Harry Potter: Reunion with the Enemy

Wiltshire, England.

As the location of Malfoy Manor, Wiltshire has preserved many European prehistoric relics. Stonehenge and Woodhenge, which are very famous in Muggle travel magazines, are located in this quiet and beautiful place. In addition to the green scenery and the high and low buildings beside the lake, the English courtyard street lights connected by the cobblestone paths also make this place look more like an oil painting.

After Draco and Harry Apparated, they walked towards the location of Malfoy Manor. Since leaving the sea, Harry has been holding Draco's wrist tightly, as if he was afraid that he would suddenly Apparate and escape.

Draco's face darkened imperceptibly. "Why did it take us so long?" Harry seemed suspicious after about thirty minutes of walking. "Didn't we Apparate to the nearest place to your house?"

Draco pointed to a path in the woods. "That's the Malfoy Manor over there. There are always a lot of Muggle tourists coming to Wiltshire for vacation, and I can't risk appearing in places with a lot of tourists. This is also where Muggles filmed romantic movies - Pride and Prejudice - and it was very busy every day. It would be very troublesome if I was caught by a Muggle camera and suddenly appeared."

"It doesn't matter, the Muggles all know it now," Harry replied impatiently.

"Know what?" Draco was stunned for a moment and stopped again.

"I know wizard - I forgot you were in a coma for a few days. Some big things happened in the past few days." Harry smiled sneerly. "Let's go."

Draco was irritated by the unfamiliar look on Harry's face. This was not the way his Harry was.

Draco wanted to do everything he could to verify the Harry in front of him - but there were too many uncertainties, so he couldn't act rashly. And this person was Harry's appearance. If someone was killed or died while taking Polyjuice Potion, his appearance would retain the effects of the potion - just like Barty Crouch Jr.'s mother looked like her son until her death. Draco didn't want to face a corpse covered in Harry's skin. He pressed his finger joints unconsciously and approached the manor gate reluctantly.

Since this man dared to step into my house, I must teach him a lesson, Draco thought.

Just as Draco was about to open the wrought iron gate, a group of people suddenly rushed out from the other side of the forest path. Harry seemed to be startled as well, and raised his wand to look at the strangers warily.

"I am a reporter from the Daily Prophet. Is it convenient for Mr. Malfoy to accept an interview? Does Lucius and Narcissa's action represent their opposition to the upcoming referendum on the revision of the Goblin Rights Act and the Werewolf Code of Conduct?"

"This is Witch Weekly. Excuse me, your appearance with Harry Potter at this time means that you have reached a consensus on the recent actions of goblins to expose the magical world to Muggles?"

"Currently, a poll conducted by a public opinion research organization shows that the percentage of wizards willing to make concessions on the existing magical creatures clauses is around 30 to 40 percent. I think your opinion, Mr. Potter, played a big role in this. Do you have any new comments you would like to make?"

"What is the current position of the Malfoy family? Do other pure-blood wizards also oppose it? What if the goblins further create chaos in the Muggle world?"

"Mr. Potter, as an Auror, may I ask if your remarks over the past few days represent the official position of the Ministry of Magic?"

Draco's hand froze in mid-air as he tried to open the door. The constant questions and information he had never heard before made him tremble slightly. He was just deceived into going to an unknown island and unconscious for a few days, but the questions from these reporters sounded so strange.

"Don't bother with them." Harry was obviously feeling guilty. "Let's go in."

Draco completely retracted his hand that was about to open the door and looked back at Harry: "Don't you want to answer a few questions? It's not a good thing for these annoying guys to block the door of our manor." A few wisps of purple smoke came out of the reporters' cameras. Needless to say, they have taken a lot of photos. "You seem to have done a lot of big things. Have I seen the manuscript of your speech?"

Harry narrowed his eyes and his expression darkened.

The reporter continued to take pictures and ask more questions.

"Have you seen Ed recently?" A voice seemed out of place amid the chaos of reporters' questions.

Draco soon spotted a familiar face among the group of reporters - Dennis Creevey, Colin's younger brother.

"I don't think we need to waste time here." Harry simply grabbed Draco's wrist and dragged him back from the reporters. "Some important people may be in danger. If you don't hurry up, you will regret it." Harry said to Draco with a bit of threat.

Harry looked flustered and about to give up his disguise after the reporter's barrage of questions. Now he and Draco were glaring at each other fiercely.

"Can you please say that again?" Draco asked in an almost inaudible whisper.

"Go meet your parents. Isn't it because of them that the reporters are here?" Harry replied in the same tone. "Are you sure we don't want to have a good chat?"

Draco pulled Dennis Crivette out of the crowd and said to them, "The exclusive news is left to my alumni. Please go back." Then he opened the door neatly and walked in with Dennis and Harry.

The backs of Harry's hands were very smooth, and Draco accidentally discovered a flaw during the confrontation. The permanent scar from Umbridge was actually missed - Polyjuice Potion as a potion can completely replicate all the characteristics of the wizard himself, so what is in front of him is an imperfect transformation.

I must not lie—it points to the lie itself which is about to be exposed.
