Pokémon: The Journey of Bonds

Chapter 178 Magic Masked Cat's Magic

Wu Yao brought his Pokémon to the performance venue and bought a total of 5 tickets, one for himself and one for his Pokémon. Since the Fossil Pterosaur didn't like it, he didn't force it. He would let it go back to the Poké Ball to sleep, and he could save some money.

The performance venue has also changed from the former gorgeous competition performances to the Magic Masked Meow magic show and Pokémon circus performances. Wu Yao looked at the rebuilt theater with a lot of emotions in his heart. He was once kidnapped by that Xuwuid, but he had no memory of what happened after the Ultra Cave. But now when he came here again, he felt that his memory was a little loose. He had the impression that there were two people controlling two huge figures, and they were doing very scary things. However, Wu Yao still couldn't remember the specific situation, so he could only wait and see.

Not long after Wu Yao and the Pokémon sat down, a magical masked cat appeared on the stage wearing a magic hat. She bowed to the audience and showed them that there was nothing in the hat. Then she took out a magic wand and tapped the hat twice. Suddenly, a group of cooing pigeons flew out of the hat and flew towards the recycling mechanism on the stage.

Gardevoir watched the magic show and complained to Wu Yao using telepathy: "Magic shows are all fake..."

Wu Yao also used telepathy to tell Gardevoir: "Magic performances are fake in the first place. If they become real, it will be a magic performance."

After hearing this, Gardevoir stopped complaining and focused on watching the performance.

The Magic Masked Cat conjured up a big bunch of flowers out of thin air and threw it into the sky. The flowers exploded instantly and the petals fell and were blocked by the Magic Masked Cat. After a few seconds when the petals fell, the Magic Masked Cat on the stage had turned into the New Leaf Cat. The New Leaf Cat jumped onto the table where the magic hat was placed and then got into the magic hat on the table. A few seconds later, a Tire Cat got out of the hat and people applauded. You know, Tire Cat's body size can't fit into the magic hat, but she can still get out of the magic hat, which is also shocking.

Gardevoir quietly told Wu Yao that in fact, Teal's Meowth was hiding in the hat, and so was Creatureleaf. They perfectly demonstrated what it meant that cats are liquid. If any other Pokémon were replaced, it would be impossible for the evolved and non-evolved Pokémon to hide in the same hat.

Dire Miao started playing with her yo-yo on the stage, performing several difficult yo-yo moves in succession, causing the audience to cheer.

Afterwards, the Magic Masked Cat was pushed up in the box by the staff's magical force, and Tire Cat stood aside to make room.

Behind came another staff member, Long-Eared Rabbit, who brought four saws to Weird. Weird picked up the saws and started sawing the box containing Magic Masked Cat. Tiremeow on the side covered her eyes in fear. When the box was sawed into five parts, the five small boxes were pushed in different directions by Weird. However, Magic Masked Cat trapped in the box seemed to be fine and asked Tiremeow to open her eyes. Tiremeow also opened her eyes when she saw that her sister was fine. She quietly left a gap with her hand to look at Magic Masked Cat. She put down her hand when she saw that Magic Masked Cat was fine.

The strange force also put the five separate boxes together, and the complete magical masked cat walked out of the box. She walked around to show the audience that she was not sawed in half and then grew back, and there was no trace of being sawed on her body.

Next, the strange force came down and lifted up a water tank, and then a human magician came on stage, who seemed to be the owner of the Magic Masked Cat. He took a deep breath and got into the water tank, handcuffed himself, and showed the audience that the handcuffs were strong and would not be easily broken free. Then within the next minute, he quickly broke through the handcuffs and successfully floated up. Wu Yao couldn't help but sigh that this performance was too dangerous. If someone wanted to kill this magician, they just had to tamper with the handcuffs.

The magic show is over, and the magician left the stage with all the Pokémon and props. Then the stage began to change, and water circles appeared one after another. Wu Yao didn't know the principle of these water circles, but they could be controlled all around like fire circles. Gardevoir quietly told him that there was actually a Psychic-type Pokémon behind the scenes controlling the water flow, allowing the water to attach to the rings.

Next, the male Infernape and Tigrex come out. They are going to perform a water ring jump, but jumping through a fire ring is not exciting for Fire-type Pokémon. The fire cannot burn them at all, and the burn will be weak.

The roaring tiger first took a starting posture, then accelerated, turned sideways to perfectly avoid all the water circles, and then landed smoothly, drawing applause from the audience.

The Flame Lion jumped over the fire circle on all fours, and his mane didn't seem to get wet or extinguished by the water at all. He then jumped back into the water circle, and his flaming mane still didn't get wet at all. Everyone applauded.

After the diving circle, it is Circle Bear's turn to perform acrobatics on a unicycle. It is not difficult to make Circle Bear ride a unicycle. Unlike ordinary bears, it is not normal for him to stand up. Instead, his normal state is to stand up, so he can perform acrobatics while riding a unicycle.

After performing his acrobatics and walking around three times, Kusanagi walked off the stage on a unicycle. Tigris and Infernape also walked off the stage and the water rings were put away. Next it was the turn of the human acrobats to walk on the tightrope. The human acrobat was precarious as he walked on the tightrope, but he relied on a bamboo pole to keep from falling. When he walked from one end to the other, the audience applauded in waves. Compared to the Pokémon performances, the human performances were more thrilling and eye-catching.

The performance ended quickly and everyone left. Wu Yao also sighed that he was not that unlucky. Nothing happened to him and he did not look like a jinx.

Seeing that it was getting late, Wu Yao planned to leave the amusement park with his Pokémon, but the security guard said that someone had stolen Pokémon and they could not leave for the time being and had to be searched. Many tourists were stranded here. Wu Yao sighed: "Why am I still so unlucky? Wherever I go, something happens..."

The security guards searched for a long time but still couldn't find the lost Pokémon. The lost Pokémon was a Clownfish. A man in black took advantage of a little girl's inattention and kidnapped the Clownfish she was feeding in the pool. The guy ran very fast and could not be caught. He disappeared in the blink of an eye. There was an electric fence outside for defense, and it was impossible for the man to climb over the wall and leave the playground. The police have been notified and will be here soon to search for other people.
