"

"No, sir." The Batman raised his head carefully, glanced at Gerhodes, and then said softly, "In fact, there is another possibility."

"There is only one person on Earth who can revive Blaze... and that's Nexus."

As he spoke, he noticed that Gerhodes suddenly turned around and stared at him with his slightly cold eyes.

Gerhodes said coldly: "Speaking of Nexus... Last time, you used my name to retaliate against Nexus in Country H. Do you really think I know nothing about it?"

Hearing this, the Batman was instantly terrified, fell to his knees with a plop, and begged for mercy: "Sir, please spare my life! I did this entirely to fulfill your great ambitions!"

"Humph!" A cold light flashed in Gerhodes' eyes, and he turned around, put his hands behind his back, and said to the Batman with his back to him: "After all, it's because Nexus destroyed your Ultimate Zetton, and you have been brooding over it."

"You can do whatever you want with Blaze and the other people on Earth. I have no objection. But I solemnly warn you that no matter how deep the hatred between you and Nexus is, you are absolutely not allowed to touch him. Do you understand?"

The Batman listened and clenched his fists unconsciously, his joints even making crackling sounds because of the excessive force. He couldn't accept that the results of his research, which he had spent half his life on, were destroyed so easily by Nexus. How could he feel at ease?

From that moment on, he secretly made a vow in his heart that if he could not avenge this blood feud, he would rather not be a member of the Baltic Star anymore in this life!

After a long silence, the Batman replied in a low voice with his body trembling slightly, "I understand, sir." After that, he slowly stood up, turned around, and left without looking back.

After the Batts left, Gerhodes waved his hand, signaling his men to fetch a new wine glass and pour some red wine into it. Then, he picked up the wine glass and slowly shook it while continuing to leisurely enjoy the unique mountain scenery outside the villa. He took a sip of the red wine in the glass and couldn't help but whispered, "What a beautiful Earth!"

The car slowly drove out of the villa area and went farther and farther along the winding asphalt road on the mountainside. The Bait star man sat alone in the car, frowning, lost in thought, repeatedly pondering the words that the Ganan star man had just said to him.

Suddenly, his eyes narrowed slightly, a sly light flashed across them, and he thought to himself: "Hmph, Nexus, since I can't do anything to you directly, I can always find a way to deal with your family, right? I will also let you feel the pain of losing your loved ones!"

In fact, the Batman had already found out Nexus's identity on Earth a long time ago. Not only that, he also knew everything about his family on Earth, including the name, occupation, living habits and even hobbies of each family member.

It might be difficult to fight Nexus head on, but it would be a piece of cake for ordinary earthlings who have no power to fight back. The people of the Bat star knew this very well, so a sinister and cunning plan was slowly emerging.
