Harry Potter and the Rebirth
Chapter 341 Blackmail
"Grandfather! I really want to go out."
The fat boy escaped from the professor's control, ran to the office door, and knocked on the door like crazy. Dong, dong, dong, each knock was louder and louder than the last. The atmosphere was tense just now, but now it was a bit funny.
Gilbert scolded the little fat man loudly, but he didn't give up. The professor hurried over. Just now, the little fat man rushed into the crowd, and some of his good friends came out to stop him, which delayed some time.
"I'm sorry, Headmaster. I'll take him away right now."
"Now that you're here, why are you leaving?" The door opened with a click, and the fat man quickly came to Grindelwald's side, crawled behind him, and looked angrily at his grandfather and the young professor outside the door, as if he had found his greatest backer.
Gilbert smiled bitterly in his heart. He was indeed still a child. He didn't know how terrible the demon in front of him was. He once tried to burn down Paris without blinking an eye.
Grindelwald pulled the little fat boy in front of him and patted his head amiably. "I am a good friend of your grandfather. Today he agreed to let me take you out for a look."
"Yes."
Seeing the look in the little fat man's eyes, Agilbert cursed in his heart, but what could he do with the hostage in his hands? !
The young professor was terrified and his cheeks flushed with anxiety. This was the principal's grandson, he couldn't use magic against him, he couldn't hit him, he couldn't scold him.
"Then thank you for your help. Please go out first."
The fat boy let out a breath of anger and held Grindelwald's hand tightly, refusing to let go.
The young professor left in disappointment. He had clearly seen the impatience and a bit of disgust in the principal's eyes. When he reached the corner of the corridor, he quickened his pace, greeted several professors he knew, and left through the main door.
"I'm going to take this little fat boy out to play for a while. I hope you can consider our cooperation."
"What kind of cooperation?"
The little fat boy looked up at the two adults with ambiguous eyes. The clash of auras made him feel inexplicably uneasy.
"Don't you want to go out? Do you want to go to Hogwarts?"
"miss you!"
Elliot figured it out. It turned out that this person was his grandfather's friend at Hogwarts. He could allow him to stay there for a few years. This was great!
"Don't we have to pack?"
Grindelwald hurriedly left with Elliot. The old headmaster stood silently behind them, watching as the dark devil swaggered away with his grandson right under his nose.
He sighed heavily. If he couldn't even protect his family, then what was the point of him working so hard to improve his magic power and become the principal?
However, Gilbert Fontana felt very aggrieved about being forced to choose a side. He decided to stand firmly and regard it as a choice made by God. The school should be cleared out, and he didn't have to do it himself anyway.
He knew who was speaking to the current American Ministry of Magic.
After the young professor stepped out of the door, he disappeared in an apparition.
In a secluded cafe, Hermann sat next to Rozier. She looked through the window at the busy street. A lot of things were happening there. Fat policemen had guns in their pockets and passing black people were very vigilant.
Most people carried their bags in front and hurried on their way.
The doorbell rang, and a tall and thin young man approached. When he saw the two ladies sitting at the door, his eyes lit up and he sat down opposite them carelessly.
"You have agreed to cooperate."
Rozier looked at the young man in front of him with a complicated expression. Every generation has its own talents, and each has been the leader for hundreds of years. He originally thought that he would be attacked by at least half of the forces in the entire school, but he didn't expect that -
Grindelwald had just communicated with her that there was indeed such a force within the school, and the headmaster would help him investigate it thoroughly.
"Ah."
Rozier took a sip of coffee, while Herman looked around boredly. Why didn't that guy come yet? Such a good opportunity was missed?
"Okay, I will be the professor of the Defense Against the Dark Arts class at Hogwarts next semester. I know you have the ability to do so."
"Why? Why did you choose such a dangerous profession? Obviously everyone else is avoiding it."
Hermann became interested. Ever since the second generation Dark Lord cast the curse, people who stayed in this position had no good ending. Even if Dumbledore personally invited them, not many people would agree.
