Hogwarts: The Savior's Strong Cousin
Chapter 120 The light of the torches illuminates the tragic scene
The battle was extremely fierce, with heart-wrenching screams and the sound of weapons clashing coming from the woods. Marco kept retreating, looking for a chance to escape, but the white ghosts seemed endless, chasing and blocking him, making him almost desperate.
However, at the critical moment, a familiar light appeared in the distance. The Night Watchmen came with torches and spears, and drove away the White Walkers.
"Hurry up, Marco!" a Night Watchman shouted, and they worked together to escort Marco out of the vortex of battle.
Marco felt that he had been saved, and he followed his companions closely, rushing through the dark woods. Under the protection of the night watchmen, he finally escaped from the encirclement of the White Walkers.
When they returned to the castle of the Wall, Marco was almost exhausted. He lay on the bed in the infirmary, his whole body filled with fatigue and pain.
"Thank you. Without your help, I might have become the next victim of the White Walkers." Marco said to the Night Watchmen gratefully.
"You're welcome. We are all night watchmen. It's our duty to look after each other." The leading night watchman smiled, his tone firm and warm.
A few days later, Marco's injuries gradually recovered. He continued to stay in the castle and listened to the legends and history of the white ghosts told by the night watchmen. They told him that nine out of ten people who saw the white ghosts would lose their lives because the fear and death brought by these monsters were irresistible.
However, Marco's curiosity grew stronger. Despite being seriously injured, his desire to explore this mysterious land became stronger. He knew that only by understanding everything about this land could he uncover the truth behind the white ghosts.
Finally, when his injuries were fully recovered, Malco decided to leave the Wall and return to Winterfell. He brought with him all the memories and questions about the White Walkers, and his heart was full of determination to study and explore.
Before leaving, he said goodbye to the night watchmen and expressed his gratitude and respect for them. They bid him farewell silently, hoping that he could reach his destination safely.
Outside the Wall, the shadow of the White Walkers shrouds this desolate land. The city lord, Harry Potter, a young and brave leader, heard all kinds of legends about the White Walkers and decided to go deep into the woods to find the truth.
Harry Potter, wearing armor and holding a huge sword, embarked on this dangerous journey with several loyal soldiers. They crossed forests and trekked mountains, determined to uncover the mystery of this mysterious land.
When they reached the depths of the woods, a low howl came from afar, like the call of the underworld. Harry Potter looked around alertly, his eyes sharp and firm.
"Be careful, we have entered the territory of the White Ghosts." He said to the soldiers around him, his voice steady and powerful.
The soldiers followed closely behind him, their expressions solemn. These well-trained warriors were inspired by Harry Potter's courage and determination, and were willing to follow him, no matter how great the danger ahead.
Suddenly, a group of pale figures emerged from the darkness, their distorted faces were chilling. The white ghosts howled eerily and rushed towards Harry Potter and the soldiers.
"Keep the formation and don't retreat!" Harry Potter waved his giant sword and rushed towards the white walker in the front.
The soldiers followed closely behind, working in perfect harmony and in unison to fight these demonic monsters. Swords flashed, torches swayed, and a life-and-death struggle unfolded in the dark woods.
Harry Potter's swordsmanship was skillful and fierce. He kept moving forward and repelling every white ghost. The soldiers also fought hard. Despite facing terror and the unknown, their faith remained unwavering.
However, the battle was not smooth sailing. While fighting the white ghost, a soldier was entangled by a monster and almost lost his balance.
"Harry, come and save me!" the soldier shouted for help with all his might.
Harry Potter immediately turned around and prepared to rescue them, but at this moment, an arrow suddenly shot at them from nowhere and arrested them.
A group of armored soldiers rushed out and surrounded Harry Potter and the soldiers. Their leader, a tall and majestic general, walked up to Harry Potter.
"Lord Harry Potter, you entered the restricted area without permission and killed my soldiers. This is a serious challenge to military discipline." The general said coldly, with vigilance and hostility flashing in his eyes.
Harry Potter remained silent in the face of the general's accusations. He knew that this was an inevitable confrontation, and his mission was to solve the mystery of the white walkers, no matter what the cost.
"General, we are not here to cause trouble, but to investigate the truth about the white ghosts." Harry Potter said in a deep voice, "Please let us go, we have no hostility."
Outside the Wall, the mission of the Night People is to guard this desolate land and protect people from the threat of the White Walkers. They are not afraid of hardships and patrol day and night to defend this area shrouded in darkness.
On a dilapidated watchtower, Ian the Nightman stood in the cold wind, gazing at the woods in the distance. His face was covered with traces of time, but his eyes flashed with determination and alertness.
Suddenly, a scream came from the woods, and Ian immediately became alert. He tightly grasped the spear in his hand, his heart full of premonition of the impending danger.
"The white ghosts are coming again!" Ian called out to his companions beside him, and they immediately got ready to fight.
In the woods, a group of pale figures gradually emerged, their distorted faces looking extremely strange under the moonlight. These were the legendary white ghosts, and they were approaching the sentry tower with the breath of death.
Ian and his companions lined up in a tense and orderly manner, ready to fight off the attack of the White Ghosts. They knew that this battle was about their survival and they could not slack off in the slightest.
The white ghosts howled shrilly, as if the messengers from the underworld had descended. Ian's heart trembled, but his expression remained firm. He was an experienced night man and knew how to deal with these devilish monsters.
The battle was about to begin. The white ghosts attacked like a storm, while the night people stood in front of the watchtower like a solid fortress. Spears flickered in the darkness, and the light of torches reflected the tragic scene.
Ian wielded his spear, looking for the white ghosts' weaknesses with sharp eyes. He was agile, and every swing was a fatal blow, trying to wipe out these monsters from hell.
At the same time, his companions were also fighting hard. Some used shields to block the attacks of the white ghosts, while others used spears to fight back against the enemies. They cooperated tacitly, like an indestructible fighting team.
