HP Princess bravely enters Hogwarts
Chapter 3: First meeting with the Savior
The golden autumn breeze blew gently, bringing the smell of the new semester at Hogwarts.
Diagon Alley was bustling with people, as wizards walked among the numerous magic shops.
The little wizards were running around, excitedly picking out supplies for the new semester.
Magic books, feather pens, ink bottles, potion materials, the variety of goods is dazzling.
In Madam Malkin's robe shop, Draco took his sister Sensei's hand, pointed excitedly at a pair of exquisite wizard robes, and told her loudly:
"Sister, I want to embroider a giant golden dragon on the corner of this robe. What do you think?"
Cygnus was flipping through a fashion magazine in her hand. She answered without looking up, "Draco, your father doesn't like you shouting like that. You should pay attention to your image."
Her gray-blue eyes quickly scanned the lines of the magazine, and her long platinum hair shone in the light.
Draco curled his lips and looked towards the door of Madam Malkin's robe shop. A boy with green eyes and round-framed black glasses walked in.
He was wearing a baggy, ill-fitting suit, which made him look very thin. Draco frowned at his Muggle attire.
The boy didn't seem to notice Draco's gaze. He walked into the store carefully, looking around curiously.
Draco looked the boy up and down, with a hint of arrogance in his eyes, and asked:
"Are you a freshman this year too?"
There was an unquestionable confidence in his tone.
The boy looked around and saw that there was indeed no one else. He pointed at himself and asked uncertainly:
"Are you talking to me?"
There was a twinkle of uneasiness and curiosity in his green eyes.
Draco raised his chin slightly and said proudly, "There is no one else here except you and my sister. Of course I am talking to you."
He paused, then continued, "Anyway, my sister and I will definitely go to Slytherin, because our whole family graduated from Slytherin."
As he spoke, he crossed his arms over his chest with a smug look on his face.
When Segnus heard this, she couldn't help but frown, but she still concentrated on flipping through the magazine and didn't interrupt.
The boy lowered his head slightly, with a hint of apology on his face. He said softly, "I'm sorry, this is my first time in Diagon Alley, and I'm not very familiar with this place."
As he said this, he turned his gaze to Cygnus, who was reading a book, and thought to himself, "She is so beautiful, just like the roses that Mrs. Figg grows."
Draco noticed the boy's gaze and frowned slightly. He asked, "Are your parents wizards too?"
Hearing this question, the boy's mood suddenly dropped. He said softly, "They are all wizards, but they have passed away. I live with my aunt now."
As he spoke, his hands unconsciously clenched the corners of his clothes, and a hint of sadness appeared in his eyes.
Draco didn't expect to get such an answer. He was stunned for a moment, and the arrogance on his face subsided a little.
Then he stretched out his right hand, smiled and said:
"If your parents are also wizards, then there is a high probability that you will also be a Slytherin student. Nice to meet you. I am Draco Malfoy."
The boy shyly shook Draco's hand, with a hint of gratitude on his face: "Thank you, Draco, my name is Harry Potter."
"Harry Potter?" Draco's eyes lit up and he became excited. "Are you Harry Potter, the savior?"
Harry nodded and smiled shyly.
Draco couldn't help but grab Harry's arm excitedly and said excitedly: "What a coincidence! I heard your story. You are the boy who escaped from the dark magic and lived!"
He actually saw a living Harry Potter! You know, he is a big fan of Harry Potter.
Harry was startled by his excitement, and his expression looked a little embarrassed: "Hey, don't be so excited, I didn't do anything, and I don't know why it happened. After all, I was just a baby at that time."
Draco became very interested in Harry Potter. He turned to Sensei and said excitedly, "Sister, look who I met, Harry Potter, the legendary savior!"
Oh my god, his wish came true. He met Harry Potter just by walking in Diagon Alley.
Cygnus put down the magazine, her grey-blue eyes moving between Draco and Harry, shaking her head and sighing at this brother who was always not stable enough.
She gently closed the magazine, walked over to the two of them, stretched out her slender fingers and gently patted Draco's shoulder, gently reminding: "Don't get too excited, Draco, you will scare Harry."
Draco scratched his head a little embarrassedly, but he couldn't hide his excitement.
Cygnus smiled, turned to face Harry, held out her hand, and introduced herself with a smile:
"I'm Cygnus Malfoy, you can call me Cygnus."
She felt it was necessary to build a good relationship with this savior who had defeated Voldemort when he was a baby, and to make use of all the people she could.
Harry blushed as he looked at the extremely beautiful girl in front of him, and holding Sensei's hand, he stammered:
"It's a real honor to meet you, Cygnus."
His green eyes dared not look directly into Cygnus's gray-blue eyes. His heart was beating like a drum and his palms were sweating with nervousness.
Before this, he had been living in the Muggle world. Because he was always bullied, no children in school were willing to play with him, let alone a beautiful and noble girl like Cygnus.
