Rocot: Reborn

Starscream stood there, not knowing how to respond for a moment. Roccod, this man who was like a beast in the dark night, showed such a fragile expression at this moment, which made her feel extremely strange, but inexplicably... distressed.

"Lockold, you..." Starscream's voice was a little trembling, "Are you okay?"

Rocot did not answer, but stared at her intently, as if he wanted to carve her figure into the depths of his soul. In those scarlet eyes, there was no longer the coldness and calculation of the past, but a complex emotion that Red Spider had never seen before, like fear and pleading.

"What's wrong with you?" Starscream's heart seemed to be tightly grasped by an invisible hand, making her a little breathless.

"Speak!" Starscream suddenly became agitated. She grabbed Roccod's shoulders and shook him vigorously. "Speak! Why do you want me to stay? What do you think of me?!"

Rocot's body swayed with Starscream's movements, but he never resisted or spoke.

"Say something!" Starscream couldn't hold back his tears any longer, "What do you think of me? What do you think of me as? A plaything? You can summon me and dismiss me at will. You let me stay when you're happy, and kick me away when you're unhappy, right?!"

"No..." Roccod finally spoke, his voice low and hoarse, "It's not like that..."

"Then tell me, why?" Starscream's emotions gradually calmed down, but his tears still couldn't stop flowing, "Why on earth did you want me to stay?"

Starscream and Roccod turned to look at the door at the same time, only to see a burly man with a face full of flesh standing there with a panicked look on his face.

"What's the matter?" Rocot's voice returned to its usual coldness, as if the fragility and helplessness just now were just an illusion.

"The Black Dragon Gang is attacking us!"

"The Black Dragon Gang?" Starscream shook off Rocot and walked up to the sturdy man, with a hint of sarcasm in his tone, "You dare to come and die with just that bunch of rabble?"

"Tough guy?" Starscream sneered, "Is there anyone in this world more tough than our boss?" As she spoke, she glanced back at Rocot, only to find that he was looking down at his hands, as if he had not heard their conversation at all.

"Boss, I'm afraid this time..." The strong man wanted to say something, but was interrupted by Rocot who suddenly raised his head.

"Tell me, what's going on." Roccod's voice was like the cold wind blowing out of an ice cellar, making people shudder.

The sturdy man shuddered unconsciously and said quickly: "The Black Dragon Gang got a monster from somewhere. It is invulnerable to swords and guns and has infinite strength. We brothers can't stop it at all. Now it is almost at the door of the laboratory!"

"Monster?" Starscream became interested. She walked to Roccod's side and said in a playful tone, "It seems that our boss gave a very generous gift."

Rocot ignored Starscream's teasing. He slowly stood up, a glimmer of excitement flashing in his scarlet eyes. "Interesting, I want to see what kind of monster dares to challenge my authority."

"Boss, what should we do now?" the sturdy man asked anxiously.

"Gather all the people," Rocot's lips curled up with a bloodthirsty arc, "I want to let these people who don't know how to live or die know what true fear is!"

Outside the laboratory, the sound of gunfire and shouts of killing were deafening. Hundreds of Black Dragon Gang members surrounded the laboratory and attacked it frantically. However, those guarding outside the laboratory were the cyborg warriors carefully trained by Lokod. They were fearless and brave, and even though they were seriously injured, they still guarded their positions tightly.

"Boss, the monster is coming!" A cyborg warrior covered in blood stumbled into the laboratory with a terrified tone.

Rokod sneered and grabbed the alloy sword beside him, his scarlet eyes burning with the flames of war. "Are you finally here? Let me see how tough you are!"

As soon as he finished speaking, the door of the laboratory collapsed and a tall figure appeared at the door.

He was a giant who was over two meters tall and covered with muscles. His skin was a strange dark green, and he wore a hideous metal mask on his face. He held a huge mace in his hand. With every step he took, the ground seemed to tremble.

"Is this the monster you were talking about?" Starscream looked at the giant in front of him. There was no fear in his eyes, but excitement instead. "It doesn't look that great."

"Boss, this monster seems... seems..." The sturdy man pointed at the giant, stammering and unable to speak.

"Like what?" Starscream asked impatiently.

"It seems...it seems..." The sturdy man took a deep breath and shouted with all his strength, "It seems...it's the experimental subject who escaped from the Future Biological Laboratory - Rampage!"

"What?!" Starscream's face changed drastically, and he exclaimed, "You mean, that... that legendary being that has the power to destroy everything..."
