Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Chapter 24: The Year of the Secret Chamber

Anriel calmed down a little and turned to look at Luna.

The girl had long, fluffy, golden hair with a few strands of brown in it. Her face was fair and even looked a little pale. Her eyelids were slightly sunken, which made her look startled even though she was sleepy.

To be honest, Luna gave people a feeling of being unkempt, but a closer look seemed to give people an absurd illusion:

She didn't do this on purpose, did she?

"Oh um~ hello, young sir."

Luna tilted her head slightly and looked at Anriel. Her bright yellow nightgown was half dragged on the ground, making her skin look even paler, giving her an unreal beauty.

"Hello, Miss Lovegood."

Anriel nodded.

Luna turned to Xenophilius:

"Dad, I found a nest of dream moths last night. They seemed to be feeding on harassment flies."

……

Yes, the radio girl who can change the subject at any time is Luna for sure.

Anriel was just stunned by Luna's extraordinary beauty. After referring to the description in the book in his previous life, he was a little confused. Now it is completely confirmed -

The appearance of this world has generally improved compared to the original.

Hermione, Ginny, Luna, Cho Chang...

They are all close to the peak appearance of both ends of the original movie.

Anriel stopped his wandering thoughts in time, as it would be impolite to think any further.

"By the way, Mr. Xenophilius, my father also subscribes to your works. I'm sure you two have a lot in common."

Anriel mentioned it intentionally or unintentionally.

Xenophilius, who was facing Luna, turned his head. The sunlight coming in from the window shone on his neck, reflecting a golden light that was not dazzling.

"Ah, your father, then he must have been an interesting man with taste."

Xenophilius was not at all modest.

......

Anriel chatted casually with the father and daughter, then said goodbye and left.

"Well, something's wrong."

Anriel flapped his wings and flew up to the clouds, muttering to himself.

"This old man must be hiding something."

But in a short period of time... it can't be seen. The old man who hides his abilities is the type that is most difficult to trick out of the news.

Go and deliver the letter first.

After making up his mind, Anriel shot towards the sky like an arrow.

What? You asked if I should go back to Hogwarts to pick it up?

Oh, actually he just wrapped the letter around his ankle for fun. The long-distance summoning spell is very useful.

Anriel's thing is not called Apparition, he is not even a human being.

It's probably the same principle as someone waving a magic wand to make objects appear thousands of miles away, except that the object has been replaced by himself.

In addition, after delivering the letter, he also has to buy the books he will use this year.

Of course, of course, he would not buy any of Gilderoy Lockhart's works...

Emmm, don’t be too confident.

To make an objective evaluation, putting aside Gilderoy's own boastful and self-congratulatory nonsense, these books are quite good to read as novels.

At least it can be used as entertainment.

......

Here are the books Anriel “needs” this year:

The Standard Book of Spells: Level 3;

Intermediate Potions Guide;

"Thousands of Herbs You Must Know"

"Transfiguration Guide";

......

This is the textbook that Anriel actually uses:

The Standard Book of Spells: Seventh Level;

"Powerful Potion" (Restricted Books);

"Thousands of Highly Toxic and Dangerous Medicinal Materials" (Restricted Books);

"Dangerous Magic Transfiguration" (Restricted Books);

......

and many more……

It seems that when Dumbledore had no other choice and finally chose Gilderoy, he sent a complete set of Gilderoy biographies... and they were autographed ones.

It weighs fourteen kilograms (including some parts that are not used as teaching materials).

Hogwarts.

Dumbledore was curled up in an easy chair by the fireplace, the fire burning lazily and the wood crackling.

The issue is……

Now, it’s, fucking August!

Anriel put down the book in his hand, his cheeks twitching slightly. Even if he was an artificial man, he couldn't be tortured like this!

He felt that the temperature in the room was not much different from that in the oven. If it continued like this, he would really die!

Dumbledore seemed to see what Anriel was thinking. It was too obvious:

"Oh, just wait a little longer, I bet."

As the old man finished speaking, the flames in the fireplace suddenly jumped up high and a wave of heat rolled out.

A large golden-red bird flew out from the fire, holding an envelope with burnt edges in its mouth.

With a puff, the fire went out.

Anriel waved his hand, and a stream of cold air swirled out from him, making him look like some kind of central air conditioner.

And Anriel also knew what that letter was.

School will start soon, and this should be a routine letter from the school board.

Hogwarts is not a place where Dumbledore has the final say; each director has his own interests to consider.

However, it seemed that Dumbledore himself was not at all concerned about this, and he continued to fiddle with his exquisite silver instruments.

There was also a section of what was actually a purification unit, and some other things that looked like Alastor Moody's belongings.

However, Dumbledore's is obviously more elegant and sophisticated.

......

After this year's matriculation ceremony, two reckless idiots will rush into campus in a flying car.

But, compared to what was supposed to happen this year, this is nothing.

It's just the Whomping Willow, not worth mentioning.

Of all the major events that have happened or are about to happen in these years, the one that Anriel least wants to participate in is the Chamber of Secrets...

No other reason.

In the Chamber of Secrets chapter, it is really possible that someone will die.

It was such a strong coincidence that those children born into Muggle families didn't die.

Anriel really wasn't sure whether the giant snake's instant death ability would affect himself, a humanoid magical creation.

He was not in the mental state to gamble with his life.

Besides, Anriel has been very busy this year.

At least it looked busy.

Ancient magic, runes, wandology...

The Basilisk... and the Chamber of Secrets...

But he didn't speak Parseltongue, which was also a big problem.
