Harry Potter: Reunion with the Enemy

The seventh floor of the Ministry of Magic.

Ron rushed out of the Funny Product Patent Office and headed towards his department, the Sports Events Integrated Execution Department.

He had just handed in a bunch of new joke shop product patent application forms for George in the patent office. Since joining the Department of Magical Games and Sports, all the paperwork and errands related to inventions at Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes had been entrusted to Ron. Because of filling out too many complicated forms, Ron was now able to quickly classify all kinds of strange magic trick products and then add a detailed and accurate description to them.

"I would suggest that you transfer to our department." The office director in charge of patent review winked at Ron, "This way you don't have to go through an extra corner every time you submit a patent application form."

"Yes -" Ron was worried about the Quidditch World Cup group stage and the opening advertisement of Weasley's Wizard Wheezes these days, "but our work rhythm will return to normal after the World Cup, so I am considering changing my position after three years and eleven months." He joked a little tiredly, and then quickened his pace. "Or learn the goblin language now and help everyone negotiate with the goblins."

"Security Department—" Not long ago, a fanatical fan sneaked into the Sports Department on the seventh floor through the Ministry of Magic's visitor channel, because there were rumors that the walls of the Quidditch-related departments on the seventh floor of the Ministry of Magic were all signed posters of star players.

The crazy fan who first came up with this bad idea successfully obtained several game notices signed by star players. From then on, the seventh floor would occasionally encounter visitors who sneaked in under various names to steal, and Ron's office was the hardest hit area.

The person who bumped into Ron slapped him on the mouth with the same force as the elbow, gasping for breath and saying, "It's me, it's me. I'm looking for you."

When Ron saw who the blond-haired man was, his alert expression turned into surprise. The spot on his face that was hit by the man felt a burning pain.

"Um - Malfoy?" Ron hesitated. Dozens of questions popped up in his mind, but he finally stopped talking. "Looking for me?"

Draco finally didn't stay at home as promised by Lucius and Narcissa. He sneaked out of the house under the pretext of buying a new wand. After quickly buying a usable wand at the wand shop, Draco rushed all the way to the seventh floor of the Ministry of Magic under the pretext of looking for Lucius. He hid everywhere along the way, fearing that he would be seen by Lucius and his father's friends.

Draco hid himself behind a large green plant and put one hand on Ron's shoulder. It was obvious that Ron's vicious elbow had brought a few tears to his eyes. But now was no time to settle these personal grudges.

"The Harry who's out every day now is a fake one." Draco quickly organized his words. "The real Harry was with me before he disappeared, but I don't know where he is now, so I'm here to ask you for some information. I may also need you to use the Ministry of Magic staff authority to obtain werewolf data files, past case information inquiries, Metamorphmagus registration records, and goblin files."

The moment Ron saw Draco, he had guessed what he was up to. After all, he and Hermione had already discussed related topics before. "Of course the current Harry is suspicious. You said the real Harry is missing? What about you? Why don't you go find your father instead of me? How can you prove that you are the real one?"

Ron swiftly threw Draco's hand aside and asked without taking a breath. "Does Kingsley know about this? Should we report the situation to the Auror Office first? How many days has he been missing?"

After hearing the news of Harry's disappearance, Ron's ears glowed red - generally not a good sign.

"Hurry up!" Ron demanded, twisting Draco's collar.

"Listen, now is not a good time to fight." Draco said through gritted teeth, "I don't want to repeat what I said to you before. If you have to prove yourself, you said I was a twitching little ferret." A trace of blood appeared on his pale face.

Ron couldn't help but snorted. "Okay."

"Does Harry have a godson?" Draco continued. "He hasn't told me about it."

Ron was stunned for a moment, then nodded blankly, "Yes, but——"

"Is it a Metamorphmagus? Is his name on the current registration form?" Draco recalled the few scenes in Legilimency. The boy called Harry "Godfather", and he couldn't be wrong.

"What happened to Teddy?" Ron's lips trembled. "Didn't he disappear?"

"Teddy?" Draco seemed to have no trace of this name in his mind.

"Lupin's child. And Tonks' child. Everything was chaotic during the war, and I don't think they had time to make a formal registration." Ron said.

"Werewolf. Child." Draco took a step back. "He's crazy." His worst suspicion seemed to be confirmed at this moment. If the fake Harry was also a werewolf, then the island they were tricked into visiting was likely to be full of werewolves.

"Yeah. We celebrated for him. Amidst the daily deaths, we finally heard the news of a new baby being born." Ron whispered.

"Mad! Mad!" Draco lowered his voice and said uncontrollably, "Lupin lost his job as a professor the moment he revealed that he was a werewolf. Without Dumbledore, who would have given him a second glance? I thought he was one of the few teachers with a brain."

"Don't talk about him like that, I forbid you to talk about him like that." Ron said, looking at the floor. "So that Harry is Teddy? Metamorphmagus, this ability came from Tonks. Maybe his mother died before she could teach him how to master this ability."

"So the Werewolf Registry didn't record his birth information. The Metamorphmagus administrators didn't know there was a new owner of such a rare ability." Draco said. "Sometimes I really don't know the meaning of certain departments in the Ministry of Magic."

"There may be files of the case here. Although it's not under my jurisdiction, I can think of a way." Ron turned around impatiently. "It seems that the fake Harry didn't show up today. As soon as he showed up and expressed his opinion, the Ministry of Magic was in a discussion."

"I shouldn't have let him go that day. I should have locked him in the dungeon with the goblins. I didn't wake up quickly enough. It took me a while to make sure he was an imposter." Draco gripped his wand subconsciously. "Let me see him again."

"Yeah, yeah." Although Ron didn't fully understand what Draco was talking about, he felt that it might be more important than the group stage. "Archives, I'll try."

"Tonks' mother, Andromeda Black, and your mother are sisters... so Teddy can actually be considered your blood relative." Ron walked towards the elevator of the Ministry of Magic. "He is your nephew? Although Andromeda was expelled from the Black family." Ron still remembered the family tree he saw at number 12 Grimmauld Place. Andromeda's name was burned into a black hole.

"Wonderful pure-blood family connection...Harry is Teddy's godfather...and you..." Ron hesitated.

"Shut up, Weasley. I don't want the first spell I cast with my new wand to be against you." Draco gritted his teeth, "You'd better not give me the opportunity to kill my juniors."