"Guess what—and, my name is Georges, beautiful lady."
Georges conjured up a beautiful rose out of thin air and placed it in front of Hermann.
Hermann covered his mouth with his hands and laughed, then touched the rough branches with his thumb and index finger.
When Jie Lan, who came hurriedly, saw this scene, his face turned dark, he snatched the rose and threw it on Georges.
Georges was not angry. He looked at the two people with a hint of ridicule, "It is I who am offended."
Hermann raised a smile and stirred the coffee in the cup slowly. The ice cubes floating on the coffee moved up and down, and the crisp collision sound was very pleasant to the ear.
"Minister, I'm sorry I'm late."
Although Jelan said what Rozier said, her eyes were actually fixed on Hermann, and she did not look up.
"It's alright, you young people can have fun and I'll leave first."
Rozier took a look at today's situation. Someone had to clean up this matter, so let's pick Jie Lan. She liked to watch the fun and brought the two men together.
"Jeran, go to Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and get a list from Principal Agilbert. Give it to me in person and try not to let anyone find out."
"Okay," Jie Lan nodded solemnly.
"Go with him."
Jerlan was very happy. When Rozier took Hermann away in a hurry, he and Georges looked at each other. What about this guy? The little Jerlan in the sleeve felt his master's temper, so he showed his little head and bared his teeth at Georges.
"No wonder he sent you."
Georges looked at it differently. According to his understanding, this magical creature should be the only one in existence today.
"Hello, let me introduce myself. I am the Herbology Professor at Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry—"
He prolonged the sound, and Jie Lan was a little surprised. Such a young professor?
"The teaching assistant."
Well, seeing the colorful changes in expressions on Jelan's face, Georges found it very interesting. It's rare to see someone so transparent nowadays.
"Okay? Come with me."
It was raining outside. Two tall and handsome young men wearing windbreakers of different colors rushed into the rain.
“These guys are really handsome.”
After leaving the door, Hermann separated from Rozier. She still had some things to deal with, so she took out a blank piece of letter paper. As she walked, the letter paper was covered with dense handwriting.
Harry Potter hasn't come to see her for such a long time, which means that the information has not been passed to Harry through Grindelwald.
As he wrote more and more letters, an owl flew over and landed on Hermann's shoulder.
"Be good, Helian, it's up to you."
On a rainy night, a little girl in a pink dress looked up at the sky.
"Mom, Mom! There's a huge white seagull flying over there."
"Be good, Anna." The woman was a little helpless. She held her girl's hand, dodging speeding cars and passing vehicles, and also making sure the umbrella didn't get her daughter wet.
"But it's true—"
"Okay, really." The woman said a few perfunctorily impatiently, holding Anna's hand tightly. The past few years have been unsafe, and there have been news reports of missing children everywhere. The little girl seemed to have gotten used to it. She didn't cry or make a fuss, but walked through the rain in a daze, staring at the flying white seagulls.
Helian is very smart, has sharp eyes and ears, and is good at long-distance running. Hermann trusts him very much.
Thinking of a majestic castle on the other side of the distant sea with a very beautiful female inside, Helian was full of motivation. He traveled through mountains and rivers to see the owl, which was definitely the one he would remember in his life.
It was already night at Hogwarts, and most of the young wizards were already in the crowded common room. Those who had been injured during the day had rushed here, lying on the sofa or standing in front of the fireplace, proclaiming their great achievements.
The Weasley twins sneaked out, followed by three little followers.
Harry didn't want to go at first. He wanted to look for the mysterious room again. The whole room turned into a chamber of a large creature. The muscles were wriggling and there were abundant bulges on it, like blood vessels rushing.
But, there is always an inexplicable intuition guiding him.
"Are you guys reliable?"
This was the fourth time Ron had seen Filch. He was standing at the feet of Mrs. Norris, walking around in circles with an oil lamp in his hand.
"Why do I always feel like there are people around me? Mrs. Norris, what do you think?" Filch muttered to himself, staring at any shadow with a vigilant look. There must be some little guys running out. If I don't catch them, I will deduct points from them.
