The corners of his eyes gradually became moist, and just as he was about to get up to go to the bathroom, he heard someone knocking on his door.

After lighting the light and opening the door, he found that the person coming was Xuanzang.

"Master, you come here so late at night, I wonder what you are doing here!"

Xuanzang put on a look of compassion and said helplessly:

"When I saw you looking sad, Elder, I felt really bad too, so... I figured it out!"

Figured it out? What did you figure out?

Before Elder Jin Chi could say anything, Xuanzang said righteously, "The precious cassock is just a thing outside of my body. Since you like it so much, I will reluctantly give it up and sell it to you for 10 taels of gold!"

Elder Jin Chi counted with his 10 wrinkled fingers and said awkwardly, "If we convert the money in the temple into gold, there will be about 1 taels. If we sell the land deeds and other things, we should be able to collect more than taels."
