Hogwarts in the shadows

Chapter 29 Fierce battle with giant monster

The troll was attracted by the noise and although these attacks could not cause much damage to it, it still made it a little irritated.

So, it smashed the wall to pieces and walked towards Hephes and the others, swinging its sticks.

The four of them quickly ran back, and Hephis continued to harass the troll with his black fists and the puppy, continuing to lure it to chase in his direction.

Hefeth heaved a sigh of relief when he saw the troll finally follow them and leave the room.

"You three, run quickly, I'll handle this!" Hephis' voice was extremely calm.

"Hephis, I'll go with you!" There was no way Theodore would let Hephis stay behind.

"We're not leaving, we want to help too!" Harry and Ron said in unison.

Hephis didn't have time to waste with the three of them, after all, Hermione was still inside.

The situation is unclear now, he has to get rid of the troll quickly and go check on Hermione.

"I'll control the troll. Theodore, go around and see what's happening to Hermione, and take her away if you can," Hephis ordered quickly.

"I can't let you face the troll alone." Theodore hesitated. He didn't want Hephes to take risks alone.

"Theodore, this is an order!" Hephis emphasized, and then added: "As long as you are out of danger, I can run away at any time."

"Yes, sir!" Theodore responded, turned around and rushed towards the troll.

Hephaestus's shadow seemed to grow out of the ground, tying up the giant's limbs from four directions at the same time and holding it firmly in place.

He then used a Transfiguration spell to turn the ground beneath the troll's feet into a quagmire, causing it to sink into it.

The troll was extremely angry and struggled hard to break free from his restraints.

Hephis could only use all his strength to manipulate the shadow to hold the giant monster.

This would give Theodore more space to pass through and rescue Hermione more safely.

Theodore didn't even look at the troll. He trusted Hephes completely and rushed to the toilet along the wall.

Seeing that Theodore successfully entered the room, Hephesus stopped wrestling with the troll and simply used his shadow to limit its range of movement.

The restraints on the troll's limbs were greatly reduced, but not completely eliminated, and his arms began to wave around wildly again.

Hephaestus continuously transformed into small birds, surrounding and harassing the giant monster.

And the swamp curse continues to deepen and expand, restricting the movement of the troll.

Harry and Ron were dumbfounded and didn't know what to do. They just stood there stupidly.

Theodore had been in the bathroom for nearly five minutes, but he and Hermione had not come out yet.

Hephis began to get a little anxious. Could it be that Hermione was injured and couldn't move, so the two of them couldn't get out?

Thinking of this possibility, Hephis' eyes instantly turned red.

In that case, let's get rid of the troll and then rescue Hermione.

He actually didn't want to use this trick, after all, it was too cruel.

But thinking that Hermione might be dying, he couldn't care less.

The giant monster's magic resistance and physical resistance are indeed very high, but that's just skin.

Hephes manipulated two shadows and drilled into the giant monster's ears.

Two shadows moved forward along the troll's ear canal. I have to say, the troll's ear canal was really dirty.

Finally reaching the troll's eardrum, the shadow turned into two small knives and stabbed the troll's eardrum fiercely.

The giant monster let out a miserable cry instantly and covered his ears with his two big hands.

The wooden stick in his hand fell to the ground with a loud "bang".

Seeing the troll open his mouth, Hephes did not hesitate.

The remaining six groups of shadows that had been ambushed in advance followed the giant monster's mouth and entered its esophagus.

Six shadows formed a spear and stabbed towards the giant monster's heart.

The spear broke through the barrier with difficulty and entered the heart of the giant monster.

The spear split into six shadows, which turned into six circular saws, crushing the troll's heart into pieces.

The giant's eyes suddenly widened and his pupils dilated. After a while, he fell into the mud pit and died completely.

Hephis didn't even look at the troll, his shadow formed a path under his feet, and he ran quickly towards Hermione.

The eight black shadows also quickly recovered along the line connecting with Hephis without a trace of blood.

Hermione and Theodore also poked their heads out from the broken wall and saw Hephis running towards them.

Harry and Ron, who were just there to watch, also reacted and moved around as far away from the troll as possible.

"Hermione, how are you?"

Hephis anxiously grabbed Hermione's shoulders and looked her over carefully, front and back, his eyes full of worry.

"Hephis, I'm fine." Hermione blushed immediately and hugged Hephis tightly.

"Then why did it take you so long to come out?" Hephis asked puzzledly.

"I was so scared that I couldn't move. I was able to move just now." Hermione leaned close to Hephes' ear and explained in a low voice.

At the same time, Theodore looked at the troll lying on the ground with excitement.

At this time, Harry and Ron finally ran over.

"Why are you all here?" Hermione asked in confusion.

"They told me that you might be here, so I came to find you," Hephis explained.

Although these two guys were useless just now, it was enough to inform Hefeth that Hermione was here.

Hephes remembered this favor.

This is Hephaestus, who doesn't know the real cause of the incident.

Otherwise, Hephis would have beaten Ron into a pig's head. He's still thanking me? Thank you for nothing!

Just then, loud footsteps were heard.

Professor McGonagall rushed over first, followed by Snape. As for Quirrell, he collapsed next to the troll.

Hermione quickly let go of Hephis and looked at Professor McGonagall nervously.

Snape first glanced at Hephesus, then went to check on the troll.

Professor McGonagall stared at the five people without saying a word.

Her lips were pale and her facial muscles were still twitching, frightening the few people so much that they didn't even dare to breathe.

"What the hell are you doing?" Professor McGonagall asked coldly, her tone revealing anger. "You are lucky that you were not killed by it. Why didn't you stay in the dormitory?"

Just as Hermione was about to speak, Hephis took a step forward and stood in front of Hermione.

"Professor, I was curious about the troll's true appearance, so I wanted to come and take a look, but I didn't expect to be discovered by the troll." Hephes said with a look of regret.

"As for them, they discovered my whereabouts and were worried, so they followed me."

"Professor..." Theodore pulled Hermione directly and signaled her with his eyes not to speak.

The corner of Snape's mouth twitched slightly, and he looked at Hephes with complicated eyes.

If he had had the courage to stand in front of Lily, maybe he wouldn't have...

Theodore looked at Hephes with admiration.

Harry and Ron's eyes widened.

Hermione had a guilty look on her face, but she felt very sweet in her heart.
