Harry Potter and the Rebirth
Chapter 139 Integration
Harry had no idea how much his godfather regretted at this moment. He was walking towards his dormitory excitedly. He passed through the short passage of the common room, and then stopped at the room full of red and lion elements. It was class time at this time, and there were relatively few people in the common room.
Hermione had sleepy eyes, and her originally fluffy hair looked even more messy. Strangely, she was not in the library at the moment, but was drowsy on the sofa next to the fireplace. A strand of her brown hair seemed to extend into the fireplace.
Harry hurried over, gently ruffled the hair beside Hermione's ear, tucked her hair behind her ear, tiptoed closer, and quietly walked out. The cold winter temperature collided with the cold air in the room, and the entire window was covered with a layer of white mist. The room seemed exceptionally quiet at this time, and the matches in the fireplace were crackling.
On the stairwell leading from the dormitory to the common room, a step was taken back and then quietly moved back.
Harry looked back at Hermione again, and turned a piece of velvet on the sofa into a long and thick blanket. He used a levitation spell to make it float lightly onto Hermione's body and landed steadily.
Hermione seemed to feel the sudden warmth on her body. She seemed to have been tired for a long time. After tightening the blanket around herself, she fell into a deep sleep again.
Harry breathed a sigh of relief and then returned to his dormitory. The entire dormitory was empty. Harry looked at the two class schedules placed on the bedside. One was older and the courses on it were also very full. It should be from the previous time.
As for the other one, Harry picked up the schedule. The fresh parchment was mixed with the faint scent of ink. Harry shrank his nostrils, then put his nose to the parchment, closed his eyes, and enjoyed the smell very much.
The ink should have been imported from Knockturn Alley, and the parchment should have been purchased from a Muggle store.
The content of the timetable was obviously much less, but it was not easy in comparison. Due to Harry's injury, he did not take the next few exams, so he only reduced two courses: Transfiguration and Defense Against the Dark Arts.
Potions, History of Magic, Herbology, and Quidditch were scattered throughout the five days, but were crowded in the evenings, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays.
Sunday afternoon was a long day, and Harry searched his mind for relevant memories. It should be Quidditch training.
The rest was filled up with the special lessons given to him by various teachers. Dumbledore stepped up his progress, with two remedial classes a week, and added extracurricular training.
Harry looked at some of the time periods with "outside school" written in brackets at the end and fell into deep thought for a moment.
Then he leaned on the bed, where two small snakes suddenly came out and jumped into Harry's clothes.
Harry frowned and threw out two little snakes. Then, as if he remembered something, he picked up the two reluctantly and put them on the table.
He looked at them strangely. The snakes that had been restless and happy just now had now become very stiff. Then one of them slid to the ground, and the other one looked at them lazily, then closed its eyes and rested. In winter, snakes should hibernate, and so does the basilisk.
Harry didn't care where the snake that had just slipped away went. Why should he care? Harry flipped through the elementary spells in his hand, then glanced at the thick History of Magic next to it, revealing a thoughtful look.
After that, time seemed to speed up. Harry integrated well into his life after recovery. He quietly completed his studies and achieved outstanding results in them. At the same time, he was busy taking extra lessons from teachers of various subjects.
He helped Snape process the herbs, ignored his hesitant look, and responded with pot after pot of well-performing potions. He occasionally served as an assistant teacher in the Defense Against the Dark Arts class, instructing his classmates on spell-casting postures and speaking speeds, and as a demonstration in classroom lectures, he would engage in a back-and-forth with the professor.
Professor McGonagall admired his talent. Seeing his rapidly improving Transfiguration skills and his finished products that were even better than before, her usually stern face and serious expression gradually melted away, and then turned into the satisfaction of seeing her proud disciple. As the savior of the wizarding world, his performance was undoubtedly qualified and even excellent. Harry's reputation in Hogwarts accumulated rapidly.
When he was training for Quidditch, many little witches would brave the cold winter weather, wrapped up tightly, and come to the field to cheer him on.
"Hey, Harry, you've stolen all our limelight." George flew over on his broom and was at the same flying altitude as Harry. He looked at the golden Snitch that Harry had just caught. The Snitch had a wing sticking out from his fingertips and was struggling weakly.
"That's right," Fred also flew over from the side and hit Harry hard on the shoulder.
"Well done, good job, Harry." Wood stood on the playground and shouted excitedly at Harry. If Harry continued in this state, he would be able to avenge his previous defeat this year and it would not be impossible for him to win the Quidditch Cup.
"Let's do it again."
Harry threw the golden snitch in his hand casually, and the golden elf disappeared. There were exclamations from the audience next to him, including the screams of a group of little witches, occasionally mixed with a strong male voice.
Draco squeezed out from the crowd with a gloomy look, "Draco, what's wrong with you?" Pansy also squeezed out from the crowd. It was obvious that this behavior made her very uncomfortable, and her fair cheeks were flushed.
"It's okay." Draco's green clothes stood out among the red. He gradually disappeared in the venue and no one knew where he went.
This was just an episode, which did not affect Harry's prosperous life in school. Regarding the incident that injured him, Harry generously said that it was not necessary to care about it and there was no need to waste manpower and resources to investigate it. Dumbledore should grasp the general direction.
Dumbledore glanced at Harry, and Harry read relief in his glance. He recalled his excellent performance and felt more confident.
"I actually have some clues about the matter of you receiving the note."
"Oh, really?" Harry said indifferently. He took a look and saw the two cages placed on the wall of Dumbledore's office, which were still covered with black cloth.
Then he seemed to remember something and immediately changed his expression, "What's the result? Professor Dumbledore? I'm actually very worried every day now."
"Who on earth is it?"
"We have actually caught him, but we still hope that you can go to the scene to see for yourself. After all, you are the victim in this matter." Dumbledore's face was full of distress, and Harry was quite pleased. She nodded to show that she understood.
Then he said goodbye to Professor Dumbledore, "My friend is waiting for me outside the door. Thank you very much for your teaching today."
"it is good--"
Harry bowed slightly to Dumbledore, took three steps back, then turned around, and the black wizard robe he was wearing drew a beautiful arc in the air.
Then he left the office.
"Look at him, look, this is the--" Black on the wall spoke, and Dumbledore's face was very calm, without any of the heartache and relief just now.
