Hearing Lucci's words, Sanji pulled out a rope from the groceries beside him, and together with Luffy, tied up the marines and hid behind the pile of groceries.

While Sanji and the others were helping to tie up the marines, Lucci quickly changed his clothes. While buttoning his shirt, Lucci said to Luffy and Sanji who were hiding the marines, "Stay here for a while. Don't go out. I'll find two suitable identities for you."
