Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin
Chapter 320 Don’t Act Blindly
"Stop!" Harry shouted, waving his wand and releasing a powerful attack spell.
The black-robed wizards turned around in astonishment and saw Harry and Hermione. They quickly fought back, but Harry and Hermione were ready, and they shot powerful spells at the enemy, and the battle broke out instantly.
Harry felt the power surging in his body, he concentrated his energy and released a powerful spell, repelling the black-robed wizards one by one. Hermione used her wisdom and magical skills to engage in a fierce duel with the enemy.
Finally, they succeeded in stopping the ritual and defeating the black-robed wizard. The light on the altar gradually faded, and the room returned to peace. Harry and Hermione gasped, feeling the inner strength become more stable and powerful.
"We did it, Harry," Hermione said with a smile, her eyes twinkling with delight.
"Yeah, but this is just the beginning," Harry replied, his eyes full of determination, "We still have a lot to do."
They left the ceremony room and reunited with Ron and the professors. Although they were tired, everyone had a smile of victory on their faces. They knew that this victory was not just the end of a battle, but also an important step to protect Hogwarts and all students.
Late at night, Harry, Hermione and Ron returned to Gryffindor Tower and sat by the fire with mixed feelings. Although they successfully stopped the ritual of the Dark Magic Organization, Seamus's death and the threat of the black-robed wizards still lingered in their hearts. Harry quietly looked at the dancing flames, and a surge of anger and helplessness surged in his heart.
"This shouldn't have happened in Hogwarts," Harry whispered, with a hint of fatigue and anger in his voice. "The headmaster should take part of the responsibility."
Hermione and Ron looked at each other, and it was obvious that they felt the same way. Hermione sighed and said, "I know how you feel, Harry. We all believed that Hogwarts was the safest place, but now it seems that the enemy has found a way to infiltrate."
"I just think that Dumbledore's portrait should have told us these things earlier," Harry continued. "Maybe he knew a lot more than we thought."
"Are you saying that the headmaster may be hiding some information?" Ron asked with a frown, a hint of doubt in his eyes.
"He's not hiding it, but he may have his reasons," Hermione explained. "Dumbledore has always been a far-sighted person, but this incident does make people suspicious."
Harry took a deep breath and tried to calm himself down. He knew that just complaining and questioning would not solve the problem. They needed more information and support. The next morning, Harry decided to go to the headmaster's office again and talk to Dumbledore's portrait.
"Harry, we support you," Hermione said firmly, shaking his hand. "Whatever happens, we will face it together."
"Thank you," Harry said gratefully, "I know we can't face these problems alone. We need to find more answers."
They walked into the headmaster's office, and Dumbledore's portrait was still hanging quietly on the wall, looking at them kindly. Harry took a deep breath, walked forward, and looked directly at Dumbledore in the portrait.
"Professor, I have some questions for you to answer," Harry began, his voice firm and a hint of anger.
"Harry, I know you have a lot of questions," Dumbledore's portrait said with a smile, his eyes sparkling with wisdom, "Please sit down and speak slowly."
Harry sat down and told Dumbledore's portrait about Seamus's death, the infiltration of the black-robed wizards, and their battle in the Forbidden Forest Castle. There was dissatisfaction and doubt in his voice, and he was obviously puzzled by the headmaster's decision.
"Professor, this shouldn't be happening at Hogwarts," Harry said finally. "You must know something that we don't, right?"
Dumbledore's portrait was silent for a moment, then nodded. "Harry, you are right, I do know some things, but not all the answers can be told to you immediately. Some things need you to discover and solve them yourself."
"But why?" Harry asked, confusion flashing in his eyes, "Why didn't you tell us earlier so that we could be prepared?"
"Because some answers take time to reveal," Dumbledore's portrait said gently, "I believe in your wisdom and courage, but sometimes you need to grow and learn through your own experiences."
Harry felt his anger gradually subside, but he was still somewhat puzzled. He knew that Dumbledore was always a thoughtful person, but this concealment made him feel powerless and confused.
"So, what do we do next?" Hermione asked, trying to find a clear direction.
"You have done very well," said Dumbledore's portrait with a smile, "but this is just the beginning. The threat from the Dark Magic Organization still exists. You need to continue investigating and find more clues. I will always be here to help you."
Harry nodded. Although he still had some doubts, he knew they had to move on. After leaving the headmaster's office, Harry felt a little relieved. He knew that the next task was still difficult, but they had the support of the professors, which comforted him a little.
A few days later, Hogwarts fell into peace again, but Harry, Hermione and Ron did not relax their vigilance. They continued to investigate the movements of the black magic organization, hoping to find more clues.
One night, Harry was looking through ancient books in the library, trying to find more information about the Dark Magic Organization. Suddenly, Neville hurried over with an anxious look on his face.
"Harry, we've got a problem," Neville gasped, "a student's missing!"
Harry's heart tightened, and he immediately put down his book and followed Neville to the scene. The missing student was Alice from Hufflepuff, and her friends were looking for her everywhere, but there was no clue.
"This must be the work of a dark magic organization," Hermione said, with a flash of anger in her eyes, "We have to find her as soon as possible."
"We need more clues," Ron said, frowning. "We can't act blindly."
Harry nodded in agreement, and they decided to start their investigation from Alice's dormitory. Hermione used her magic skills to find several hidden traces of magic, which were obviously cast under some kind of spell.
"It's a teleportation spell," Hermione analyzed, "probably taking her to some secret place."
"We could trace the spell back to its source," Harry suggested, "and maybe find Alice."
