Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin
Chapter 316 Answering in unison
Hermione reacted quickly, took out her wand, and cast a calming spell to try to help Harry control the power. However, the spell seemed to have no effect, and Harry's body began to emit a faint light, and the power became stronger and stronger.
"Harry, concentrate!" Hermione shouted. "You can control it!"
Harry closed his eyes and tried to calm himself. He took a deep breath, feeling the surge of magic in his body, trying to guide it to a safe place. Slowly, the power began to subside and the light slowly faded.
Harry gasped for air, feeling as though his body had been hollowed out, but he knew he had to hold on. "I'm sorry for worrying you," he whispered.
"It's okay, Harry," Hermione soothed, "we'll find a way."
They continued to search for information in the restricted area, and finally found clues about the power in Harry's body in an ancient magic book. The book mentioned an ancient magic called "soul power", which comes from the soul of the wizard and only a few people can possess it. But if it cannot be controlled, it will bring devastating consequences.
"It seems that Harry's power is this 'soul power'," Hermione muttered to herself as she flipped through the pages of the book, "We need to find a way to help him control this power."
"What does the book say?" Ron asked, looking a little anxious.
"It mentions an ancient ritual that can help wizards control the power of their souls," Hermione replied, "but this ritual needs to be performed in a specific place and must be performed by three wizards together."
"Let's go there," Harry said decisively, "No matter how dangerous it is, we have to try it."
Hermione nodded and continued flipping through the book until she found a description of a specific location. It was a place called the "Fountain of Souls", located deep in the Forbidden Forest near Hogwarts, which was once a sacred place for ancient wizards to perform rituals.
"We'll go now," Harry stood up, a determined gleam in his eyes.
Hermione and Ron set out immediately with Harry without any hesitation. They knew that this journey was full of dangers, but they had to face it together.
In the Forbidden Forest, the night was deep, the shadows of the trees were swaying, and the surroundings were full of mystery. Harry was nervous and full of hope, because he knew that this ceremony would determine whether he could control the power in his body.
They walked along the path in the forest and finally found the soul spring in a hidden place. The spring water was crystal clear, emitting a soft light, and a mysterious energy filled the air.
"Right here," Hermione whispered, "We must perform the ritual as described in the book."
They gathered around the Fountain of Souls and began to perform the ritual according to the instructions in the book. Harry stood in the middle of the fountain, Hermione and Ron stood on either side of him, raised their wands, and began to chant the ancient spell.
As the spell was chanted, the surface of the Soul Fountain began to ripple, and a soft light gradually rose up, surrounding Harry's body. He felt the power in his body gradually calming down, as if being absorbed and guided by this light.
"Focus, Harry," Hermione whispered. "You must channel this power, control it."
Harry closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and felt the magic power in his body gradually gathering, as if he was surrounded by a warm force. An unprecedented sense of peace and strength surged in his heart, and he knew that he had finally mastered this soul power.
After the ceremony, Harry felt his body full of strength, but this time it was different from the past, the strength became gentle and stable. He opened his eyes and saw Hermione and Ron smiling at him, their eyes full of joy and pride.
"We did it, Harry," Hermione said, a hint of excitement in her voice.
"Yeah, now we can face everything," Ron added, a determined gleam in his eye.
After returning to Hogwarts from the Fountain of Souls, Harry, Hermione and Ron decided to be fully prepared for the upcoming battle. Harry realized that they not only needed strength, but also proper protective equipment to deal with the threat of the Dark Magic Organization.
During a discussion after dinner, Harry proposed this idea: "We need a set of protective equipment, especially when facing those powerful dark magics, we can't just rely on wands and spells."
Hermione nodded in agreement. "I heard that Borgin and Burkes in Diagon Alley has some very powerful protective equipment. Maybe we can go there and take a look."
"We have to be careful, though," Ron interrupted, "It's not a friendly place, and we can't attract too much attention."
"I agree," Harry said, "We have to be careful and not let anyone know of our plans."
The next morning, they set out for Diagon Alley. Along the way, Harry felt a little excited and a little nervous. He knew that this action might encounter many unknown dangers, but they had no choice.
Walking into Diagon Alley, Harry felt a strong magical atmosphere. There were all kinds of magic shops on both sides of the street, and each shop was full of strange magical items. They walked quickly through the crowd and came to Borgin and Burkes. The appearance of this store was dark and revealed a mysterious atmosphere.
"Are you ready?" Harry whispered.
"Always ready," Hermione and Ron replied in unison.
They pushed open the door and walked into the store. Borgin and Burkes's store was dimly lit, and was filled with all kinds of ancient and strange magic items. When the owner Borgin saw them come in, he showed a strange smile.
"Welcome, what can I do for you?" Borgin asked grimly, his eyes moving over them.
"We're going to need some strong protective gear," Harry said flatly, "especially something to protect against the Dark Arts."
Borgin narrowed his eyes, looking somewhat interested. "It's not easy, but I do have some special protective equipment. Follow me."
He led them to the back of the shop and opened a hidden door. Behind the door was a secret room filled with various protective equipment, including magic armor, amulets, shields, etc. Each piece of equipment exuded a powerful magical aura.
"These equipments are unique and naturally expensive," said Borgin, with a greedy gleam in his eyes.
Harry didn't care about the price, he knew the importance of these equipment. He looked at each piece of equipment carefully, trying to pick out the most suitable one for them.