He dared to say that if Dudley saw that he could be friends with such a beautiful girl, he would be furious.
Harry's smile widened at the thought.
Watching Harry and Silence interact, Draco couldn't help but feel a little uncomfortable.
He cleared his throat, trying to draw Harry's attention to himself.
"Harry, do you know the Quidditch game in our wizarding world? It is the most exciting sport! My father said that I will become the Quidditch captain of Slytherin in the future."
He patted his chest proudly.
Although Harry's eyes were partially attracted by Draco's words, his gaze still drifted to Cygnus from time to time.
Every time his eyes met Cygnus's, his face grew redder.
Segnus looked out the window. The golden sunlight was already slanting. She gently pulled the corner of Draco's clothes and reminded him:
"Draco, it's getting late. We still have to go pick out wands. Daphne and Pansy are waiting for us."
Draco looked at Harry reluctantly, nodded and said, "Okay, let's go, Harry. I hope to see you sorted into Slytherin tomorrow."
Harry smiled and said goodbye to them. His eyes stayed on Sigma for a moment before he said:
"I hope to see you in Slytherin, too."
Cygnus and Draco turned and walked towards the door. Harry stood there, watching them walk away.
Harry stared at Sigma's back in a daze until the two of them disappeared in the crowd in Diagon Alley.
He touched his chest gently and sighed in his heart: "Segna is such a beautiful girl. It would be great if I could enter Slytherin."
Cygnus and Draco walked through the bustling Diagon Alley and soon arrived at the famous Ollivander's wand shop.
This wand shop has a history of more than 300 years, and its quaint wooden sign looks quite mysterious in the sun.
As soon as I entered the door, a bell rang and a white-haired old man was sitting in front of the counter, concentrating on carving the wand in his hand.
Hearing the bell, the old man looked up at Cygnus and Draco, a smile on his face.
"Welcome the two little wizards from the Malfoy family." The old man's voice was hoarse and kind.
Cygnus smiled, walked forward, and asked politely, "Hello, Mr. Ollivander, we are here to choose wands today."
Hearing this, the old man took out his measuring tape, his eyes filled with memories of the old times.
"Of course, every wizard who comes here is looking for their wand.
I remember your father's wand was made of elm with a dragon heartstring as the core."
Ollivander began to prepare for the measurement. He asked, "So, Miss Malfoy, which hand do you usually use for magic?"
Cygnus replied gently, "Right hand, sir." After some thought, Ollivander said confidently, "Okay, let me find it."
He turned to the cabinets filled with wands and began to search.
"Try this one. It's made of laurel wood, and the core is made of rare thestral tail hair. This combination is rare."
Segnus took the wand and waved it lightly, and the originally slightly old furnishings in the store instantly looked brand new.
However, Ollivander shook his head slightly: "No, not this one. The fit is not good enough. Let me look for it again."
He continued searching among the pile of wands and finally found a box in the most hidden corner.
He slowly opened the box and took out a magic wand from it, with a hint of anticipation in his tone:
"This magic wand was consigned to us by an oriental girl a long time ago. It has been waiting for a master who can resonate with it. It is made of paulownia wood from the East, and the core of the wand is the feather of an oriental phoenix."
Ollivander handed the wand to Seconas, and her fingers gently touched the texture of the sycamore wood. At that moment, Seconas felt a warm current flowing out of the wand, resonating with her soul.
The wand seemed to have life in her hand, very well behaved, as if it had been waiting for Sigmas to appear and was specially made for her.
Even Cygnus had to praise the aesthetics of the master who made this wand.
The body of the wand is engraved with delicate crabapple flowers, each of which is delicate and vivid, swaying gently in the breeze.
There is a thin tassel tied to the end of the wand, which sways gently in the wind, adding a touch of elegant beauty.
There is a small "Tang" character engraved on the tail, emitting a faint magical fluctuation.
Draco leaned forward, his eyes fixed on the wand, and he couldn't help but exclaim: "It's really beautiful!"
Segnus smiled slightly and said nothing. He just waved the wand in his hand again. A bright golden light instantly spurted out from the tip of the wand, circling gracefully along Segnus' fingertips, and a mighty golden dragon tumbling in the air.
"That's so cool, sis!" Draco's eyes sparkled with excitement, "Dongfang Long, just like me!"
"This wand suits you very well, Miss Malfoy," said Ollivander.
"Phoenix wood is an extremely loyal material. Once its owner dies, it will break. No one except you can exert its power unless you give recognition to others. Phoenix tail feathers are extremely picky and will not easily choose their owners. They will only follow those who are of noble status and elegant temperament."
Cygnus' eyes bent gently and nodded to Mr. Ollivander: "Sir, please personally choose a wand suitable for my brother."
Ollivander once again took out his trusty measuring tape and smiled as he replied, "Remember, the wand chooses the wizard, not the wizard chooses the wand. So, Mr. Malfoy, which hand are you better at casting spells with?"
