So far, the Blackwater Pirates are backed by the controller of Booty Bay, the goblin tycoon Rivergaz.

Another group of pirates is called Bloodsails. They appeared a few years earlier than the Blackwater Pirates, but they did not seem to stay only in the South China Sea. Their footprints were all over the Endless Sea.

However, their reputation is much better than that of the Blackwater Pirates. They basically do not rob merchant ships, but specialize in robbing Blackwater Pirates' ships!

They are simply telling the whole world openly that they only do what the thieves do!

What’s even more bizarre is that, as pirates, they also accept escort and transportation missions in the black market, and they receive rave reviews.

Of course, it was not the Bloodsail Pirates who provided the orcs with ships. After all, the founder behind the Bloodsail was Garin, and so far no one has dared to betray the overlord.
