Learn magic in Harry Potter

Chapter 122: Waves Rising

Outside the Hogwarts corridor, in a hidden corner, a man with long light blond hair placed his hands on the shoulders of a boy with a slicked-back light blond hair.

It looked like a heartwarming exchange between a father and his child, provided that the content of their conversation could not be heard.

"Draco, I will expand the impact of this incident and unite with the school committee to force Dumbledore to step down and replace him with our people."

"Before that, be extremely careful of anyone around you who might attack you."

Lucius warned Malfoy very seriously, and finally, he added:

"If you encounter something you can't solve, go to Snape immediately. He will help you, but you can't trust him completely."

Malfoy received too much information at once and his thoughts were extremely confused, but he still forced himself to nod continuously.

Seeing that his child seemed to understand a lot of things, Lucius patted Malfoy's shoulder with relief and took him away.

At this moment, not far away from where the Malfoy father and son had just talked, the light in the air suddenly surged like mercury flowing gauze.

Finally, a thin boy with eyes and a short elf with a pair of tall big ears appeared.

"Bad Dobby, bad Dobby..." Dobby, who had just appeared, cried and attacked the wall with his head.

Originally, Dobby appeared in front of Harry secretly and said that he would take him to find out the truth of the matter.

Harry thought it would be the heir of the Chamber of Secrets, petrification, and the truth that Light was the real murderer.

He hurriedly followed with the invisibility cloak, but he didn't expect that the truth would involve Dumbledore.

It was no longer clear to Harry now what the house-elf's position was.

The sound of "dong dong dong..." attracted Harry, who was frowning in thought.

Seeing Dobby using his head to try to cause damage to the solid wall, Harry hurriedly went over to stop him.

After finally stopping Dobby from hurting himself, Harry looked at the poor little elf crying and asked hesitantly:

"Why, you want me to know this."

Dobby cried even harder when he heard this, and responded with his whole body trembling:

"Mr. Potter and Dumbledore are both very good people. I don't want you to get hurt."

After saying that, it continued to attack the wall with its head, and Harry hurriedly stopped it again.

Then, Harry said to Dobby seriously:

"Thank you very much for your help. I will go tell Dumbledore now so that he can make preparations early."

After making sure that Dobby would not continue to hurt himself, Harry took the invisibility cloak and ran to find Hermione and Ron.

In the library, Harry and the other two sat around a table. After leaving Dobby alone, they told each other the news they had received.

"what?"

After hearing the news, Ron stood up and shouted, his voice full of disbelief.

Afterwards, the students studying in the library sat back in embarrassment under the angry gaze.

Ron, who had just sat down, didn't care about the embarrassment and suggested anxiously:

"Then let's go find Dumbledore immediately. We can't let Malfoy's conspiracy succeed."

"No, Dumbledore is not that easy to find. We can't even get into the headmaster's office without permission."

Hermione quickly put an end to Ron's delusions and suggested:

"Let's go straight to Professor McGonagall! She will definitely help us."

Harry scratched his head, thought about it, and finally shook his head to refuse, hesitatingly stating his difficulties:

"I don't want others to know how I got this information. If it is exposed, it will implicate it."

Seeing Harry's embarrassed look, Hermione did not force him, but covered her head and began to think of a solution.

With the expectation of her two silly sons, Hermione thought of a wonderful way, so she began to give instructions:

"Ron, go back now and ask Hedwig to take a letter to Hagrid and ask him to give us the instructions from the headmaster's office."

"Harry, go to Lockhart's office now and pull his hair out. He has been looking for you before, so it's not surprising that you go to him now."

"I'll go now and get the sealed Polyjuice Potion out."

Harry and Ron looked at each other, and then Harry asked the two people's questions:

"Why, just pretend to be Lockhart and go to the headmaster's office with the instructions."

Hermione explained to Harry with a serious expression: "The two statues at the door of the headmaster's office don't just obey orders."

"There is also an invitation list. It is useless for people who are not on the list to give instructions."

Harry suddenly realized what was going on and was about to act with Ron, when he heard Hermione's further warning:

"Harry, remember to pluck the hair on the back of Lockhart's head. He may be bald and wearing a wig."

Although he didn't know why Hermione knew such a strange thing, Harry still nodded ignorantly.

Harry jogged all the way until he stood in front of the door of the Defense Against the Dark Arts class. He calmed his disordered breath and straightened his clothes.

After knocking on the door, Harry pushed it open and walked in, and saw a scene that made his eyes widen.

"Everyone is petrified! Break into pieces!"

After casting magic on the training dummy, Lockhart shook his hair, turned around and gave Harry a wicked smile.

"You saw me practicing magic in private."

Suppressing the urge to complain, Harry forced a smile and said, "Professor, you are really very reserved!"

"Yes! I am such a humble person." Lockhart walked towards Harry with his big white teeth showing.

Harry forced a smile and complimented Lockhart, who laughed so happily that he seemed to release all his depression.

After Lockhart finished, he turned his back to Harry, walked towards the desk, and asked Harry, "What do you want to see me for?"

Seeing the back of Lockhart's head right in front of him, Harry wiped his slightly sweaty hands and moved forward carefully.

Without waiting for Harry's answer, Lockhart just wanted to turn his head to look when he let out a cry of pain.

"Professor, are you okay?" Harry pretended to be innocent and walked forward to ask.

Lockhart covered the back of his head, looked at Harry's innocent face, gritted his teeth and said, "You did it!"

"What did I do? I know nothing!" Harry laughed and slipped towards the door.

Looking at Harry who was retreating continuously, Lockhart just glared at him but did not move forward, as if he had some reservations.

At this moment, a magnetic voice came to Lockhart's ears from a water pipe somewhere.

If you listen carefully to the sounds inside, you can seem to hear the hissing of snakes:

"Lockhart, you can write a letter of complaint to the Ministry of Magic! Write that Dumbledore is shielding students from committing crimes."

"Understood! Lord Tom!" Even though the person did not show up, Lockhart still saluted very respectfully.
