Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin
Chapter 49 Dudley: CJ? When did you come? Yes, I love you too (sure)
When there are too many people, the departure journey becomes particularly slow.
First George forgot his Filibuster fireworks at home; five minutes later, the car stopped in the yard so that Fred could go back to get his broom; when they were about to get on the highway, Ginny screamed that she wanted to go back to get her diary, and by the time they finally got everything, everyone was very angry.
I wanted to get along with you as an ordinary car, but what I got in return was a series of returns.
No more pretending, let me be frank, I drive a flying car!
Dudley had reason to believe that this was what Mr. Weasley was thinking, and he pressed a small button, and the car immediately took off into the air and flew high into the clouds - Dudley and Harry could even see an airplane not far away, "slowly" flying above the clouds.
Fortunately, the car had an invisible function. Of course, it was not that crappy weird function that only the car itself could be invisible. At a quarter to eleven, they finally arrived at King's Cross Station.
Dudley narrowed his eyes. He knew without a doubt that little Dobby must have cast a spell on the wall. Anyone who was with Harry would be hit hard by the wall and would not be able to pass through and catch the train.
"It would have been great if Lucius had been beaten to death that day."
Mumbling vaguely, Dudley saw the Weasleys, except Ron, successfully pass through the wall.
"Cousin, let's go first, you should follow quickly."
Harry called out and pushed the luggage cart vigorously - this was much more confident than when he used the Floo powder.
Dudley closed his eyes.
There was a loud bang, followed by the sound of luggage falling to the ground. Harry and Ron fell to the ground in a mess, covering the big bumps on their heads. Hedwig was also screaming at the top of her lungs in the cage.
“Why can’t we get through?”
"Oh my god, the passage is sealed! But... there's still more than a minute left?"
The two of them were talking, totally unaware that Dudley, who was standing nearby, didn't even pretend to try, but just stood there with his hands folded.
"Never mind, try again!"
Harry carefully positioned the car against the wall and gave it a push.
No response.
Seeing that the conductor's eyes had become strange, Dudley quickly picked up the luggage on the ground, picked up Hedwig in his hands, and dragged the two confused teenagers away quickly.
"Car, yes, we can drive there!"
"All we have to do is catch up with that damn train!"
Ron suddenly had an idea and thought of his magical car.
Dudley touched the back of his head regretfully. Just now he seemed to see a fat black figure appearing above Ron, and he seemed to be holding a cigar?
"Well, from London to San Andreas."
Shrugging, Dudley was the first to agree with Ron's opinion.
Anyway, with him around, these two people won't have to be put in solitary confinement again, right?
He did what he said, at least in terms of social practice. The current savior was still a nerd, and there was still a gap between him and Ron, who knew a little bit about everything. The engine was running with a rumbling sound - although no one knew why the car had to be powered by an engine after being processed by magic, but soon, the turquoise car disappeared and flew into the air.
The car rose higher and higher, and in a few seconds the whole city of London appeared beneath them.
"Ok?"
Harry was stunned. The car door that was invisible just now suddenly became clearly visible. Then, the whole car appeared in mid-air.
"This thing must be broken."
Ron was obviously proficient in Soviet repair methods. He first patted it hard, then pressed the button. The car squeaked for a while, but at least it disappeared.
After a moment, the car flashed back into view.
"Damn it, sit tight, let's fly up there!"
Ron called out and stepped on the accelerator. The car let out a sharp roar and rushed into the clouds, just as they came.
Dudley simply closed his eyes and dozed off.
Of course, they didn't catch up with the train in time. When the poor car was almost stalled and swaying in the air, Dudley finally woke up.
"What happened? Where's the train?"
Rubbing his eyes vigorously, Dudley felt that the view in front of him became extremely dark. This was no wonder, after all, Harry and Ron could already see the castle and towers of Hogwarts, and the train was right below them, which meant that their speed was actually about the same as the Hogwarts Express.
And in their first year of school, when they arrived at Hogwarts by bus, wasn't it also dark?
"We couldn't catch up... I couldn't control it!"
Ron tried desperately to turn the steering wheel, but unfortunately, the car had reached its limit and could only draw a bizarre large arc in the air, which seemed even more thrilling than the maneuvers during Quidditch training.
Ron was desperate and tried every possible means. In desperation, he even took out his wand, took his hands off the steering wheel, and quickly whipped the dashboard. The exhausted car could only fly past the Herbology classroom and the vegetable garden, and flew above the dark lawn in the evening, and was still falling.
"Watch out for that tree!"
Harry rushed over and grabbed the steering wheel.
too late.
There was a loud bang so piercing that it made his teeth ache. Dudley felt dizzy and his head almost hit the car frame. Fortunately, he reacted quickly and held the back of the front seat with his knees, so he was not thrown out. But Harry and Ron hit the windshield one after another, and they got big bumps on their heads.
Of course, the worst sufferer is the hardworking Feitian Car.
If it could talk, it would have surely shed tears of blood from its headlights.
Why is this happening?
It was the first time that I was driven so far by a child, and the first time that I came to Hogwarts in this way. Two happy things overlapping together should have made me even happier, but why did it turn out like this?
Steam billowed out from under the deformed hood, the iron sheet was wrinkled, and the glass was cracked here and there. It was only a punch or two away from being completely shattered.
"Are you guys okay?"
Harry quickly asked the two of them.
"Wand...my wand..."
Ron's voice was trembling, and he almost cried. The magical wand could release countless spells, but unfortunately, it could not withstand such a strong physical impact - it almost broke into two pieces, with only a few thin wooden threads connecting the middle, and the upper half was drooping.
"We'll fix it for you when we get to school..."
Before Harry could finish his words, the car's body shook violently, and an extremely thick and flexible branch lashed against the car door and windshield like a living thing.
"The Whomping Willow!"
Ron gasped.
One of the most unreasonable magical animals in Hogwarts was now lashing at the poor car like an enemy.
