Kakuzu and Hidan watched as Kaede was devoured by the purple chakra ball, the ground shook, and a strong wind blew across the plain.

A blinding light burst out from the light ball, shooting straight into the sky. Kakuzu's heart was alarmed, and he instinctively stretched out his hand to block the scorching air waves generated by Kaede's transformation.

"Oh no!" he thought to himself.

A deafening roar came from the ball of light, and Kakuzu and Hidan were forced to retreat repeatedly by this powerful force.
