Marvel: It Starts with a Spell

"What did you do to me?" Tony asked in disbelief, looking at his chest in the mirror.

"What did I do? I saved your life." A man with a Mediterranean hairstyle was cooking a black mass in a pot.

"I tried my best to remove the shrapnel, but there are still a lot of them left in your body. They will flow into your heart septum with your blood. In just a week or so, those shrapnel will kill you." The Mediterranean man handed Tony a glass bottle containing several metal shrapnel.
