Naruto: We are invincible

"You're right, he could have defeated her in their first fight, but he didn't. He gave her a chance to show herself. Besides, isn't that the point of the competition? To show strength enough to be promoted to jonin?" Hinata asked back.

"She's right, you know." Shikamaru said, his eyes still closed. Neji didn't respond, but continued to watch the battle in silence.

"Why?" Neji asked.

"This is what makes Naruto-kun special." Hinata said with a smile.

## Arena ##

Lian jumped and ran around the arena, dodging the small fireballs that Naruto kept shooting. She landed on the ground, felt Naruto's chakra surge, and immediately ran away from the spot as fast as she could, dodging the huge fireball he released in time.

"That was a close call," Lian thought, wiping the sweat from her forehead. She took a deep breath and was about to relax when she noticed that Naruto seemed to have stopped and was just staring at her, his eyes turning red.

"That's it!" Lian Xin thought, excitedly, "Why didn't I think of this?"

"Iwagakure Clone Jutsu!" Lian said, spitting out a few pieces of dirt, which fell to the ground and turned into her appearance.

"This should keep him busy for a while. I can take this opportunity to start my plan." Lian thought to herself. She controlled her clone to attack Naruto and distract him so that she could buy time.

Just as Naruto dealt with the last clone, Lian had completed her plan, a small paper ball condensed in her hand. At first glance, the paper ball looked like a smoke bomb, but it was not. Whatever it was, she hoped it would be useful to her opponent.

Lian took the initiative and rushed towards Naruto, intending to fight him head-on.

Naruto smiled as he saw her rushing towards him, taking a defensive stance.

He deflected Lian's fist and backhanded a punch to her chest, but she simply dodged it.

Naruto took advantage of her dodge and slapped her in the face with his backhand.

"Substitution jutsu!" Lian whispered, exchanging positions with the small paper ball and letting it bear the blow.

" Flashbang? Let me see," Naruto thought, seeing the paper ball appear where Ren was.

The moment his fist struck the paper ball, it burst into flames, releasing a blindingly bright light that lit up the entire arena and temporarily blinded Naruto.

"It worked!" Lian almost shouted, seeing Naruto was forced to close his eyes and his body swayed briefly.

Naruto shook his head and covered his forehead with his hands, pulling the forehead protector in front of his eyes.

Lian's plan was very thorough and successfully interfered with the Sharingan. Naruto stood still for only a moment before Lian noticed several red marks appearing on his cheeks and two concentric circles on his forehead.

Lian took a breath and took a step back, feeling his chakra increasing rapidly. She swallowed and felt his aura soaring wildly, so powerful that it was terrifying.

"Focus, Ren." Ren suddenly woke up when Naruto's voice came. "The battle has just begun, let me see your strength." Naruto said, and Ren cheered up again.

## Auditorium ##

"Really?" Hinata thought in disbelief, "Senjutsu? I really want to know what she did to force you to this point." Hinata's curiosity was aroused and she watched the game intently.

## Arena ##

"Don't hesitate," Naruto said as he parried another attack and punched back, "Take the initiative to attack," he emphasized.

Lian squatted on the ground, coughing and breathing heavily.

Naruto let her catch her breath and motioned for her to continue the attack.

Lian stood up with firm determination and rushed towards Naruto again. Her chakra was exhausted, and her physical skills and weapons were her last resort.

The kunai collided with the kunai in Naruto's hand, making a metallic clang. Naruto saw that Lian's breathing began to speed up and her heart rate slowed down.

"She has reached her limit," he thought, and kicked her away. Lian stumbled a few steps, but managed to keep her balance.

Lian felt Naruto appear behind her with the Flying Thunder God Technique and turned back to punch her elbow. Naruto easily caught her arm and pressed the kunai to her throat, marking the end of the match.

"I didn't stand a chance." Lian slid to the ground weakly, gasping for air. Her chakra was exhausted, and she was overwhelmed by fatigue, bruises, and frustration.

"Indeed," Naruto answered frankly, "but you've tried your best, and it's nothing to be ashamed of. Besides, you're a very good sensor, better than me. With more practice, I think you can reach the level of Tobirama Senju, the Second Hokage."

Lian opened her mouth in surprise.

"Really? You really think so?"

No one in her village ever expected much from her. She had no great powers and seemed mediocre in every way except her sentience.

"Thank you," Lian whispered, taking his hand and standing up.

"My name is Rock Lee, and I'm from Konoha!" Rock Lee shouted with fire burning in his eyes, "Yoshi... I'm going to work hard to become as strong and kind as Naruto!"

He shook his fist at the sky, and Tenten shook her head helplessly, amused by his actions.

"What do you think of him?" Hinata asked, raising an eyebrow, "A weapon of Konoha without emotions? Lee is right, I have to tell you, he is a very kind person." She said softly.

"Hmph," Kai snorted, crossing his arms over his chest.