When the five people safely avoided the patrolling Filch, Hermione breathed a sigh of relief. She was a good girl and never went out at night. But the two people next to her insisted on going, so she could only supervise them helplessly to make sure they didn't make any big mistakes.
Unexpectedly, Professor McGonagall's voice appeared in the ears of the five people, "Don't be unreasonable."
The five people stopped where they were, frozen in place.
"Don't be afraid. Five of you, spread out to both sides. I will cast a body-changing spell on you."
"Cool~"
Fred sighed and said it was a wise decision to bring Harry in.
"I have approved an office for you. There is no problem with your office. Let me say it again."
Umbridge pestered McGonagall to check her office, but she didn't find anything unusual. Even a master of Transfiguration didn't find it. Was it a joint effort or was that guy too weird?
She decided to go all out and tell the serious old woman the whole truth. She didn't believe that Harry Potter would dare to confront McGonagall.
"It's not the office's problem, it's your school—"
"If you dare to tell me, you will die."
A familiar voice floated in her ears, and Umbridge collapsed to the ground. In an instant, the whole world was spinning, and the walls around her were living eyes, staring at her.
"what--"
Umbridge hugged McGonagall's thighs tightly. She only felt safe when she was with this old woman.
Mag was holding her wand alertly, looking around. It was very quiet, without any unusual movement.
George murmured a little, but did not dare to make a sound, let alone breathe heavily. If he was caught by Professor McGonagall, Hogwarts's House Cup this year would be completely ruined. He hoped that Harry's spell was powerful enough.
Three full minutes passed. The time was long and unbearable. Ron's clothes were all wet. It was so damn exciting. In his heart, he wanted to beat the twins a thousand times. Not only did they not say it earlier, but they also pushed Harry to take the risk.
"What were you screaming about?"
"me--"
Umbridge didn't dare to say anything. She stood up, held McGonagall's arm, and walked forward little by little without saying a word. Instead, she stared around vigilantly.
"This is Hogwarts, the safest place. What are you afraid of?"
Afraid of your favorite student Harry Potter, this little bastard, just wait, sooner or later, she will tell this to Dumbledore.
The two people walked away and the five people breathed a sigh of relief.
"Let's go back, in case Professor McGonagall finds out." Hermione felt that she had an obligation to pull these four adventurous people back to the dormitory. She regretted what she had just done.
"Yes, let's go back first." Harry said.
The Weasley twins were a little unwilling to give up. In fact, they wanted to explore further. But forget it, just go with what Harry said. In fact, they were scared just now.
Ron looked at this and that. Was today's adventure going to end in such a sloppy way? He was still planning to do something big.
"You go back first." Harry sent the four people back to the dormitory entrance. The fat female monk at the door was still dozing off.
"Password——"
"Dragon scum——"
Ron whispered, and the nun opened her eyes a little, "You little guys just went out and came back soon."
"Did you get caught?" She showed a gloating expression.
“We’ve never been caught.”
Fred and George were talking while shaking their heads. At this moment, a few meows were heard in the distance. Filch felt that something was not right and decided to wait at the entrance of the Gryffindor dormitory today.
"Hurry, hurry, let us in!"
George yelled, Filch quickened his pace, and the nun was still slowly opening the passage.
Harry looked at the distance between the two sides and widened the gap, "Thank you for your cooperation, sister."
"No thanks, no thanks~"
The nun was a little angry just now, but now she calmed down and forced a smile. "Come in quickly, come in quickly, before Sifirchi catches you."
The four men rolled in swiftly, while Harry stood there, his figure gradually disappearing.
"Where's Harry?"
The four people who escaped from the jaws of death looked at each other. He had abandoned them all. Filch, who had arrived late, was panting. He asked the nun with a grim look on his face, "Did some guys come over just now?"
"What? What did you say? I'm going to play chess with my friends now."
Then he immediately disappeared, leaving Filch slapping his thigh in pain.
