Hogwarts in the shadows

Chapter 121: The hatred of parents is irreconcilable

Hermione stood in the middle, torn.

Hephis took the train to accompany her, so she naturally couldn't just leave Hephis aside.

But Harry's expression at this moment was almost as if something big was going to happen.

Of course Hephis saw it too, "Hermione, just call me when you're done talking."

Harry took a deep breath and finally made a decision, "Hephis, it's not really a secret. Can you come with us?"

Hermione breathed a sigh of relief and quickly took Hephis's hand, "Yes, Hephis, come with us! Let's find an empty carriage."

Hephis looked at Hermione lovingly and followed behind her.

He also gave Harry a look that said "you better know your place".

Although he talks about being magnanimous, who is he? Hephaest.

This must be recorded in a small notebook.

With Hephis here, there is no need to look for each carriage one by one.

He directly released his magical perception and found that only the last carriage was empty and could accommodate four people.

By the window of the carriage, a man in a tattered wizard robe was sleeping.

His face looked a little haggard, and there were a few strands of white hair in his light brown hair.

Hephaestus leads the way,

He led Hermione to sit opposite the man.

Harry and Ron could only sit on the other side, trying to keep their distance so as not to disturb the strange man's sleep.

Ron whispered, "Who do you think he is?"

Hermione replied softly, "Professor R.J. Lupin."

"How did you know?" Ron asked curiously.

Hermione pointed to the luggage rack above the man's head, where a shabby little box was placed.

It was tied with lots of rope and neatly tied with knots. "It's written on his box."

Ron followed Hermione's instructions and saw it in the corner of the box.

The words "Professor RJ Lupin" were already peeling off.

"I wonder what he teaches?" Ron tried hard to use his brain full of splendor.

Hermione curled her lips. "Defense Against the Dark Arts, what else could it be?"

Hephis narrowed his eyes slightly. RJ Lupin, or Remus Lupin, was one of the four robbers.

Anyway, in Snape's memory, none of the four people were good people.

Hephis was too lazy to argue and decided to ask Snape at school before making a decision.

But Dumbledore was also bold enough.

Not only are werewolves allowed to go to school, they are even allowed to be professors at Hogwarts.

If the students knew this, I'm afraid Hogwarts would really explode.

At this point Harry also began to speak out, without any intention of hiding anything from Hephis.

He told them all about the Weasleys' argument, and the warning Mr. Weasley had given him.

Ron was struck by lightning after hearing this.

Hermione's face was filled with horror. "Sirius Black escaped to hunt you down, Harry. You must be extra careful."

Harry responded somewhat angrily: "I'm going back to Hogwarts, how can I be so careful?"

Ron's voice trembled a little: "Why would they think that you would take the initiative to find the madman who wants to kill you?"

Harry sighed and shook his head helplessly: "I want to know too."

Hermione suddenly turned her head and looked at Hephis: "Hephis, do you know the reason?"

"Uh..." Hephis didn't expect Hermione to ask him this question, and he was a little embarrassed to answer it.

After he learned that Blake had escaped yesterday, he contacted Lucius.

Lucius asked Dobby to bring all the sorted information overnight.

So he knew the reason.

He hesitated for a moment, then spoke slowly: "Actually, I think it's better for Harry not to know now."

Harry was a little indignant: "Why?"

Hephis looked at Harry calmly, without a trace of emotion in his eyes.

"I can tell you, but are you sure you can bear the consequences of knowing the reason?"

"I..." Harry felt uneasy when Hephis looked at him, but he still gritted his teeth and said, "I want to know."

"As expected of you!"

Just as Hephis was about to continue, Lupin suddenly moved.

Whether he did it intentionally or unintentionally, he moved his upper body away from the window and leaned towards Harry.

The atmosphere in the carriage suddenly became tense, and Harry and Ron looked at Lupin in horror.

They seemed to be saying, "Don't come over here!"

Seeing this, Hephis naturally understood what Lupin meant.

He always listened to others' advice and had a full meal, "Blake is the murderer of your parents."

When these words were spoken, everyone in the carriage was shocked.

Lupin's body trembled slightly, he turned sideways, and leaned back against the window.

"Hephis, you... weren't my parents killed by Voldemort?"

Harry looked at Hephis in disbelief, his eyes full of confusion and anger.

Hephis thought for a moment, "To be precise, he is an indirect murderer. But you can also say he is a direct murderer."

Hermione pulled Herphis' arm and said, "The Ministry of Magic has been searching for Black. I believe they will catch him soon."

Harry gritted his teeth, "I want to know, what happened?"

Hephis looked at Hermione and shrugged.

"Hermione, please!" Harry looked at Hermione pleadingly, "I just want to know the cause of my parents' death."

Hermione sighed and tilted her head, "Tell Harry!"

Hefeth began to explain: "In fact, many people know that your father and Blake have been very good friends since their school days. The two are more like a pair of brothers."

"Blake should have been your... uh... best man at your father's wedding."

"The mysterious man was hunting your parents for some reason."

"Your parents chose to go into hiding and cast the Fidelius Charm on the house. Black is the Secret Keeper."

"What kind of curse is this? What's the use of this thing?" Harry asked puzzledly.

"The Fidelius Spell. Simply put, as long as the secret-keeper doesn't reveal the secret, no one can find your parents' hiding place." Hephis explained.

Harry's eyes were filled with anger: "Black told Voldemort, right?"

Hephis nodded: "Yes, Black betrayed your father."

Harry clenched his fists and roared, "How dare he...how dare he!"

Hefeth felt that he had almost reached the point, so he decided to continue being a human being.

"It's useless for you to be angry now. After all, the Ministry of Magic can't find anyone now, so you are even less likely to find anyone."

"But..." Harry still wanted to say something, but he didn't know what to say for a moment.

"Harry, promise me you won't chase Black, okay?" Hermione looked at Harry worriedly.
