Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows
Chapter 39: Parseltongue Potter
The day the duel club opened.
Anriel led Luna to a spot on the side and stood there, watching Lockhart walk onto the stage with a smug look on his face.
Luna looked at Lockhart with interest, and that look reminded Anriel of the look in his eyes when he went to Mount Emei to see Maluo in his previous life.
Of course, it is not clear whether it is the way people look at Maluo, or the way Maluo looks at people.
After all, monkeys look at people the same way they look at fools...
“Good, very good, I am very pleased to see that everyone is very eager to participate in this duel club.
Let us welcome my assistant, Professor Snape!"
Lockhart led the applause, but few people joined in.
Snape's face was as gloomy as water, his lips were pursed thinly, and the sneer on his face looked more like a grin.
He walked onto the duel arena in a square step as if he was walking on a catwalk.
Shake your wand and bow...
"Okay, now hold the wand like this - don't worry, I promise to give you a lively and intact Potions Professor!"
Lockhart said, raising his wand confidently.
Anriel's sensitive hearing caught the sound of Ron and Harry mumbling something in a low voice, which sounded like "better not".
"I'll count to three. Three, two, one!"
"Except your weapons!"
As Snape spoke, Lockhart and his wand flew out.
The last note fell to the ground, and Lockhart also fell to the ground.
It seemed that Snape used too much force, but in fact it was not the case.
Anriel saw that behind the red light representing the disarming spell, there was a white light band following closely, which looked like the tail of a comet.
This is a barrier spell, a silent barrier spell.
As a master of silent spellcasting, it was easy for Snape to cast spells in succession and then make the second spell silent.
This was somewhat related to personal grudges. It seemed that Snape had been unhappy with this guy for a long time, and now he didn't mind teaching Lockhart a little lesson under the pretext of the Dueling Club.
Of all the people present, only Anriel and the caster Snape knew what had just happened.
There was a hint of confusion in Luna's eyes, some suspicion, but not much.
Snape glanced around the room and finally met Anriel's eyes. The latter shrugged, unable to hide a smile on his face.
Lockhart got up from the ground somewhat awkwardly and tried to save his dignity, but was then silenced by Snape's merciless verbal attack.
Anriel came to join in the fun, his main purpose was to accompany Luna, he would not play.
Unless Snape suddenly feels like dueling with Anriel, but that wouldn't be a sparring match.
After they were divided into groups of two, the scene became very chaotic. Lockhart yelled at the top of his lungs to try to stop it, but it was of no avail.
Anriel glanced at Ginny who was sitting opposite Luna, and found that she was pale and looked sickly, but she had a good foundation and was pretty, so she didn't make people feel disgusted at all, but more of a sense of pity.
"Ginny, are you okay?"
Luna asked in a gentle, worried tone.
Ginny shook her head, her tiny hands clenching around her wand.
Luna nodded, and the two bowed to each other and stood three steps back.
Anriel was shouting the beat beside him.
"Three, two, one!"
"Expelliarmus."
"Birds flock!"
The one with the calm tone in the front is Luna, and the one with a different tone in the back is Ginny.
The red light representing the disarming spell hit one of the yellow birds, and the rest flew towards Luna.
Anriel watched the battle with great interest. Luna could handle this little situation perfectly.
"The Transfiguration Slate."
Luna waved her wand, and a first-year student like her used the spell that was just taught in the Standard Book of Spells: Level 3.
The flying birds crashed into the invisible stone slabs and lost consciousness.
"Expelliarmus."
Ginny's wand flew out of her hand, spinning. Andriel grabbed the flying wooden stick and the wand flew into his hand like a boomerang.
"Well done, very good work, girls."
Anriel touched the heads of the two little girls, one in each hand.
"Okay, let's look over there..."
Lockhart's attempts to quell the chaos were unsuccessful, so Snape took the stage, seconds after Luna and Ginny's duel ended.
The chaos subsided immediately -
With his accumulated prestige, Lockhart couldn't do anything to him.
Snape called Draco Malfoy and Harry Potter to the stage almost word by word, and Malfoy's smile was full of contempt and ridicule.
Neither of them bowed to the other, and both looked as if they wanted to kill each other.
......
"Three, two, one!"
"Oolong comes out of the hole!"
Malfoy's reaction was much faster than Harry's, or rather, his spell came out almost at the same time as Lockhart's "one".
A black python spurted out from the tip of the staff, slid to the ground, and opened its ferocious mouth to reveal two sharp fangs.
Anriel didn't bother to look at the snake, he looked at Harry.
He looked like he was petrified, saying nothing, doing nothing, just staring at the snake.
"Hold still, Potter, I'll get... this thing away."
Snape waved his wand lazily and took two steps forward casually.
"I come!"
It’s over. Although I’m listening to English, why is there Chinese dubbing?
Anriel's mouth twitched, and he saw Lockhart pointing his wand at the snake, mumbling something inaudible.
The black snake flew high into the air and landed on the ground, and it even became thicker, looking even more terrifying overall.
“Hiss—————”
Although they couldn't communicate in the same language, Anriel could still feel the snake's anger. It swung its body, moved its head left and right, and hissed threateningly at the surroundings, as if it was looking for an unlucky guy to vent its anger on.
Justin Finch-Fletchley was still standing at the edge of the stage, just like in the original film, and unfortunately was targeted by the big black snake.
The key is that this thing has been strengthened by Lockhart.
"Sya—Hasi—Syshisa!"
Anriel was confused and bewildered.
I don’t understand, I don’t understand at all.
In addition, Harry was eager to save people at this time, so his tone when "speaking" should be more impatient, or even irritable:
Because the big snake could bite Justin to death at any time.
If Anriel didn't know the inside story, he would think that Harry wanted to command the snake to kill Justin -
That kind of screaming and growling sound was so creepy. To outsiders, it really seemed to have no good intentions at all and gave people goose bumps.
Snape took two steps forward and pointed his wand at the snake. A beam of white light hit the snake's vital point, and then the entire black python broke off from the hit point and dissipated into a wisp of black smoke.
He looked into the eyes that belonged to Lily Evans with a complicated expression.
Unfortunately, Potter was too young to understand it at all. He just disliked Snape's look.
