Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin
Chapter 143 We Must Be Careful
This legendary white ghost was indeed extraordinary; its speed and strength were far beyond their imagination.
"We have to be careful," Professor Darafu warned. "This white ghost doesn't look friendly."
Harry nodded and tightened his grip on his wand, ready to deal with any possible danger at any time.
The white ghost suddenly stopped, its eyes flashing with a strange and mysterious light. It looked around, as if looking for something.
"What are we going to do?" Harry asked in a low voice.
"We can only try to avoid it," said Professor Darafu. "We can't risk engaging it in battle."
Harry and Professor Daraford carefully circumvented the White Walker, trying not to alarm it, and they moved silently through the woods towards the Wall.
However, just as they were about to leave, the white ghost suddenly turned around and stared at them with sharp eyes.
"Go!" Professor Darafu shouted.
Harry and Professor Daraford ran forward quickly, with the White Ghost chasing them closely. The trees in the woods flashed quickly behind them, and the cold wind whistled in their ears.
After escaping from the White Walkers, Harry Potter and Professor Darafu finally arrived at the foot of the Wall. The Great Wall towers into the sky, standing in a majestic mountain range, with countless stone walls stretching towards the sky. Every stone of the Great Wall is immersed in the vicissitudes of history, exuding an ancient and mysterious atmosphere.
"This is the Wall of Despair," Harry stared at the Wall, his heart filled with awe and curiosity.
"Yes," Professor Darafu nodded. "Legend has it that this great wall was once the guardian of this land. It has witnessed countless wars and legends."
Harry and Professor Darafu walked slowly along the edge of the Great Wall, their footsteps echoing in the silent valley. The stone surface of the Great Wall had been polished very smooth by years of wind, frost, rain and snow, as if recording ancient stories and legends.
Suddenly, a sound came from the other side of the Great Wall. It sounded like the sound of the wind, but with a strange melody. Harry and Professor Daraford exchanged surprised looks. They knew that the sound was definitely not natural.
"We must be careful," Professor Daraford whispered, his hand already clenched around his wand.
Harry followed closely behind, his eyes looking around, vigilantly observing the movements around him. Suddenly, a white figure jumped out from the wall of the Great Wall, its figure was illusory and swift, moving as fast as a gust of wind.
"White ghost!" muttered Harry.
The white ghost looked around, its eyes flashing a sinister light, as if looking for something. Professor Darafu took a deep breath and prepared to deal with possible danger.
"What are we going to do?" Harry asked in a low voice.
"We can't let it find us," said Professor Darafu. "We must hide from it and find the entrance to the interior of the Great Wall."
Harry nodded, his heart filled with nervousness and excitement. He knew that the challenge they were about to face would be unprecedentedly difficult, but he also believed that as long as they united and moved forward courageously, they would be able to overcome all difficulties.
The white ghost suddenly stopped, staring at the wall of the Great Wall, as if thinking about something. Professor Darafu seized this opportunity and carefully guided Harry towards the entrance of the Great Wall, trying to avoid the sight of the white ghost.
They walked lightly and silently towards the entrance of the Great Wall. When they finally arrived at the entrance, a huge portal appeared in front of them, with complex and ancient runes carved on its surface.
"Here we are," Professor Darlaford said softly.
Harry and Professor Daraford entered the interior of the Wall of Despair, and a mysterious and ancient scene appeared before their eyes. The stone steps inside the Wall were crisscrossed, winding up along the contours of the mountains. In the distance, the sky covered with haze could be vaguely seen, and the air here was filled with an ancient and gloomy atmosphere.
"This is a chilly place," Harry muttered, his eyes darting around his surroundings.
"Yes," Professor Darafu nodded, "The interior of the Wall is full of unknown dangers. We must proceed with caution."
They moved forward quietly, taking every step carefully on the stone steps of the Great Wall, fearing to alert any danger hidden in the darkness. Their ears were closely attached to the movements around them, ready to respond to possible threats at any time.
Suddenly, a gust of cold wind blew, bringing with it a strange smell, as if the breath of death was spreading all around. Harry's heart tightened involuntarily, he knew that there were indeed some terrible beings hiding here.
"We have to pay attention to everything around us," Professor Darraford warned, his eyes fixed on the darkness ahead.
Harry followed closely behind, his hand already clenched with his wand, ready to cast magic to deal with possible dangers. They walked through the interior of the Great Wall, occasionally encountering some ancient and old sculptures and stone tablets, as if telling the long history and legends of this place.
Suddenly, a sharp scream came from the front, and Harry and Professor Daraford immediately became alert. They approached the direction of the sound and found that a huge stone gate was crowded with people, and people's faces were full of fear and despair.
"What happened?" Harry asked, his voice filled with anxiety.
A frightened villager turned his head, his face pale and trembling, and said: "Someone was attacked by the white ghosts, and now they have lost their lives."
Harry and Professor Daraford's hearts sank to the bottom, they knew that this place was indeed full of unpredictable dangers. They decided to go to the place where the stone door was and find out what happened.
When they approached the stone door, a cold breath hit them, making them shiver. They slowly pushed the stone door open, revealing the scene inside.
A devastated scene came into view, with bloodstains scattered on the ground and debris scattered everywhere. The figure of the white ghost flashed in the darkness, its eyes flashing with hungry and cold light, as if waiting for the next prey.
"We must be careful," Professor Darlaford whispered, his eyes fixed on the movements of the white ghosts.
Harry nodded, his heart filled with endless fear and tension. They knew that once they were discovered by the white ghosts, the consequences would be disastrous. But they also knew that they had to face this challenge before they could find a way to leave here.
In the darkness of the Wall, Harry and Professor Darafu continued to move forward, their hearts were heavy, but their determination remained firm. They kept looking for clues inside the Wall, hoping to find a way to leave this desperate place.
