Chapter 197: Kreacher the House-Elf
Under Sirius's magic, the entire hall seemed to be swept by a storm.
The magic released a powerful suction force, which rolled up all the stains and dust on the ground and condensed them together.
Then he flew out of the hall, and in an instant, the heavy and unpleasant smell disappeared, and the dust and stains in the room disappeared without a trace.
After using magic to clean the dust in the hall, Sirius let out a long breath and murmured:
"I didn't expect it to be this bad! Maybe coming back here wasn't a good decision."
After thinking for a moment, he turned to look at the two people who were looking around curiously and explained to them:
"You guys go away first. When I finish cleaning this place, I'll invite you to come play!"
"This house may not be very safe now."
Harry saw Sirius' serious look and nodded silently.
"Okay! Then let's come back later!"
Looking at the gloomy and dim room, Wright also said that there was no problem.
Although he really wanted to take this opportunity to get Voldemort's Horcrux, he had no choice but to give up temporarily under the current circumstances.
After all, he only knew that the Horcrux was hidden in this room, but he had no memory of its exact location.
If you want to find your target, you have to search this room carefully.
However, Sirius would not let Wright and Harry explore this unknown house.
And it was not convenient for Wright to forcibly search the house in front of the owner.
Even his stealthy search was a problem, after all, there was a house-elf watching him all the time.
Even if Sirius and the house-elf had a problem, he would tell on them.
In this case, he would have to find a reason to deal with Sirius, otherwise if he knew that Wright had found the Horcrux, he would definitely ask Wright to destroy it immediately.
It was a pity for him to destroy the Horcrux, after all, the Horcrux could create a killing weapon of the level of the Light Bird.
However, it is not a good idea to give up the opportunity to make friends with the rich just for a piece of good alchemical material.
After weighing the pros and cons, Wright chose to give up the Horcrux temporarily and wait for an opportunity to take action again.
After making up his mind, Wright prepared to leave with Harry and wait until the next time he came to visit before taking action.
At this moment, a gloomy, hoarse, dissatisfied voice came from the shadows behind the door:
"Look! What did Kreacher find?"
"The nasty prodigal son has returned here with his rubbish friends, my great mistress!"
"It's all because of Kreacher. There's no way to stop them..."
Harry was startled by the sudden sound, but Wright didn't seem that surprised and just looked towards the source of the sound.
It was an old house-elf, with only a dirty, ragged strip of cloth around its waist.
Its whole body is black, except for the white hair growing behind its two big ears, which gives it a different color.
"Kreacher! I didn't expect you to still be alive. Still alive!"
Sirius' eyes were filled with disgust when he saw the elderly house-elf.
Hearing Sirius' equally harsh words, Kreacher shuddered all over and shrieked as if he had been insulted:
"Kreacher is so pitiful. Even if he doesn't want to, he has to call the prodigal son who was expelled from the family tree his master!"
"This prodigal son should not have come back, but he did, and brought his dirty friends back..."
Before Kreacher could finish, Sirius interrupted him angrily and threatened:
"That's enough! I don't want to waste time with you. I'll give you two choices."
"Clean up this house or get out of here!"
Hearing Sirius's almost commanding words, Kreacher trembled all over and subconsciously took a few steps back.
Then, Sirius suppressed his anger and said to Wright and Harry apologetically:
"I'm sorry, please leave first! I'll invite you over after I've dealt with this place."
After witnessing a quarrel, Light and Harry no longer had the mood to continue the tour. After saying goodbye to Sirius, they walked out the door.
As he passed Kreacher who was still at the gate, the perceptive Wright heard its slight murmur:
"Get out! Get out!"
"Whether it's the prodigal son who should be kicked out of the family tree, or the dirty little devil he brought with him..."
At this time, Wright narrowed his eyes slightly, suddenly stopped walking out, and turned to Kreacher and said calmly:
"You seem to have failed to complete the task assigned to you by your most beloved master."
It was Wright's light words that made Kreacher stop whispering and look up at him with trembling body.
"Wright? What's wrong?" Harry, who had already walked out of the door, turned around and looked at Wright who was standing in the house, and asked curiously.
"It's okay, I'll go over now!" Wright responded to Harry and continued to say to Kreacher:
"I will come and deal with the locket some other day. Remember to help me, even if it is for the sake of your beloved young master."
After leaving these words to Kreacher, Wright ignored the house-elf who was too shocked to speak, and walked out the door quickly.
After reuniting with Harry, Wright held up Fox in his arms and said softly:
"Please, Fawkes, take us back to Hogwarts."
Fox was lifted up, lazily spread his gorgeous wings, and flew towards the sky above Light and Harry.
A melodious song rang out from the door of Black's mansion, and the bright and gentle firelight enveloped Light and Harry.
"Sirius! See you next time!"
Wright and Harry said goodbye again to the man in the room who was scolding Kreacher.
"When you come over next time, I will definitely surprise you!"
Sirius left Kreacher, who was trembling all over after being scolded, and spoke excitedly to the two people wrapped in flames.
Before the two could respond or come to their senses again, they disappeared from the spot and appeared outside the gate of Hogwarts Castle.
When Harry came back to his senses from his trance, he did not see the flying phoenix Fawkes in the sky, and asked with some concern:
"Wright! Fawkes is gone. Did he go back to find Dumbledore?"
"It can't be dangerous! It's so beautiful."
Hearing Harry's words, Wright tilted his head and looked at Harry with a squint, complaining wildly in his heart:
"As expected of you, the savior of face control! A registered member of the Appearance Association..."
But he remained expressionless and explained calmly:
"It was originally the 'driver' arranged by Dumbledore for us. It will go back on its own after completing the task!"
"Also, don't underestimate Fox! He's very strong."
As for Harry's worries, Wright looked indifferent.
He knew clearly that a phoenix that could assist Dumbledore was extremely powerful.
If we talk about real combat power, it would be no problem for a bird to pick off three or five elite Aurors.
